I didn't love Hidden Love all that much, felt like it was just super duper beautiful girl meets super duper beautiful boy, I'm clearly not it's demographic target (and I had just watched When I fly towards you, that had such a similar vibe and it left quite a standard) but I liked Sang Yan, he was grumpy but loyal. So I wasn't expecting what this drama is... I loved it all. It just has all the right things. And now I see why so much love to Sang Yan... this is not the lovely grumpy, loyal guy... he is much, much more and she is wonderful! This was a really great watch! All the best feels...

Someday of one day also made me cry like crazy, she is so good at acting, you can feel the deep sadness at the absence of her partner. Autumn's concerto made me cry like crazy, Hospital Play list and Kounodori or Dr Storks

I also watched The Untamed like crazy! The special edition as well. I remember watching during the pandemic, waiting for my husband and daughter so they wouldn't see me pausing and rewinding like a maniac. It feels so good to speak about such things... I'm a closeted Danmei fan, hubby knows of course but in my circle of friends cringe Vampire novels are still a favorite.

As Mo Dao Zu Shi and Sha Po Lang, I got stuck with Professional Body Double and finished and re read it a couple of times.

And Mo Dao definitively is amongst my favorites as well.. I did proudly buy all the books and when I got all the extras that the last one had I almost screamed. But if they ever adapted it again, I really would need Wang Yi Bo and Xiao Zhang to reprise.... they're too good.

And I also really liked My Stand-In. I even liked the changes they made to it, although Yan MingXiu was too perfect in my mind... and the actor playing him... not my favorite or his brother, he was supposed to be imposing and too serious but making the sister nice was a really good change.

This is so lovely! There are a few questionable things, like the tsundere attitude from ML and, honestly, the fact that they all mention volunteering in Africa, as if it's just one place and not a continent, really bothered me. (eventually they mention which language he spoke there so it redeemed itself in my eyes) but as someone previously said, all the characters are really likeable. FL and friends are pretty great and definitely, the other actresses and actors. It's a pretty good and sometimes really funny watch. It is not revolutionary or deadly serious but as the previous person said again, perfect rom com.

Absolutely, they were as good as Su Zai Zai and Lu Rang, them showing up to meet the baby, or Guan Fang getting a partner.

They are!! The novel has such a positive ending!. The battles are great and thrilling, and then, the wonderful extras!.

Yeah, I keep coming back to see if there are any news every once in a while. It might be that they realize what a potential market for there is. But it feels like the censorship let's lose for a little bit, just to give a glimpse of hope and then when it realizes you're watching, they tighten it again.

Anyway, we wouldn't even get to watch all the good stuff between them. Maybe one day!

they made it into 5 volumes. But yeah, this is such a good story, and imaginative, I love the steam punk vibe of it and how good the two characters are, even the fact that Chang Geng sometimes is really annoying, makes him a great, realistic character and Gu Yun... he's one of the best ever.

Oh, it's been an expensive support... but I have all the books published. My husband asked why didn't I just buy the e-books but come on... this is one of my all time favorite novels... ever!. It deserves to be on a bookshelf looking pretty.

It's just really hard for people around you to accept that something is wrong emotionally. My mom is a warm, caring parent but she never has told anyone about the period I had to take antidepressants, they were really bad for me, my body repelled them, so I stopped and better changed doctors and found the one that actually helped me. Once I spoke it aloud in front of my husband and she got so angry at me. I think she believes it makes her look like a bad parent. But it's more likely that she herself thinks that she did something wrong. Even though it had nothing to do with her. But now I'm a mom, I get it a little. I just hope I can do it better if it happens to my kid. And other parents as well.
