On the finale episode of “You are my Milk Man”, Milk Man delivers milk to his master and finally yells at…
Haha, loved the irony.... In fact, the father has everything so carefully planned that I think Moon is the insurance policy should Solo finally flunk out altogether and stop bringing in the billion-baht deals.....
I said it before and I'll say it again khim, khem and petch did nothing for the story. Dr Perth imo was the voice…
Exactly what I was thinking last night, the whole KimKem / doctors story is almost like in a parallel universe, no connection with the main stories at all....
I agree with Type..... when are Doc and Champ going to fall into each other's arms, give each other big hugs and smother each other with huge kisses ?????? It is so obvious that they are in love with each other....
Btw, did I understand that P'No has a twin sister called Cake ????? or is she called Cream ????
Also, adore the TharnType interaction..... so much love there
And I asbolutely loved the way Type dealt with that Nana s**t...... Impressive handling and impressive acting as well..... (Gulf is getting so overwhelming in this !!)
Wait a minute, I'm lost somewhere...... Whose brother is Phugun ??? At some points, Type says that one can see whose brother Phugun is...... someone please clarify this for me.... :-)
OK, so the conclusion seems to be that you should just cave in to the b**t**d tyrannical father, who, of course,…
Btw, does anyone understand what happened to the two doctors ?? Is Dr Petch now going out with the rabid gay shipper ? And what about Dr Perth ? I sort of understood that he is into the rabid shipper's brother, who is still reeling from not getting intimate with Dr Petch......
OK, so the conclusion seems to be that you should just cave in to the b**t**d tyrannical father, who, of course, actually loves Solo soooooo much, don't you know..... He even prepared the chocolate milk for Solo himself..... Wow!!! (as if he even knows in which cupboard the chocolate powder is kept.....) And Linda, the rival b**ch, turns out to be really quite nice and accepting.... and of course the daughter of the internship superviser at the firm..... (who just gives her a pass grade....!!) And the father is going to adopt an orphan so that our loving couple can be proud fathers later on..... And, after everything Solo has gone through, above all, at the hands of his father, how Gui can call him selfish....... I really don't get it...
So basically, they all needed to be really strict, nasty and tyrannical to try and educate these two young kind, gentle, loving boys to become........... what? Responsible adults??? Children / young people need two things: love and guidance.... not tyranny !
I loved the cute, soft, fluffy bits (and in the end, they do actually kiss - but only under water....), and I think Solo and Gui are quite suited to each other... but what a load of disconnected inconsistency on the way to the miraculous happy end !!!
I guess you understand that this was not my favourite BL of 2020........ indeed far from it!!
I don't know if I like Olan specially, but I don't think I dislike him in any way. He might not turn out to be…
Yeah, sorry, perhaps I wasn't totally clear when I mentioned that French saying. I certainly wasn't defending it per se, it is just that a lot of people use it in France, often in professional situations to get a decision through, or something like that, but I doubt anyone would seriously use it in the context of the more heinous acts I mentioned above (at least, none of the people I know....). If you are very much into courtship, I suggest you watch a Japanese series, "Cherry Magic", because we are at the 8th episode already and if this ain't courtship, then I don't know what it is..... As for Asia, I think it is something more of a thing than in our Western societies, but I think one of the aspects is the extent to which parents often play a role in finding someone for their son or daughter, who is still not married at 25, 30 or even 35 years of age..... I remember being bowled over when I first went to the marriage market in the centre of Shanghai to see nothing but parents there, holding up papers advertising their desirable offspring and engaging in discussion with other parents..... Obviously, if such a mode is employed, then the introduction stage and a whole kind of simile of courtship is then initiated ..... But even so, at least certainly in the straight world, there is probably more time taken to date, court or even flirt before things get serious. Well, that's my experience or perspective, anyway....
Anyones else notice in episode 2 when the guy that attacked bun the second time said, "i tried warning you" which…
Not quite sure I agree with you here. First of all, Pued's "ordering" him not to pursue the case came AFTER the night attack, when the attacker said that he had ALREADY warned him (so the warning was before). The simple answer is the anonymous text message Bun received on his phone, where he was indeed warned (!) not to interfere, with two pictures to show that he was being closely watched (although surely the police should be able to track such messages.....) And if you remember, even Tan warned him that "as a stranger" in the town he should "be more careful", so that was also some kind of a warning. Not that I am suggesting it was Tan (our two lovers have to come together in the end, after all....), but this was just another red herring to throw you off the scent..... Both Pued and his father looked very suspicious, possibly even scared when the inspector came to visit them and at the end when Pued visits Bun in hospital. But that might be because they know or even suspect what is going on, without actually being involved..... (I made a suggestion in one of the "recent discussions" above...... lol

Oh, no question, you are 100% right on that, and I would never dream of asserting the opposite..... Although I am not sure that you can equate requesting to court or courtship (this is the word that is used in the subs, at least, and it does suggest some level of respect and concern, or, dare I say it, gallantry in some old-fashioned way....) with harassment, attempted rape or any other form of abuse or imposition. Getting back to Olan, who was, after all, the question at the start of this thread, when he does appear with three portions of food and Ben tells him that he doesn't want him to do this, to be fair, he does back off. Not to be put in the same box as Leo, who clearly cannot even take the clearest of "no's" as an answer and will use physical force to assert himself !!
haha, can anyone please explain what the "uncanny valley" phenomenon is ? Perhaps I am not of the same generation…
Oh ok, I thought this was some new young people's expression or streetwise vocabulary, otherwise I would have looked for it myself. I didn't realise it was an established hypothesised phenomenon. Many thanks for the clarification and the reference!!!
Another thing I love about some of these BL series (warning; this is ironic....) is how morally inept they sometimes are and how so many people never actually take responsibility for what they have done or the trouble they have caused. It is perfectly true that Dr. Petsch has been engaged in spinning a few lies and examples of false representation. But if he had not been faced with that totally nutty woman (Khim !!), who jumps on any pair of men she sees, takes clandestine photos of them, ships them as a gay couple without a moment's second thoughts, and then, assuming she has contact with them, starts pressurising them into declaring themselves gay, declaring their love to someone and trying to prove that they have a gay lover. OK, so the doctor is an adult as well (if you can call "adults" a lot of those you see in BL....) and should be able to decide for himself, but she still shares a lot of the responsibilty here, and it looks like she is going to come out of this without the slightest bit of egg on her face.....
Is someone making comments disappear here? I just posted a long comment and a few other comments criticising various…
OK, I take back what I said, but something with this site apparently means some recent comments disappear for a while or do not show up all the time....... Curious.....
Thanks for explaining....?
