I really wanted to leave this alone. I really did. But you are commenting on a show that is LGBTQ+. And on top of it, complaining about an actor who is not even in said show. People in this world all have personalities, not linked to "boy" and "girl". People are themselves and shouldn't be attacked for being themselves. For Earth's roles, he acts what is given to him on a script. I'll correct what Dee said. You may not be homophobic per-se, but your comment is just toxic all together. No one's forcing you to like Earth, but if you dislike him just for being cheery and cute? I see that as a you problem, and not his.
As a BL fan, a gay man, and a Hana Yori Dango fan, my heart is torn on this series. Firstly, I want to say that I have yet to see 2gether, so I'm not at this moment a BrightWin shipper. However, I do know the pain of loving a BL couple, only to see them in a straight drama later. As actors, however, they need to take on many different roles to get more credit. The whole thing is acting. As far as we know, Bright and Win are not in an actual relationship. And even if they were/are? They're both on the show and okay with this. I'd suggest giving it a chance and supporting them. The story of Hana Yori Dango (Boys Over Flowers) is a timeless one, and has been remade so many times. I can't wait to see Thailand's take on the classic story, and since this is being made by GMM, I hope to see some BL mixed in. Only time will tell, but as much as I am torn, I will support this series and watch it. <3

This drama was amazing. I really loved the ending! ... But can we please talk about how the final episode LITERALLY took a piece from the alternate ending of MODC, BROUGHT THE BOYS IN AND FIXED THE ENDING TO WHICHEVER COMPANY, WRITER WHATEVER THAT GAVE ME THE HAPPY ENDING I WANTED, THANK YOU. BLESS YOU.
Yes, there is one that came out before the show finished! However it has an alternate ending after the official one which is a very happy ending and I didn't cry at all while reading... x'D
Was this a perfect BL? No. Did it need a lot? Yes. Did I enjoy it? Yes. The main leads had something special. The show needed better writing and direction. The audio needed a complete remastering. The "royalty-free music" needs to go, and I would like another minute on the end just to give us the true closure we needed. But honestly? There is something to love in this show. I can't put my finger on why I like it, but I do. And considering this is a Mainland Chinese BL which we RARELY see these days due to censorship laws, I give this my full support. It doesn't have a bad ending, nor a fairytale ending. It's left open, but not in a bad way. Despite the negatives everyone's said about the show, there are positives. I hope to maybe see a season 2 or something completing the story (please give me a happy ending LOL)!
