I believe Esther is loved by many because of her tallent, kindness and a great personality. 'coming from a rich family' -is just an excuse of haters to belittle her tallent because they can't find any other flaws to drag her. 'she acts childishly' is another one. Well, she doesn't act childishly when she's not filming. She's pretty matured and organised in real life but not boring. She makes friends easily, makes people comfortable around her. Most of her co-stars and producers want to work with her again and again .....you can see it in their interviews or check it in her drama list.
Overall Esther Yu is an interesting person. She does silly things sometimes, but also helps others without asking, donates secretly from time to time and always show love to her fans.

So, we, outsiders can't do anything about it. If these small issues provoking you, you can skip this series, no need to waste your valuable time.
Actually I always have overlooked these things because I'm here for drama, good plot, heart-touching dialogues and amazing acting. And it's a fantasy drama as the title says, so overly pretty characters are not a bother to me.
