I don't get it how the FL put the blame solely on ML for her sufferings. ML only sealed her power, yet FL killed him instantly without a second thought. That is not real love on her part. I am fan of Bai Lu and Joseph, so I merely commenting on the characters here.

Almost had me in tears when Ding Bei told the female bodyguard to go to Lingzhao. The watery eyes in her expression, the sadness of leaving her 'family nest', her acting is superb here.

The 2ML acting is spot on. He carries the character convincingly.

I don't see the chemistry between ML & FL, should have ended with 2ML instead.

Oh, you really missed a great drama. I would say, the best C-drama ever produced.

I watched the drama at 2x speed and yet feel so slow, wish it has 4x speed instead. Blame it on poor script, uninteresting plot, flat cinematography and weak ML character throughout.

What a great drama, similar to Nirvana In Fire with theme of revenge and tricky and dangerous plot. I like that the drama has lesser focus on ML+FL romance, which I think if it does, it will spoil the main theme of revenge. Kudos to Xiao Zhan for his incredible acting skill. However, Xiao Zhan came a little short in term of facial expression compare to Hu Ge, especially the emotional scene where Uncle Ji died under the beam. Maybe a good camera trick and make-up could make a difference. Hu Ge was exceptional in delivering deep sorrow through his eyes and facial expression.

Nirvana In Fire is best masterpiece ever produced. This drama is great too.

I like this drama that all the side stories and character are pretty much related to the core issue, which is to unravel the mysterious 8 feet shadow/evil. Kudos to the ML and FL, love their on-point acting.

I always thought Li Hongyi and Cheng Yi are the same person until I refer the cast&crew name.

All the side characters are performing well. The song 竹夜 (Bamboo Night) - 张云龙 (Leon Zhang) is so sad, the voice is superb! Didn't know Zhang Yunlong can compose, write the lyric himself and sing so well. I like the drama ending, it has closure to the whole story. Despite losing the loved ones, there is hope for the future through his son.

Yes, I am annoyed with the actress character, she has that 'surprise' look in all the episodes, it's kinda boring and irritating.

What a letdown. None of the scene was exciting, suspense nor carry depth to the theme it portray. I would say it was a messy plot trying to achieve everything but failed to deliver. Blame the screenwriter and the director. I rated 7/0

The FL level of stupidity is beyond words. Despite suspecting her step-father, she followed his instruction without hesitation. She has does not care for ML's feeling when she married another guy for the money. Poorly written script for FL.

10/10 for episode 32...real nerve-wrecking with the marriage decree scene. Can't wait for tomorrow.
