I know we donât have the same opinion about this drama, but honestly I really enjoyed the acting of every cast member (Recipe for Love) They donât need flashy, over-the-top performances â what matters is they portrayed their characters well. So if any of them win an award for this drama, they deserve it too, because everyone put in the effort.
Maybe this drama isnât perfect, but whatâs good is that other problems still get resolved, and there are still warm moments even with some dangerous situations. The best part is no one dies and the story stays light.

Even though they keep bickering, but they still look so cute and their chemistry is still amazing. And the best part is, there's still no third wheel up to now. I'm so impressed by this writer for keeping it this way with no third wheel until episode 45. That's why Ju A and Hyeon Bin still keep giving me butterflies in my stomach! đŠđ„°

See, look, I was right. This drama might have flaws because it's natural - not every family is really perfect and situations like this are realistic. That's why this drama shows the strengths, weaknesses, and different behaviors of each family or person. Even if the police here are weak, it's good that even though Ju A's grandpa's memories haven't fully come back yet, he still got smart enough to catch Mi Hyang. So it's better to really be balanced when commenting because not everything in this drama is a flaw right away. There are still good things happening even when problems come up.
Because it still has four episodes left, problems definitely won't disappear yet since that's also part of life. But of course it will still end nicely, because the story isn't that heavy. I like Chocolate even though the story is heavy, but I don't like the ending of Uncontrollably Fond because the ending is sad đ„Č Spoiler: the ML's dies so this series is really heavier. That's why I'm hesitant to watch Love on the Menu because the writer of this only writes melodrama, and also I'm not ready for dramatic or heavy drama yet so I want to try Spooky in Love first. which is comedy romantic, horror. Like Ju Aâs grandpa helping with her sewing, Woo Jae helping Eunbin find a job, Hyeon Bin helping Ju A from Mi Hyangâs craziness, and Seong Mi helping Ju Aâs grandpa get his memories back a little. This drama doesnât always have flaws. The family values are still there. The problems arenât solved yet, but that doesnât mean everything happening is totally bad. Problems do come to families, but the heartwarming moments are still part of it, so itâs not a makjang that deserves harsh criticism. It was aired on TV Chosun so the quality isn't considered that high, but the colorful hanboks are beautiful. And what's really great about Grand Prince is the love story, the loyalty, and the happy ending. For me, it depends on the ending if I'll like a drama or not. Unfortunately I didn't really enjoy the ending of Queen For Seven Days because it's a given that it's a sad ending even though it's historically accurate. We may have different perspectives on Grand Prince and Queen For Seven Days, but the important thing is you enjoyed Queen For Seven Days and I enjoyed Grand Prince, so there's no problem about it đ

And the plot itself shows it's like Romeo and Juliet, so it's considered that they'll really struggle with sweet interactions. But that doesn't mean they have no chemistry. Even with their bickering they're cute to look at, and even when they're apart they're always together. The advantage of the drama with its long episodes is there's no third wheel causing major trouble. So the love story is still okay - what we're just waiting for is how they'll get back together..

Queen For Seven Days was good too but I didnât like the ending. What I love about Grand Prince is that through hard times and good times, the main coupleâs relationship stayed solid â they were so loyal to each other. Thatâs why I still enjoyed Grand Prince way more than Queen For Seven Days.

Yoo Shi Yoon is also being co actor of Jin Se Yeon in "Grand Prince" and I liked that drama too because even though the plot had a love triangle, Jin Se Yeon stayed loyal to Yoo Shi Yoon in that story, so you donât really feel the love triangle. And what I liked is that JSY and YSYâs love story there is really good..

Actually weâre the same about that, I donât really trust MDL reviews either because sometimes the comments on MDL are confusing too, everyone has different opinions and some of them are super toxic. So what I do is I just watch the drama directly. At least that way Iâll know if Iâll enjoy it or not. Why donât you try watching that drama too? who knows you might end up liking the story.
