I also don’t like master-disciple love stories 🥲. But I am somewhat relieved that he is not calling her "Master,"…
Eternal love was more about the age gap, although I remember there was a weird situation going on with her master as well. Then Novoland where she was the disciple, basically raised by her master. And now this one, as the master this time.

I don't really have a problem with master-disciple love stories, as long as they are both adults when they meet. The problem is really when one of them is a parental figure. I'm not even gonna talk about the age gap because it's different when it's a Xianxia/Wuxia. I remember in 'Eternal love' Yang Mi's character was about 70 000 years older than her fiancé xD Maybe she has a thing with those kind of story, that's 3 times already 🙃
I might give this one a chance because I love this ML. Please tell me what you've thought of it afterwards.
I really don't like this concept when a teacher basically raises and teaches a kid as a parental figure and then it turns into a love story, it's just creepy😰 It's too bad because I really like those 2 actors :/ And there was already a similar drama with Yang Mi, Novoland or something like that, couldn't watch it either.
My biggest issue is that this Drama showed no repercussion for the former assistant and the ex boyfriend.
Right, I can't believe she still worked with him in the end... The repercution for the assistant is her 'career' in that industry completely over and being harassed on the social media and irl. I agree there should also be legal repercussion for false allegations though...
I think it was a bit too long but the actors were great, as expected of these 2. The story was more on the cute side. The writting was okay but I don't get why so much of the scenes had to be drunk ones. Imagine the actors spending half the drama acting drunk for the story to move on, even for a Kdrama that's a bit much :/
with the mood being mostly positive for 12 eps now i doubt they will have a sad ending
He seems pretty determinated to save her despite herself though 🤔 And when there's a lot of happiness in a drama before the end, there's usually a tragedy coming. Hope you're right though 🤞
The first 2 episodes were nice but then it became weird, with the ML basically stalking and hitting on his brother's fiancée and said fiancée encouraging it, gross ... The families were pretty sterotypical, nothing too interesting. The story was all over the place :/
What a masterpiece. The cast was exceptional, I wasn't really a fan of any of the actors in particular, but they were amazing, especially the lead actors. The story was funny, sad, emotional, joyful and even cruel at times. I cried more than once and it was a real rollercoaster ^^ The writing was good, no real surprise in the story and the ending was pretty predictable but I still loved it.
If this drama deserve 8.9 then MDL should just delete the rating system from their website . It's nowhere near…
That's just your opinion ^^ To me it was a masterpiece and no I'm not a "delulu or a teenager". Stop acting like you can dictate what's good or not, your opinion is not worth more than any other person here...
Not a fan of the ending but the story was nice and the couple really cute. The mom ruined it for me, she was so annoying. It feels like the screenwitter forgot about the Ex and his family halfway through the drama. It feels a bit unfinished, we didn't even get to see the face of his sister when she learned the FL inherited the hotel, after she put her and her family down so much.
