On Love Begins in the World of If Dec 25, 2025
Episode 6, even without subtitles, made me cry. It is so beautiful, simply stunning. I truly love this series.

Nakagawa’s acting is exceptional; he fully inhabits the role. Daigo, by contrast, is very rigid. I have mixed feelings about him because he is convincing in his melancholy and comes across as a depressive person, and his crying feels genuine, yet he is very restrained in expressing love. On the other hand, that may be the character.

In any case, the casting was fortunate because Nakagawa perhaps even carries him. I really do not want it to end, but at least they surprised us with an additional episode. Maybe it is a special episode or something like that;

I watched the final episode, but the dialogue between them felt illogical and very strange to me. I also concluded that KIDA is trying far too hard, which makes the acting feel forced. He is simply not skilled and likely lacks basic acting training. This significantly damaged the series. Beyond that, there is not much of a plot

Oh my, the two leads on the poster looks so different that I thought they were re-casted 😂
They look exactly the same.

I would have watched it if the casting had been completely different, They cast too many men with heavily altered faces, I understand the need for cosmetic procedures, and I understand people who choose to have them; I do not think it is wrong. But in this case it is so obvious that it looks as though he is forcibly trying to remain youthful and refusing to age.

What is the deal with Viki? The entire series was available to watch for free, and then suddenly they locked the final episode behind a paywall. It is really frustrating.

Actually there are 2 more but it’s for Japan audience for now since it is FOD exclusive. :(we will have to wait…
This series comforted me so much over the weekend that even 2 additional episodes are not enough, especially without knowing when they will air. From what I understand, viewers in Japan cannot watch it for free on FOD?

Don’t even get a quarter of this smut with Japanese bl.
BL never went in those directions, at least not until recently. There are indeed some series that started doing this this year, but as you said, it is not even at that level of cheapness. I find it hard to understand, and I am quite confused about what is happening right now. Who even watches this, who is the target audience?

Wow, this is one of the most beautiful episodes I have ever seen. It is so beautiful and so well executed, simply amazing. I really love Nakagawa. His acting is outstanding; his facial expressions have such subtlety. You can see his emotions even when he does not speak. He is so talented and beautiful.

I have so little faith in this script and so little desire to watch something this condescending

Takeuchi Ryoma is a very good-looking actor, but in terms of appeal he is not particularly attractive or sexy.

With every episode, I understand the manga readers, whom I have not read and probably will not bother to, more and more. The series has simply turned into one long bore. The blond-haired actor is dull and unconvincing, which is genuinely irritating.

His brother also really irritates me with that whispery way of speaking; it absolutely drives me up the wall.

Minato abusive behavior makes no sense to me because they did not bother to explain the background behind it, and there is no emotional connection to this character beyond feeling angry at him.

Supposedly, now toward the end, they finally bothered to explain why he behaves so despicably, but it is already too late, and the way it was produced is not convincing enough.

Even though it is about to end, I am no longer really going to watch it.

I love this show and it pisses me off that it's so underrated cause gmmtv can give us this type of profound series,…
Even when they take on a good script, it is handled carelessly because they work with the same producers. In my view, this has nothing to do with marketing. The main couple is very popular and they have a stable fan base. Their choices are usually excellent. The problem lies with the unprofessional production team, who keep repeating the same mistakes, lacking both professionalism and creative vision.

I feel the romance has a lot of potential, but the production is not at the same level as the novel, and that is an issue. This happens because it is always the same unimaginative producers, lacking creativity and professionalism. It is always the same people.

The main couple is charming and I like them, but I am not sure they are the right fit, as something in the story may require different characters.

I also find the supporting cast weak and the direction fails to elevate the material. It is a shame, because this time the script is interesting and solid, with tension and intrigue that are usually absent from Thai productions.

I keep watching it because this couple is very charming and they have wonderful chemistry. They always choose the best scripts, and the lead actor always performs professionally and fully commits to every role.

That's subjective. To me he's way more attractive (and interesting) than Ogami.
Ok I am happy you are enjoying
