A little rant that is clearly going to be an unpopular opinion but I have to get it out thereβwe have SEEN Ramil…
I was hoping it would turn out THIS way, instead:
1) Khanin does NOT renounce his status as Prince, but still goes to the UK to study pollution management. Then he goes back to the kingdom to work in the Ministry of Environment - at least for a few years. Just to really get them established so they can work on the mining pollution issue, mostly. Charan (a private citizen, no longer obligated to the Kingdom) is with him as his partner.
2) Ramil finally, COMPLETELY walks away from his a-hole father. He renounces his status as Prince and goes off into the sunset with Paytai.
ONCE AGAIN, we have one of those series that has lots of "comedy noises" every few scenes. I don't know if I can make it through this if they keep that up. It's SO freaking annoying.
1) WHY, at the 47:22 time stamp (and other time stamps during the wedding), was WINNER there?
2) HOW was TONY at the wedding, at the 48:16 time stamp?? <---- and ^^^^^^ if those were just an after-show cast party thing, shouldn't they have left those for AFTER the show was over, when at the very end (the 50:01 time stamp) they were showing different scenes being filmed, as well as bloopers? It's illogical that Winner and Tony were at the wedding.
3) Why didn't they let us know if the drug to get rid of the special powers was ever fully completed? It was just experimental before.
4) Why didn't they let us know if Charlie decided to get rid of his powers, or not?
5) WHERE did the chemistry between Jeff and Alan go? It was pretty good in season 1, and the two actors, Sailub and Pon, had MASSIVE chemistry in their other series, This Love Doesn't Have Long Beans. But in season 2 of Pit Babe, it just went *POOF*. Gone.
6) PLEASE tell me they're **not** going to make a season 3, because TBH, season 2 wasn't that great.
7) What I WOULD like to see, though, is Benz and Garfield getting their own series.
It reminded me of the last night I spent with my first love. We were college students who realized our lives were taking us in different directions and to different parts of the world. We realized a breakup was inevitable, even though we still loved each other deeply.
That last night was awkward at first because we knew it was our last time together, and for a while we tried to say everything with words, but we couldn't.
After we gave up trying to speak, the night became deeply spiritual because for much of the night, we just let our eyes, our bodies and our hearts say everything without words.
Even now almost 40 years later, I remember. But I look back on that experience with a lot of love. I will always treasure those memories.

In the movie I saw all of that, with the added understanding that the reason the two men were breaking up was because one of them was most likely fulfilling a family / societal obligation: Getting married against his will because that was expected, regardless of his own feelings. Regardless of the fact that he was already in love. Regardless of the fact that he was gay or at least, bi.
The movie is from 2011, and thankfully, some things have gotten better since then.
But I hate to think of anyone who went through or might still go through a similar experience. I hope that someday, everyone can truly be themselves without fear and can love without the devastation of forced separation.
Just watched this little gem. It's really good for a short.
Great acting, and I'm glad for the happy ending.
But I LITERALLY wanted to crawl through my screen and SLAP the female friend and the mother. Seriously, if they were real people and they were standing right in front of me, I would not have held back. My blood was boiling.
Not sure what the point of the "special episode" was.
San Lian (the twin brother of Victor, from the original 8 episodes) travels to Thailand, walks around taking pics and happens to meet Ndol (played by an actor I have not seen before, named Ndol Knin).
They seem to feel some chemistry (although I, as the viewer, didn't feel ANY chemistry between them) and decide to spend the next day together. At some point, Ndol asks San Lian how long he's staying in Thailand and San Lian says "I don't know." Meaning.....he has no firm departure date.
They spend that next day together, and then that night, end up in a shower together where the inevitable happens.
And then despite having indicated that he had no real departure date in mind......upon waking up the next morning, San Lian IMMEDIATELY packs up and yeets himself to somewhere else while Ndol is still asleep.
He does take the time to write a note to the abandoned and confused Ndol, saying "I promise we'll meet again someday."
But that's it. BOOM. End of "special episode."
So.....I guess that's that. No explanation, no real goodbye.
Just a note that says "I promise we'll meet again someday."
And we ALL know what THAT meant, at the end of the first 8 episodes. Horrific and heartbreaking. I'm STILL not over that ending.
TBH......unless this was a set-up for a spin-off series to continue the story of San Lian and Ndol, I don't see the point of this "special episode" at all.

"I'm not sure I can stomach watching Mile trying to get all hot and bothered with anyone while wearing that long wig for the ENTIRE series."

The restaurant scene had me cracking up, lol. Their facial expressions!!

Did anyone else notice the camera (or some kind of equipment) hanging just in view on the left side of the screen at the 43:30 time stamp? LOLOL
I'm copying and pasting what I wrote after Ep. 8.
"The last episode is F*CKING INFURIATING. I can't even express how angry I am about the ending.
It absolutely ruined the ENTIRE SERIES for me. F*CK THAT SH!T."
And WOWSER, Great and Inn are beyond stunning.
