Heard this was pulled from iQIYI by the Chinese censors. Not sure if that’s true or not but I sure was puzzled as I watched it on Bilibili. Up until ep 16 that is, when the slight BL undertones became not so subtle.
Poor innocent Lin Jiu Shi. Everybody but him gets sees that Ryan Nan Zhu is madly in love. How can he be so blind ? 😂 I’m on ep 23 and the flirting in this show is really something else. And the subbers personal comments are giving LazySubber circa TWM vibes ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m really enjoying this show. It’s funny and the gang of Judicial Review nuts are chaotic as hell. You can see them starting to gel as a little family unit.
Ding Xu Yi is the perfect personification of cat-like behavior. BL or not, I much prefer his chemistry with Chen Shi than Shangguan. Not sure that there will be a romance arc but I sincerely hope not. His devotion to Chen Shi and the passive aggressive way he goes about keeping him close is positively feline 😂😂😂 I just love it.
Also, the villains and/or anti-hero’s are interesting in this show. I’m eagerly awaiting more of their story.

They were today by sharing the name of an app that would allow me to watch from the US with English subs.
Ep 2…and I can already tell what I’m going to be up to for the next 26 hours.

Anyone feel like the producers made a major mid-step by playing with airing schedule? I personally lost a lot of enthusiasm for the show over the past three weeks. Part of that was out of frustration, sure, but the balance was because well…life goes on in 3 weeks.

Kai deserves to have all the lovely things and blessings in the world.

I always thought Chen Du Ling’s neck was ridiculously long but dang….when that old man had her by the throat I was like “is this girl part giraffe?”

I loved it.

The end was little hyper and I wished they’d focused more on our leads and I really wish the show had delivered on the sizzling chemistry the leads had served us all throughout the season by giving us the kiss we deserved but I still enjoyed it. I hate ending a show this fun with thoughts like “at least” they got a happy ending.

Still…I console myself with the thought that this couple, above all others, will surely go on to enjoy making offspring.
