So it were two directors! There were parts that mulled over the characters' conflict too long that it felt like it was just stalling time. And then there were moments where it became itself again. So it wasn't a perfect drama that kept me all the way, but it was fun. My favorite this year, actually.
I disagree. The romance, I don't really get why they are paired up with each other.
I don't see them together for the long-term. They are really good at encouraging each other, but they are not laying out their thoughts. Now that I see episode 4, I think their romance was a plot device. Because they are too ambitious, one of them will do something that will break off the relationship. Just my opinion. I could be wrong.
Really liking this so far. The 3 female characters are kind rude jerks in their own way, but I love how the writing makes them more than just that. The Sismance to end all sismance, it seems.
This is the show I'm enjoying the most at the moment (this one and 'Nokdu Flower' are my favorites) I heard many…
I agree with you. Shin Hye Sun is very good and she deserve praise for always going into her characters. And your assessment on Myung Soo's acting is spot on. Although he doesn't appeal to me, I see that he's becoming a decent actor.
The drama is already a well-made production so I don't see how a remake will upped the original. But I was nodding my head with each of your picks because I could definitely see the potential. I love how balance your cast is because people usually only think of well-known actors and actresses which doesn't feel right sometimes.
You managed to convinced me to add them into my watchlist. They all seem like good films. I've watched Castaway on the Moon before, and I really like that film, so I also recommend it.
I probably watched all Taiwanese idol dramas back then. I wasnt even a rom-com fan but the dramas were fast pace, entertaining, and dramatic. For Korean dramas, I passed on the rom coms and watched mostly the melo tear-jerkers.
