I have the feeling part 2 was made because they could not conclude in part 1. It looks like an extension to wrap…
Given everything that's happened in Part 2 so far, I have a hard time believing that. Any competent writers could have easily figured out how to condense both parts into one cohesive story.

Because killing Jang Uk and Naksu one time wasn't enough so they just wanted to do it a second time along with…
I'd pay to see someone ask them in front of a camera if they only enjoy writing stories with sad endings.lol
While we wait for tonight's finale, here are my quick thoughts regarding Part 2.

- Overall, Part 1 is without a doubt a far superior product when compared to Part 2.

- Am I the only one that feels like Part 1 had a bigger budget as well?

- If Park Jin is really dead, it's a shame that we never saw him find out that JBY was really Naksu (Cho Yeong). I feel like Songrim and the other mages owe her an apology for the wrongful death of her father.

- The only saving graces about Part 2 are LWJ and GYJ's performances, along with their on-screen chemistry.

- Master Lee is without a doubt the most useless character in Part 2. He was far more interesting in Part 1. Unfortunately, it seems like the Hong Sisters either didn't have the time or completely forgot to give the other characters a compelling arc for Part 2 as well.

This is KILLING ME. I swear I am going to die before we even find out if our leads live or die. This is torture.…
Should tonight's finale end on a sad or open note, I will definitely make sure that I never watch another project penned by the Hong Sisters. Their fetish for unsatisfying endings is so predictable at this point.

Agree.. There are so many dramas with sad endings and even though it's heartbreaking, somehow we accepted them…
Should we get another sad or open ending from the Hong Sisters, I wonder if this will end up hurting their careers in the long run? This would make it their third drama where they've delivered an unsatisfying ending for audiences. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Would fans be willing to give them a chance again with another drama knowing that it'll most likely have a sad ending as well?
Happy or Sad endings aside, I still feel like the Hong Sisters should have either told one story that was consisted of 26 episodes or give at least 16 episodes to Part 2.

As it stands right now, I really don't see any story reasons for why Part 2 was necessary. Don't get me wrong, I love the fact that we got to see GYJ shine in this role and make it her own. Her chemistry with LWJ is off the charts.

oh no, how can you let Ukie spend his life with 250+ yrs old blind grandma. 🥺🥺Seolran/buyeon already have…
Well, it would at last match LJW's resume of having a FL that's older than him. 😎

I'm overanalyzing Park Eun Hye last filming day photo with the director where she wear beautiful blue hanbok in…
We have to remember though that a lot of scenes didn't make it past the editing room. However, I won't deny the possibility that the three elders may have faked their deaths in order to buy themselves some time against Jin Mu.

As much as I hate to admit the possibility, it might very well be an open ending. We might get an epilogue where…
I don't mean dating Jin Seol Ran. My theory is that Jang Uk and Naksu will get separated during the events of tonight's finale. Fast forward a few years later, Jang Uk will reunite with JBY again and we'll be left wondering whether it's JBY/JSR or Naksu/Cho Yeong.

With this insane chemistry between Jang uk and Jin Bu-Yeon, for me she could just be Jin Bu-Yeon without nakso.…
The JBY that Jang Uk fell in love with this season is Naksu. She's pretty much what Naksu (aka Cho Yeong) would have been like without the tragic past. I'm assuming that the point of Part 2's love story was to emphasize that Jang Uk fell in love with Naksu's soul and that their souls will always recognize each other.

DAY 30.QUESTION OF THE DAY.(Guys its the last question of the day. I am screaming!)THE MOST UNPREDICTABLE QUESTION…
Reposting this here as well.

As much as I hate to admit the possibility, it might very well be an open ending. We might get an epilogue where Jang Uk runs into JBY again. It'll be left up to the viewers on whether Jang Uk is seeing Jin Seol Ran (JBY) or Cho Yeong (Naksu).

Unless I'm mistaken, the last scene filmed for Part 2 was Jang Uk and Naksu's wedding. Now that we know they get…
Got it. In regard to Oh Nara's interview, I thought she was referring to Jang Uk's behavior (e.g., getting married to JBY, not wanting to let her go) from the past episodes.

If she wasn't referring to those episodes, is it possible that Jang Uk could simply learn to finally move on with his life and accept Naksu's passing?
