Can someone pls tell me if they're together yet? I've finished the 10th episode, but I'm waiting until they get together to watch again because the one-episode thing is annoying me, but this drama is so good that I don't really wanna wait.

In the first life, the CP have a brief interaction where it's not as deep as love at first sight but more like a situation where she piqued his interest and he was kind of like thinking about them together, but in the same moment where they meet, he sees her boyfriend and gets a little disappointed and gives up. And then later he forgets about her (I'm assuming since we haven't seen that part of his life yet) until later when he's in the position to be her prospective boss, but his assistant plants a bug in her code on purpose so that they can give someone else the job. And the FL overhears his assistant telling the girl who actually got the job that they planted a bug in the FL's code and that it was the ML's idea, but the ML didn't know about it and was actually trying to investigate the bug since he believed the FL when she said there was no bug. After finding out that she lost the job because of him, she gets angry, goes to confront him, and he tells her he's on his way to investigate, but they both "die" in an elevator crash and get reborn.

If you mean academically smart, it's expected for her not to be, since mentally she's been out of school for so many years and ruined her life due to not studying hard enough. And after being reborn, her memories don't reset to when she was that age, so she still isn't super smart, but she works on it really hard and unlocks her abilities. However, she is very street smart, and the way she handles her family's problems and rude people in this life is worth her being reborn.

I hope he opens his eyes to the kind of person she is soon, or at least that they won't be endgame.

I would say the best dramas from this year are 'The First Frost' and 'The Best Thing'. Then some that are worth a try are 'Be Passionately in Love', 'Ski into Love', and 'Our Generation'. These are all modern dramas, btw, bc I'm not really a costume drama person, but I know 'Prisoner of Beauty' is supposedly really good. These are all pretty mainstream drama recs tho, so sorry if you didn't get anything new out of it.

For the FL, it was in the first episode, in one of the very first scenes. And for the ML, it was in the fifth episode, when we find out he was reborn too. The scenes are pretty short, more like one-second flashes, so it's pretty easy to miss them.

Agreed! I really hate green tea people, especially for this reason. Most of them have no reason to be rude to a person behind their back and go out of their way to ruin their life when they've been nothing but sincerely nice to you. What makes me more mad is that Gu Mingze likes her! Even though he can clearly see how her parents look down upon their family, and the way she treats his sister. Especially after episode 10, the way he was comforting her after finding out she was the cause of his sister's near-death was sickening to me. Even she told him that it was her, and it wasn't a misunderstanding. All I keep thinking about this is that Sang Yan would never treat Sang Zhi like this, but they're on a whole other level fr.

I doubt it's a simulation, since the bug he mentioned was in his program for his team's project that they're working on. If anything other than actual time travel, I think it's gonna be a coma of some sort, because we can see both of them in their hospital beds, not awake, but also not dead, since we can hear the heart monitors. I really hope it is real-time travel, though, because then the changes to their lives they worked so hard for won't all be in vain.

I'm so sad we don't get any episodes today.. I didn't expect to love this show this much.

I've never watched a BL before or even really been into them, but this one has kinda caught my eye. Can anyone tell me if there are any big episode-long misunderstandings or breakups, and also how long it takes for the leads to get together? I don't think I'll be able to get into it if it's too messy.

I remember that's like the only kiss. The one during the scene where they got together. But maybe I'm remembering it wrong. I swear I thought it was just a small one, but thanks for the correction. I think I'm remembering it as a lot more underwhelming because I didn't see much chemistry for the kiss, but otherwise, the chemistry was pretty okay.

I hope that in the final episodes, our main group, or at least some of them, decide to leave the firm and start their own. Episode 10 gave me the ick for 3/4 of their bosses, and I understand that everyone has their own priorities, but the leads don't match with their respective firms. I hope the ending we get is that KHJ and AJH start the firm with BMJ, who only helps with the start-up while mostly resting for her maternity and comes back after she has the baby. Then, HSG decides to get his PHD with the savings he has right now and joins another law firm after he's done with his studies and becomes a teacher later down the road, and CCW follows his interests and becomes a prosecutor while still keeping in touch with the gang. Surely we can't get a fully happy ending right away, and there'll be some bumps in the road, but I really hope we get to see something similar to this, as all the mains here deserve to be happy and do something they actually like. I also wish we could see a little more romance between AJH and KHJ, but I get that it's a slice of life, and there's not much romance after they get together.

Mine is Sunflower Melody. Something about the part when the artists harmonize their voices scratches a part of my brain just perfectly.
