Legally speaking he obligated to end the decree. Even military already withdraw. If he doesn't follow the votes, things will get even more chaos... But people fight back hard. I have faith in them. Yeah, let's see and just hope for their safety.
Korean parliament already votes against martial law decree, so it should get revoke. Seriously I hope everything will be alright. This kind of thing give me mini heart attack.
