I enjoyed the first episode I guess I just don't understand why he wouldn't immediately tell his team that he…
That's the reason why I didn't enjoy it. It feels cliche and stupid. And I don't know if it's bad script or poor directing. If poor script, I will know after watching 2nd episode. By poor directing I mean this fuzzy compilation. I think that if they instead showed POV of ML getting abducted and then just the moment he woke up without the fuzzy compilation it would be more interesting. Now he wakes up, action starts and later realizes he was drugged. Maybe he wakes up in hospital later and overhears doctor talking about injection marks and because of that he wants to get rid of blood samples (law about being under influence in Korea is wierd compared to other countries so even without investigation he would loose his job).
Those actions were all done when he was still heavily drugged and scared, so it makes sense Now his partner not…
Yes, he was drugged, but he knows he lost his gun and also I think he didn't pick all bullets. Someone will set him up for murder under influence or something simillar. That's why I have a problem. Someone commits murder, ballistics point at his gun, he is the suspect. I can understand that he doesn't want to tell anyone that he was drugged, but at this point instead of team of police officers solving the case, we have one guy trying to save his ego.
I don't know if anyone noticed. Ina can use her power if her and second person's eyes meet without any obstruction. She lowered her glasses and (I think) read mind of grandpa. But grandpa also had glasses on.
while I dont agree or I dont care about the ratings this early sadly episode 01 was very mediocre.Drinking his…
Yeah, I agree. Too be honest he should at least tell someone that he lost his gun? Why? I mean it is obvious that at some point someone will try set him up. Secondly, he was drugged, doesn't remember what happened past weekend and doesn't even try to inform his partner that he is in trouble. Goddamn, it won't be a good show.
I think so. when she said she has traumatized experience with fire. ig its the same accident. remember when one…
Well, that's probably it. It feels more realistic than my theory. I thought that maybe there is one specific colored item that makes it possible to prevent disaster, but he was never able to figure it out. We still need to know what were the bad parts about those new happy events - the bathroom event and the date. I just would feel slightly disappointed if "the key" is just strong will when for 7 years he desperately tried to save his colleague.
Ep 1 and 2 are completly different drama from ep 3 and 4. And I prefer the latter. I enjoyed this week's episodes much more than previous. I just hope it will continue in this tone, not the cringe comedy like in first two eps.
ep1 and 2 didn't sell this show for me last week so I'm skeptical... could ep3 do?
I was sceptical after ep 1 and 2, but to be honest ep 3 was good. It was more serious and I enjoyed it more. But I would wait until ep 4 aired. I don't trust single good episode.
2 episodes in, not realy like it. Jokes don't land for me. To be honest I don't see Song Ki Baek as this ideal announcer as he is described. Don't get me wrong, I think he does his best, but it doesn't work for me. Well, I'll see next two episodes and decide if it's drop or guilty pleasure, because it's definitely not an exceptional show.
I think there's something sus about her, its like she's intentionally doing those things!
It's kinda wierd that she is 14 years old and it's been 15 years between thier high school years and adult timeline. Possibly culprit's daughter? Maybe he tries to get revange, because he was separated from his daughter (or he is simply psycho). Or she is just a 14yo fan who run away from home and there will be subplot about it.
The female lead is gonna die lol. I could tell this from the first episode but after seeing the kiss scene I became…
For the rest of the drama? Maybe, but I need to remind you that in first episode we got introduced to ML's grandson - biological grandson as he looks like his grandfather so maybe they will kill off FL and introduce new one later or in 2nd season (possibly) or just leave it be.
From the beginning their is no clear balance in haein, hyunwoo relationship. First they showed hyunwoo as an asshole…
Oh, I see. So I'm not the only one. We are on 13th episode, each has over 80 minutes of runtime and we have a lot of fillers. I was not fan of Hae In to begin with, but I expected to understand her reasoning more and have her redemption arc at some point. As for Hyun Woo - I was expecting his episodes that show how he suffered because of her family. And what? Didn't really get any of that the way I wanted. Like the breaking point of their relationship was the miscarriage. They didn't address the only one situation that supposedly lead to collapse of the marriage. Hae In just decided just to be more transparent, but nothing was solved after all. Hyun Woo also got done dirty. To be honest he doesn't hold the grudge against family at all. He just forgot the whole 3 years of this miserable life. I'm not even going to rant about Da Hye's and Soo Cheol's relationship. I genuinely feel disappointed in this drama.
About 31% of shareholders supported the family, they'll have to work to get more shareholders in their corner.…
Relationship between mistress and Eun Seong is unstable. I think Hyun Woo will convince ES to vote against Seul Hee for Hae In to become the CEO or something. I guess it will take some time, but that will ultimately be the result.
"I was eagerly anticipating this drama, hoping it would be a slice-of-life, feel-good story. However, it has turned…
I was thinking after one episode, what the end game is. My point is - her character is so twisted that I cannot think of scenario that will make this drama satysfying in the end. For example, "I lied because I didn't want to loose you" makes me think that if ML accepted it I would never touch this writer's drama ever again and if he got mad and divorced her I would be content, but either way FL is manipulator and would hate her; "I misunderstood doctor's diagnosis" - is she really this drama so stupid after all?; "The diagnosis was wrong" - goddamn cliche, but under some specific conditions that I don't want to write right now, it can be acceptable, but not great. I enjoyed first episode, but I see so little room to resolve this problem that I'm kinda skeptic.
It's just my opinion, but psychopathy is more of a something you are born with. I'm kind of biased, because I've read the webtoon and there is a reason why So Min is what she is. I'd also say that if she was psychopath she wouldn't be in such shitty position (contract worker). Either way I'm not professional psychologist so maybe I'm missing something, but for sure she is lying, scheming and overall awful person.
Yes, at this point she is humiliated to the point of rage by Ji Won's actions. In that state (and slightly drunk) she is highly impulsive. She cares more than anything about how people perceive her. She cannot swim, yet jumps into water, she is happy that she still has some control over Ji Won when she sees her underwater. So Min manipulated Ji Won for like 15 years and the fact that after such a long time she slips away her control makes her desperate to the point of harming herself. There are some shortcuts, but overall someone with NPD can be suicidal when being shamed and/or vilified.
She's full on narcissist. Lying, can't stand when people dislike her, manipulates people by threatening her own life, only thinking about her own feelings and well-being. Min Hwan is also narcissist, but not as extreme as Su Min.
can someone who read the manhua tell me when she's going to break up with Park Min Hwan, I really hate her being…
In source they broke up on the meeting with parents so I guess it will happen in next two episodes. However we are at 8th episode, so halfway, but current events are somewhere on chapter 20 and this is less than 1/3 of the manhwa. Despite everything they changed and cut a lot of stuff so I can't be sure if they will drag this relationship longer.
I'm enjoying welcome to samaldri and my man is cupid. better than this, you can try them if you haven't
Couldn't get throuth 2nd episode of samaldri - I don't like ML's character. I considered My man is cupid, but I dislike supernatural romance, My Demon is not exception, hate the trope after Goblin and I either don't touch it or i have to be desperate to watch anything. Might give a try after 9th episode of My man is cupid. because in most dramas 9th is where everything can go downhill really quickly.
And I don't know if it's bad script or poor directing.
If poor script, I will know after watching 2nd episode.
