For me, the convo in ep 5 read more like I know you are keeping your feelings for Makiko from me but I know you are up to something. She asked him, why did he ask her along in ep 4. All of his actions to her are becoming suspicious. She feels she is not the one he wants to marry because of his feelings. To me it feels like she is laying the cards on the table without showing her hand. Notice the one thing he does with everyone. He deflects quickly when faced with little truths.

The exhusband is hiding his marriage but tells Junichi. Why? It's like he's daring Junichi to act on his feelings.

The only thing I'm sure of is Makiko is manipulating everyone.

Ok some moments have me like 🙄 but then there is sweetness between them that's undeniable. The 2nd cp is floating in space for me. Like how much ep filler can they do... 😒. I h*te the Playboyy type moments cuz whatever they think it's doing, it isn’t. The masked party etc.

They could have used them to show how issues are dealt with the right way.

I can't help but wonder if they had replaced Min U with Jeong Ri U how much more entertaining this would have been even with rookie Hyun Woo. We know what these scripts are like at 7 min but this ......

Secondly, my sentiments exactly. Said the same but not as beautifully.

The three moments that gave a rise for me were:

DewGun in the rage room.
DewGun in the audition scene.
DewAJ relationship. Light, clumsy but unserious. AJ's advice kept fluctuating without much consistency.

Again, beautiful writing.

Worth every second of viewing. My only regret is that I didn't watch it sooner.

I strongly disliked - The Guy Next Door and Just Once.

I just checked and saw that I liked your review on Just Once. That was a poor fit for him. He doesn’t have to be a central character but the poor script forced the portrayal to follow suit.
