Seo In guk and Jung So min are a perfect couple; they've the same level of cuteness, look good onscreen/ offscreen, plus they both are top level actors. I lowkey started shipping them (｡>_<｡)
Just a little bit when Chang heng reincarnated in human world and the other leads came to earth to meet Chidi goddess's human self. There they found Chang Heng being a totally different person. He treated DFQC like his older buddy and was clinging to him throughout the whole time forgetting the rivalry. Those scenes were hilarious as well.
I still couldn't move on from this show, it was just so beautiful. DFQC is the best hero/antihero/character I've ever watched in a Cdrama. With the aura of power and confidence that flows from him, mostly from his eyes is mesmerising. The stares, the touches, kisses, their sacrifices for love are the reasons that made it so special.
Idk why so many people here complain about the FL's voice. Like how could this be a reason for dropping a good drama??? I'm sure all the people saying that thing are holding a grudge against her. Maybe they're a super fan of other actresses and want to drop her image or ranking or whatever the reason is, please don't do this.
She may not be the best looking actress here but her acting and looks are very much appropriate for the 'Orchid' character. Not only Orchid, she nailed the role being the DFQC's female version when their bodies got swapped. And in the later part she'd become a totally different person playing Xiao Lanhua.
Anyways I'm so happy finding such a good show that made me come here again after so many days. Happy to see people leaving positive comments to encourage others who still haven't watched it yet. I too wanna say if you're planning to watch something heartwarming without being judgemental, then this is the show for you. Go for it✌
Why are some people dropping the show because of the romance? In my opinion this drama is much more interesting…
Feelings, like seeds, need time to grow in somebody's heart and here for the ML romance is prohibited, so how could people expect him to become a lover boy suddenly and kiss the girl French style on their first time? And the girl is dealing with her own issues, maybe was in love with the real Yeonwoo for a long time. So how could she fall head over heels for a stranger who's totally out of this world(get the pun) and whom she'd just met?
The slow pace romance here is the only thing keeping this plot realistic. Otherwise the story is average with so many plot holes
1….Woo Yeon Woo's side of story and Rembrary's real world's crisis after they lost their head Pontifex are thoroughly neglected here. Let us guess people in Rembrary's world are kind and let Woo Yeowoo(with no powers) stay there as long as he wants but how can we say he isn't missing his family and friends? And the other devotees aren't praying for Rembrary to come back like they've totally forgotten about him??
2….It's still not revealed why Woo Yeon Woo wanted to disappear forever; he'd a dream to become an actor and the other members and his boss seemed kind and supportive. He was living with good people, not many hardships were there in his life, so why did the body swap happen? Just because they look alike?
3….In the other world the Evil was so desperate to kill Rembrary, but as his body got swapped with a CEO, suddenly he wants to play with him by creating childish problems for him. Ruining an idol's reputation has become his sole purpose, not killing him when he got plenty of chances. Uhmm not clicking..
4….The sponsorship part and ML getting arrested was unnecessary. They could've come up with a solid reason to send him to jail.
5….Some scenes(3-4) were so random that they didn't fit with the previous scenes. And why do normal people(FL mostly) talk in pouts all the time? We know she's cute, but too much cuteness can affect her character.
But this drama is good in so many ways. If you're here for entertainment, this is entertainment. After a long day of hard work, when you want to relax and have a good laugh before going to bed, this drama will be the best choice. For sure you'll laugh, feel butterflies, heart flutter with strong emotions and sometimes it'll scare you in a cute way.
Everyone in this show is good looking, even the main villain(got a crush on him;), their acting on point, and the songs are pretty good. You'll find some motivating life lessons here and there, and get to know vastly about the harsh reality behind the glamorous faces of Kpop idols and their struggles.
Lastly my request is, don't drop it because of the romance part. You'll find plenty of great romances in dramaland but not many cute and unique fantasy-comedies like this:)💜
Can't believe I've finished it in 3 days. This was no doubt one of the best C-dramas I've watched recently. The VFX was impressive, costumes also. Some songs have stuck in my mind, they're just so beautiful. The whole cast did a great job, especially three of the main leads' acting was so on point(Dylan's eyes spoke more words than his mouth did lol) and I've no issues with the FL's voice because adults with such baby-voices exist. Also liked the opening credits, the paintings are just mesmerising.....Overall it's a 10/10 for me
I'm 100% sure, the last 2 episodes gonna be super exciting..... I don't care about they're siblings or not, to me SIG & JSM r the best couple of dramaland .
