OK I laughed and cried at Sehun and Gwangsoo bromance lmao they were so EXTRA! And ok, EXO they're all so beautiful and talented it's unfair! Seriously, everyone's acting was on point. Chanyeol was your Korean variety handsome idol who bullies the main female lead because he's in love with her. D.O. is the sweet and caring second lead who falls hard for the female lead too. Baekhyun was the innocent and cute perpetrator (so basically himself lol) and Sehun was the diva maknae (so also himself :') ) The rest had cameos, and ok I really miss Tao and he's so beautiful. Xiumin, Kai, Chen, Lay, Tao, are overseas traveling and Suho is in the hospital after a serious leg injury. Anyway the basic premise is a real die hard EXO fan living a normal life with too many disasters gets new neighbors. And the new neighbors are none other than EXO. I have to say this one is definitely guilty pleasure, wish fullfilment but they did such a good job! It felt complete and satisfying despite the length. And honestly Sehun and Baekhyun were HILARIOUS. I've seen this drama so many times but I still laugh and cry like the first time.

I've pretty much been crying since the first episode but the last two episodes god! Even the loving moments got me emotional. This is the kind of drama that really gets to you. Acting is so good throughout, I'm not going to even start talking about just how beautiful Kim Junmyeon is because trust me that's not the only thing good about this show. This is like Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, had the same kind of amazing acting, plot, direction, angst. It's dark but not too dark, it's romantic but not too cheesy, it's just the right amount of guilty pleasure, and wish fullfilment coupled with a fantastic script. It's deep, meaningful, poetic. No annoying females, and the love was FELT not just a bunch of confession scenes, and the brilliance of the lead actors made it not only a pleasure for the eyes but also for the heart. He's not just some hot, loaded caricature of a chaebol and she's not in love with him because he acts like a jerk to her. The way they talked about the nature of any idol and fan relationship, they don't dismiss it because not every fan is a sesaeng and not every idol is a pretentious overbearing asshole. They talked about issues like stalking, and for once it wasn't encouraged or justified. The way 'fans' react if god forbid their bias starts going out with someone or falls in love. The truth is if you can't be supportive of their happiness you should definitely stop calling yourself a 'fan.' Anyway, all I want to say is if you love kpop, kdrama, if you love an idol and want Suho to melt you with his gaze and serenade you with his beautiful voice WATCH THIS DRAMA. The best part is it will take you a full 3 hrs but at the same time, like many other short drama where you feel like it was disjointed or disappointing because there isn't enough time to even enjoy the couples time together, this one will leave you completely satisfied.

This was really cute and I liked the concept of the drama. It's about having a dream and not giving up on it. Acting wise ok all over it could have been better, I mean Xiumin did such a phenomenal job in Seondal but this was not so great production wise in general. But I still enjoyed it. Xiumin looked real boyfriend material so I can tell you that I was entertained! I liked the Poirot bit it felt original to me . Never seen a story about it before. The female lead is cute and dorky but it goes well with the look of the show

Ok yes, this is basically an hour and a half long CF but do you think this is the only one? Lol According to current research, every korean drama contains anywhere from fifty to 150 advertising placements. Bad Papa broke the record at a whopping 400. So, setting that incredible fact aside, I found this particular CF very watchable. It was fun, it didn't take itself seriously so ended up being whimsical. Our h gets a chance through some magic to have six first kisses. A woman hands her a bunch of cards each with a black silhouette. Once the magic begins, our H ends up in an alternate reality where she is still the same mall employee but where Lee Joon gi isn't an actor but an IT hotshot who happens to be her childhood love. But the minute things started heating up, our h is launched back in time to the same moment where it all began. And so our H discovers this is yet another reality where Park Hae Jin is her rich boss. He's also into her. But even this time when they kiss it rewind again. This time she gets the message that every time she kisses she'll end up reversing time. So this time around she decides to not kiss Park Hae Jin. And so the story progresses from a childhood oppa romance with Lee Joon gi, to an office romance with Hae Jin, to an action romance with Ji Chang-wook, to a student teacher rom com with Kai as her student but Kai is still an EXO member, to a melodramatic makjang with Taecyeon, and lastly shooting a CF with Lee Jong Suk. Each person basically teaches her something about her self and every time she meets the person she always thought was out of her league, confesses their love, her confidence increases until one day everything reverses yet again. This time walking right up to her is Lee Minho. And she hears that he's a writer so because everything in the past went so well she ends up being bold enough to flirt with him. I liked the idea behind the drama. That sometimes the only thing standing in our way is our own hangups. Also, I like that they defended the idea of dating different people instead of just having one experience because that's what makes you mature enough to find the person who is the right fit for you. Now, sure they were all gorgeous, no doubt, but I don't know why Kai's part was my favorite! Maybe I'm biased and so what but he's so beautiful and charming and I lost it when he started to dance. Very fun watch!

Ok Leeteuk is the WORST Fairy God Mother LOL And Sehun is the most drop dead gorgeous Prince! Basically this is everything you could want in a romance, plethora of eye candy options, nice helping of fluff, some shameless wish fulfilment, but
this one also comes with a meaningful script. I know it's the usual transform into a Princess trope but the way they did it, they talked about the issues surrounding the people we disregard as being ugly. Also, if you have a kid that is calling someone ugly you're the one responsible for raising him that way! A child gleans from their parents and their environment, they aren't born with these prejudices. Anyway, I digress. The point is I like that they didn't give the makeover too much emphasis. She achieved exterior beauty by achieving confidence in herself. Helped by a bunch of magical characters starting from Lee Joon Gi, Chansung, Leeteuk, Chi Yul, and finally Chanyeol. All of whom teach our Cinderella something that changes her life forever but even when she meets her final challenge in the form of an extremely handsome Chanyeol, she still wavers. I enjoyed the story in general but what I love most is that despite its length it didn't feel incomplete or rushed. It actually felt like someone put thought into this project. Absolutely would recommend!

I think this was an excellent drama. It was different and unpredictable and probably a tad bit inspired by LOST but it was just inspiration nothing more. Seriously, the acting is at least a 9 out of 10 for all the main characters and the supporting cast. A boy group that disbanded due to a tiff between the main two members Jung Kyungho, Choi Tae Joon, and Chanyeol. Because of his own erratic ways Jung Kyungho upsets his viewers as well as the people who care about him by causing someone to die and naturally the damage hes suffering too but on the outside, he continues to be the rude, overbearing, and reckless person despite a vaning fanbase and lack of real projects. On the other hand despite the breaking up of the band Choi Tae Joon and Chanyeol seem to be doing well. When no one is willing to work as his stylist, Jung Kyunghos manager brings a new naive girl Baek Jin Hee to work for Jung Kyungho and the girl is actually of the belief that this is a good thing. She's extremely happy when despite everything going wrong with her first day with her employer she manages to keep the job. They all board a plane with the other group members and the company which causes instant friction between Jung Kyungho and Choi Tae Joon though Chanyeol doesn't seem to be hating on the estranged group hyung. Anyway, long story short the plane crashed and they get stuck in a deserted island. The thing is even though you might have seen the story before the way they unfold the plot and the characters is outstanding. The graphics are for the most part believable and plenty of "cool" badass scenes to keep you watching. But it can get dark. Every character is so well thought out, every single one of the survivors, the villain and the antagonists, just everyone. Beautiful shots. Chanyeol's acting was so good, it totally got to me. He's so beautiful! And Choi Tae Joon was so purely Machiavellian but again portrayed so well. The main female lead too I think she did a great job being a mysterious survivor as well as a naive stylist.

This is a great mix of thriller with melodrama I absolutely couldn’t stop watching. The main leads did a great job of portraying their characters and especially Go Soo was so handsome and the guy can act! Uhm Ki Joon I really enjoyed his performance too. It's very fast paced and sure not that scientifically accurate but that's not the reason you watch Asian drama. All in all I liked the way the characters developed and the twists and turns were intriguing for sure. What I love about korean medical drama is they touch on topics that US shows don't bother talking about. For instance the lack of empathy in medical professionals that exist everywhere in the world. Or how it feels to give up on a person's life because you don't have money. This show is the same. It talks about things that are too depressing because they're reality for many people out there.

The presence of Lee Joon will pretty much guarantee my viewership so it was still pretty enjoyable for me and fun. But when you don't show vampires actually drinking blood it doesn't quite make the same impact. At least in this one Lee Joon does consume blood it's just off screen. Unlike Blood where Ahn Jae Hyun takes something to curb the blood lust instead of choosing to consume. It's a good show action wise if you want something entertaining but nothing too memorable. The script there was no real point to the story. And the characters just don't stick with you. I found Blood a lot better characterization wise even though even Blood was also pretty pointless. But at least it had a very solid romance plot and the bromance too but there was no relationship that you could root for here other than the missing lover who wasn't even on screen most of the time. The bromance they tried but it just doesn't work.

Okay so, I think I just discovered the true meaning of guilty pleasure lol cause I'm not sure why but I kept watching! It starts out terrible, like okay way more cringey in the beginning. Yoo Ah In was being way too exaggerated and well Shin Se Kyung I have yet not discovered the actual reason for her getting ANY role since she cannot get a human emotion on her face let alone act! But I gotta say Lee Je Hoon somehow even in such a mess maintained subtlety throughout. That said he is so handsome! both male leads I absolutely loved the fan service scenes. Yoo Ah In gets better acting wise as the drama progresses. And even manages to deliver a somewhat like able performance. But I gotta admit I was way more into Jung Jae Hyuk than Yong Gul. Maybe because Lee Je Hoon made it believable ig. I did totally cry for Yong Gul (Yoo Ah In ) until they got deported. But he sort of lost me as anyone's knight in shining armor when she gets beat up and he remained hiding. Worse when the woman who was her worse nightmare he forced her to work with her. It really was like Jae Hyuk said, she was nothing more than menial labor to him. He basically destroyed her career and didn't even have a relationship with her! Kept treating her as a side thing and the way he was so into Anna. Look I like messed up stories ok, so that's not an issue. I was even fine with the ending. I was entertained! But then around episode 10 it started to drag and nothing at all was happening. The same old repeated scenes. I absolutely love makjang innocent man is my favorite and no one in this drama came close to the kind of messed up things that main lead did but till the end I was still rooting for him. Still crying. Another thing that made me lose my connection to the characters was especially in Yoo Ah Ins case his character they never let you properly grieve for him because when something bad happens either we cut to some other character or they added comedy which just took away the emotional connection. Anyway just my thoughts.

I'm honestly speechless. This show was just PERFECT. Everything from the direction to the acting, with a fantastic script! It keeps you guessing toward the end, and when it concludes you know there could not have been a more powerful ending. Expect your heart to be wrenched and broken but so worth it. I'm a fan of European cinema and this show honestly reminded me of my deep love for obscure movies. this is just something else. I will forever be envious of the people who are going to encounter it for the first time. Brilliant show. Brilliant. Just, mind blowing. Subtle. Poetic. Everything is a metaphor. This is why I started watching foreign cinema. Exceptional, intelligent stuff like this.

This movie is so badass! Action, fast paced, dark. Love it. It's also very sensual when it needs to be.

T.O.P plays the role of a hustler Ham De Gil who's had a rough childhood and he learned hustling early on when he was still growing up. When he's old enough he gets pegged for a murder that happened by accident so his mother gives him money to escape and sends him off. But before he leaves, he promises a neighbor girl who he's in love with, Heo Mina played by Shin Se Kyung, that he will come back for her and get married. Mina shrugs it off and barely even responds but something about him makes her smile.

Ham De Gil leaves town and ends up working for an illegal casino as the guy who serves drinks but soon his boss sees his potential and promotes him to an actual gambling position.

De Gil not only starts making a solid income for his boss but also does well for himself.

But when he meets the sexy older woman who is a regular at the casino he not only starts sleeping with her but they also form a bond and he becomes sincere in his feelings toward her. That leads to devastating consequences when the casino boss tells Ham De Gil they plan to hustle money out of her leaving her broke and that's not all--- the boss wants De Gil to personally handle the job along with the others.

Not as dark but total tear jerker.
This show's entertaining. I was really in love with it but toward the end I feel it sort of ran out of steam. This should have been a bit darker, but if they didn't want to go there they should have just given a proper happy ending. Any one of the guys she chose it would have made sense. This was by far the most inconsistent part of the show. Now for the good points. Lee Joon Gi is amazing as the confused, broken lead. He was great at the action, the romance, and when he cried I cried I love the fact that it was more action than romance but the relationships were all meaningful, they didn’t seem shallow or superficial, I hated that in Tunnel and Gap Dong. I loved the action! Loved the use of different unique settings, and the different modes of transportation. I would have preferred a bit more action but still. They did a great job overall. The child actor I have no words, she gave me goosebumps. Such a talented kid. Another thing I loved about the show was the second male lead. His tank tops not only is he smoking hot he was a good actor. His character was so well thought out I literally fell in love with his protective, caring nature, the way he looked out for soo jin and in hye and even though he could have been mean toward Tae San considering he was a murder suspect and all around a guy with a terrible rap sheet, he never allowed it to come in between his love for the fiance and the daughter. Another part that made me sad and kind of wish for a sequel or spin off was Glue Stick Song jae rim played him so well anyway, regardless of the flaws this is definitely one of my favorite shows now! Also, loveeeeee Lee Joon Gi. Did I mention that before..

This is such a good movie! Great rewatch value. Just funny, and touching and so adorable. Xiumin is super cute as the lackey Gyeon to a group of swindlers led by Kim Seondal (Yoo Seung-ho) who is infamous for his wit and intelligence. It's so much fun watching them trick people out of their money but when Seondal robs tons of tobacco from some dangerous people is when the trouble begins. Excellent casting, and even though it gets pretty dark at one point it's still overall not as dark. The tone remains light. But it's so funny and Yoo Seung-ho and Xiumin bromance is the highlight of the movie for sure.

Ok, I thought it was going to be a hands down ten rating, but the finale just didn't work for me. Why am I still giving it nine stars? Well, because despite the flaws the acting, script, direction, for the most part was amazing. Suspense wise most of it was rather predictable tbh. I still enjoyed watching it. The main leads are all amazing. I love the totally badass dialog and action. The thing is maybe they set it up as being something that it clearly wasn’t. It was dark throughout so why was the ending so bland? There are plenty of happily ever after shows out there, so for me the ending was a total disappointment. The amount of times Hae Jin gets stabbed and pretty much launches into action despite the severe loss of blood, but see I was still okay with all that because boy does he look beautiful doing it. Yes, I know, I'm going to hell, but at least I'll be in great company Ma Dong Seok and the EXTREMELY gorgeous Jo Dong Hyuk deserve a special mention because they were phenomenal!! My one issue is they totally amped the angst and emotion till the tenth episode and then it was like they just stopped themselves from getting their hands dirty. It was a story about a bunch of serial killers ffs, how did the ending make any sense? Anyway, I'll probably be less pissed later on . I would still happily watch it a billion times though. HAPPILY. And it's got nothing to do with Hae Jin and Dong Hyuk being GORGEOUS. Like EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY GORGEOUS. Not even a little.

Kim Young Kwang is amazing in this show. White Christmas is one of my favorite shows, and his bully sociopath role was so deeply etched in my brain it took me about seven episodes to finally not see an imprint of his evil face which definitely says something about his acting skills. He's definitely talented. He's also extremely handsome, and that hair... loved it!!! He's got an incredible presence and does a great job as the main lead, Dr. Lee, a skilled surgeon whose constant rebellion starts costing him his job when the sociopath Hospital Director who runs Mirae Hospital, treats the hospital as a business. But there are some people who still support Dr. Lee because of his humanist nature. And then the earthquake hits Seoul and everything is disaster. Everyone is trying to survive but surviving in that way often brings out the worst in people and that's what this story is about. How even if you're terrified you shouldn't let go of your humanity because that's what makes you human. I liked the family aspect but I wish the brothers had more interactions even if they were fighting. Another thing that didn't work for me was the main female lead. I just found her presence annoying in general. And even their romance seemed to have been thrown in and wasn’t exactly anything I was too excited about. But despite all this, I found this show consistently good, which I can't say for a lot of other shows. Another thing that kept me hooked was that it was fast paced, constant action, and they did the disaster part so well!!!! The hospital wasn’t just the only thing, but since the brother was a fire fighter first responder, I really appreciated their struggles and stories as well. I think it’s good they gave you a lot of new perspective on the dire situations rescue teams and first responders are frequently in, with or without natural disaster. The two people I really got hooked to them, were the robot surgery specialist and the directors daughter. Dr Hans story really brought me to tears in the later episodes after seeing him constantly siding with the Director and being against Dr. Lee's rebellious behavior. All in all, entertaining, and didn't bore me.
