So Youqin's soul shards underneath the basic faults (Anger,Greed,Lust/Vanity) are super lonely. And the key for Yetan has been to meet them in their loneliness, not run away, and draw them out of their shell. Im curious how'll that will play out with the 3rd one. (He looks so gorgeous!) I also really can't wait for Youqin 2.0!
CXX appreciation comment: I was a bit skeptical at first because I'm not a fan of the show's genre, but he's nailing…
He has a modern drama slated to come out this year that looks really good. "Our Interpreter" his styling from the pics is 🔥🔥🔥 Love how versatile he is!
no but if they play off ye tan’s abuse as “actually her father cared for her all along and did it for her…
The Emperor dreaming that his daughters had no where to go, and not enough food to eat🤮 dude, your daughter starved as a little girl and was put in prison. Spare us your hypocrisy.
Can anyone spoil me who ends up dead in the leads and why? Preparing myself before I delve in
You asked for it, here comes the spoiler.***************************************************************************The FL dies to prevent war between the two kingdoms, and also because she couldn't bear that she has fallen in love with the man who betrayed her. It will apsolutely break your heart, but it is so worth it.💔💔💔
The OST still haunts me to this day. So so beautiful it makes my heart hurt. I know this drama isn't everyone's cup of tea (especially being a tragedy) but I find it to be really iconic. The characters, the stunning visuals, the music, the complexity really put it in a league of it's own. The performances from the two leads were so powerful, and their chemistry was fire 🔥🔥🔥 One of all my all time favorites
This started off fun, but the In-law's trying to steal and kidnap the kid was so stressful! The ML and his Mother were so heartless and cruel. A Mama's boy is really unattractive, especially when she has him committing actual crimes! It killed the romance for me, seeing how the FL was so traumatized by this family who treated her as a none human because she came from a poor, working class background.
Could anyone recommend me similar lakorns where the fl chases the male first then she gets tired and he grovels…
So Wayree has the hidden pregnancy trope, and is pretty cute. Jam loei Rak has the tables turn with lots of groveling. It's a slap and kiss Lakorn, the chemistry between the leads is🔥🔥🔥 A Chinese drama, "A class of her own" has multiple men groveling for the FL. It's a super fun, light hearted drama.
Just need to rant a little more What the heck was up with a whole bunch of the supporting characters siding with the ML and helping him get close to the FL? They kept being like "he's secretly in love with her so we can lie, manipulate, do whatever it takes to force the FL to be with him, because, ML's pitiful and he loves her." 🤮🤮🤮 Not one asked FL if she loved him. She was expected to love someone who abused her and her sister, lied to her whole family, stalked her, cheated on her, blackmailed her, and more! It made zero sense. So frustrating and annoying! I don't mind a grey male lead as long as they get better throughout the show, and the relationship is developed so you can actually root for them. Not so this one, he denied loving her, and took no responsibility for all the cruel things he did until the last 15mins of the last episode. Horrible waste of time.
I'm dying ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Who added self harm in the tags? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ and unlikely romance? What's that supposed to mean?…
I think the self harm was probably added because of the sisters cutting their arms to communicate. Maybe that is triggering for some people. The unlikely Romance is just because the leads are so different from each other, (personality, goals, culture) it would be unlikely that they would fall for each other.
Brainless female lead, who seemly couldn't open her mouth to explain that the Male lead was a womanizing psycho. So disappointed with this one, seriously save yourself and skip it! ML seemed legitimately insane. I really wanted the FL to get away and find freedom and love with someone who wasn't a narcissist and an abuser. ML needed to be admitted to a mental hospital. There so called love story was so toxic, no sweetness that didn't feel bizarre, just a weird and disappointing story.
This was just painful. The ML was the worst! His treatment of the FL was 100% not justifiable compared to how she "sinned". He acted like such an overgrown child, with zero character development. it was completely unattractive. I actively did not want them to end up together. FL had way more chemistry with the SML who was actually a good guy. It was annoying to see her take all the abuse like a silent Martyr when she could just walk away! Such a frustrating watch. I really hate cheating ML's. This one cheated on his girlfriend (who was a good person) to almost the last episode. What a dirtbag.
Almost the same story as Payu Sai, complete with the same evil Mother. In this one the characters had very poor development, and the overall writing was weak. ML was a Mama's boy, and as dumb as a rock. Yes the actor has a pretty face, but definitely did not feel any chemistry between the leads. Payu Sai was much better!
