I tried MaRi and her 3 daddies... well... it is filmed so poorly and the acting is so bad and the script is ... blah cheesy, so I dropped that fast. There was no reason to watch it :) Plus Ma Ri is westernized as Marie, which is disgusting. Kissing up to american $$$ audience.

I was wondering WHY I was watching Queen's House, Graceful Liar and WWSTS and I got my answers recently, there was something I had to learn from those :) I had to learn about feeling a victim, wanting revenge, etc.
WWSTS taught me about the importance of music in a drama. First it was over the top dramatic and loud and thus distracting. It took me a while to figure that out. WHY my head was hurting when I watched the drama. I complained a lot. Then the music got more discreet and matching the action, so the drama became a lot more watchable.
Queen's House and Graceful Liar have MASTERFUL acting and plots that are not too bad.
WWSTS has SJ as a great actor, he turned his very simple role and script into something quite complex and fun

I love family dramas bc they are most complex, with most characters, most complex plot and relationships, and most character growth, since they have the time to show it. So I always watch 50 ep family dramas

but ... just recently there was Iron Family (except the end) and now Our Golden Days that are really good. Since 2020, others were mostly flops. Maybe except watching ML actors acting in 3 bold siblings and Young Lady and Gentleman and ML and FL actors acting in Beauty and Mr ROmantic. 3 Bold Siblings, Live your Own Life. The REal Has Come, and It is Beautiful Now were ... mediocre at best partially bc FL were totally unskilled and very cold remote unengaged actresses with zero chemistry to their ML, it was so bland cold and frustrating to watch. when HALF of your drama is just wasted bc some chick just stands there like a totem pole.

Hm, you are not disturbed to see straight characters kissing in big view in front of camera for a long time, in detail, and scenes of straight ppl jumping into bed taking clothes off etc... ?

This drama has a tiny bit of racy straight lovemaking, so far.
There is a girl pair but shown only talking ... No physical scenes except seeing some BL and GL ppl kiss from afar... One second lead is a bi...
Why skip the drama just bc it has something lgbt? This drama shows them as a matter-of-fact in life and does not dwell on them. There is nothing shown that COULD offend you. Unless you straight out hate them. Why such phobia? bc you are afraid you are one of them? Or you believe you are superior? or you are afraid THEY are superior and will turn the entire world gay if they ar allowed to exist? LGBT are threat only to those who insist on having children so that there can be ... many ppl paying the dues, many soldiers and workers, ... Yeah you are right, if S Korea openly promotes them, they might go extinct LOL with the lowest birth rate in the world..

To be honest, WHY would you care what lgbt ppl are doing... ? They seem wired that way anyways, regardless of trying to eradicate them, they will not change, they would just hide and cause chaos ... imagine dating or married to a closet gay... ....

And .... The world certainly does not need more babies, so ,...... leave those ppl be.... even countries with super low birth rates gave up trying to have more kids and just import immigrants..
Church needs many members for inlfuence and money.... and condemns lgbt.... e but so many wealthy gays are in church and donating so the whole topic is just a farse, saying those ppl are bad but also allowing them as long as they keep it relatively quiet

let lgbt be open about it so that there is less suffering and confusion and everyone can be clear who they are with... or else... karma might bite your sweet a@@ and you end up dating a closet gay or it turns out you are gay LOL

Another person says no, since there is no proof that the Chairman stole the papers and that he is the murderer, anyone could put JPS blood on Chairman's henkie..

I hear you... the discussion helps me to see things I did not see, different points of view and also sheer facts i just missed from the drama.... The key points often just flash by in a second...

It flashed on the screen, so did I see it correctly that the papers were signed by Pan Sul, not the Chairman? So what is the actual physical evidence that the Charmain and TK's parents had a contract about TK's parents' technology?

then it was convenient only 30 mins to spare.. and then Queen's house turned interesting.

I somewhat changed my mind after seeing ep 116 when she pulled out the hankie ... She learned something, seems like, and is more active in protecting
But she has not learned self reflection, etc

The contribution of the West is openly and honestly talking about things. Including environment and women. For centuries, patriarchy exploited and oppressed Nature and women.
The contribution of kdramas is showing meaningful human relationships and character growth, individually and within the fabric of the society. Recently, the hard core sexism is starting to break so kdrama heroines are more real women with common sense and do not depend on the ML to save them and guide them since they are so dumb and hopeless they need a backing.
In this kdrama, we see that ML at first was portrayed as dumb but by ep 8 it is clear he is not so dumb, he is a master of relationships and he understands lying. How he caught his manager is masterful.... How he tried to help FL is masterful... He is not well educated in modern ways and may not understand very analytical things LOL He is honest, caring, kind, and communicates openly. FL is a real person, also honest and communicates openly. Both of them are hard working honest people with integrity. There is no alcohol and issues.... They meet "in the middle of the chapter" of their lives and now they are starting to mesh their lives as a pair. So from there, this is a start of a good love story.
Do not ruin it with some flashy shocking product placement that might tickle the audience but take away from the content. Sure show the issues but do not let them take over. Where to draw the line ... is a trick question.

The end of ep 44 Sweet Serial Killer Chairman talking to RealYC and then with JW - wow that is scary!!!! That actor is so good!!! he was totally totally TERRIFYING in those scenes!!! The camera made it even more so, with his face over the whole screen, as the victim would see it before he devoured them... WOW!!!! then seeiing it from the side, how small JW is compared to him... and the fear in RealYC and JW when talking with him... And his eyes and demeanor... changing into I WILL EAT YOU threat... while the voice still stays polite... and says he will kill you ... AAAH SOOOO CREEPY HORRIFYING, MEETING A PREDATOR READY TO KILL YOU!!!!!
I think that is how a victim must feel when that tall innocent yellow grass turns out to be a hungry lion... it is like meeting a monster face to face!!!!
The camouflage fell off and you can see what is behind that sweet polite face... utmost cruelty....
