Well…I just finished Back From The Brink which made me reshuffle my top ten most favorite Xianxia list and you know what….The Untamed is still #1 five years later
So I guess I’m going to have to start making a separate top ten xianxia list because my top ten cdrama list is getting too crowded and I need to distinguish from wuxia. So here goes: 1. The Untamed 2. LBFAD 3. BFTB 4. TTEOTM 5. WOH 6. ALP 7. WRTW 8. LOF 9. Once Upon a Time in Lingjian Mountain 10. Princess Agents
1) YH’s death was beautifully done. Sad as it was, honestly they could have given us a bitter end and the story would still have been a masterpiece. 2) TY is GORGEOUS with white hair 3) BXS writing a book BFTB about their love story is so fitting and perfect, the heart he held up over TY’s departing figure just goes to show how much care this show put into building a well rounded supporting cast of interesting stand outs. We love BXS in the end ❤️ 4) I’m typically emotionally drained at the end of a cdrama, especially a xianxia but I could really really use a second season, I need more of this lovely couple, the most well developed, loving, supportive and badass couple ever portrayed (sans WY & LZ) and their adventures. Please please please let my wish come true 🙏🏻

We love it now. I was dreading a two day drought. Now I can make like a zombie and binge till the morning.
