I started this for Mike D'Angelo but it turned out really entertaining. The main couple ends up being a really good one and even the super annoying guy ends up being bearable. The Swan lake as a score felt a bit off but they did use the score in a very unique way, creating lot's of comedy. The thing that really bugged me was that in EVERY scene there was a television on. Such a waste of energy, It was probably product placement... All in all this was really fun!

how spot on was your review! I'm another one of those that Playful kiss opened up a whole world for me, I remember seeing it recommended on You tube and thought what?!?! wow! I loved and hated it, Kim Hyun Joon was gorgeous back then and Oh Hani was just adorable and of course loved the dad and Baek Seun Jo's mom. But all in all I never felt he respected her at all, even on the You Tube version. As years passed I never wanted to revisit any other versions because I know he doesn't deliver but had a rare day off and a bad cold and saw somewhere something related, watched it and it made me feel all the feels! then I come to share my joy and see your review! I was a child in the 80's and 90's as well. But believe me, Reply'88 will bring you lots of nostalgia, the good kind!. The family dynamics are a messy like all families but adorable. And the kids friendship is amazing and sooo funny!. I didn't like the other two Reply's but 88 is hands down one of my favorite shows. It has a vibe like Wonder Years but in Korea, without the Vietnam war but instead the Seoul Olympics, which for me are the first's I remember. It's warm, wholesome and funny! Give it a try!

even if it's not aired... Sha Po Lang or Stars of Chaos, the original source, has already being printed and the second book is out!!!. The novel is awesome!!. There's a kindle version or apple, whatever version!. If many people are fans of the book, many people might appeal and the sensor might give in and give it a green light...!!

I love, love this. My partner and I have been watching whenever we're free to have lunch together at home without the little one, so it's taken us forever, and we realized we have got to watch during lunch time or tea time, other wise one gets hungry. Food is presented in such a magnificent way, with all the emotional side that comes within.

Oh I totally agree with you. I also do not want to see it live. How are they gonna remove the love part,? they did a good job with MDZS but in this book it feel even more crucial to the story. And come on... how can you cast a Hua Cheng????.
