Began watching for Jinđand stayed for the comedy (I laughed so much each episode) and for the climber guests - they seriously looked like they had received a gift when they saw the rock wall. đThe editors really knew what they were doing when they followed them to their climbing outings. We thank you âşď¸ The Ha family had me in my feels. đĽš
I just âdiscoveredâ this show yesterday and binged 8 episodes last night. Just waiting for the last one. Iâm hoping our former MMA fighter makes some new memories and friends. đđťââď¸đŞđťđĽ
Episode 8 has been my happy place this week. I have a feeling these two might confess at the same time in Episode 10. The whole asteroid colliding thing. Episode 9 is Seoung Won stressing over who Hee Su may like now and Hee Su stressing about whether he confesses or keeps secretly liking Seoung Won like he did with Chanyoung for years.
Took me a while to watch it, but once I did, I finished in one sitting. Not a fan of the end of episode 7 but it didnât kill the drama for me. A good action revenge drama with a badass FL.
if youâre not holding a grudge against Chanyoung and Jiyoo for being straight, youâll notice that this was…
What grudge? Do you read the comments? You clearly donât understand why fans are upset with this series and the couple Chanyeong/Jiyu. Go read the manwha- even just the first couple of episodes of the manwha, and youâll understand. Or look at the trailer, which advertises this series as a BL with a BL couple, not this dual main lead with equal BL and straight (while giving more screen time for the past 6 episodes to the straight couple). In a drama advertised and classified as a BL, the straight couple should be the secondary couple and get less screen time. Period.
They have the straight couple as mains as well, which means theyâll share equal airtime (unfortunately). This series was advertised as a BL and is a BL in the manwha. Why they needed to add a straight couple and give them so much airtime is beyond me. I fast forward through Chanyeong and Jiyu solo scenes because I could care less about their boringly predictable plot line. I really want to know what kind of crazy conversation happened between the scriptwriters, producer, and director⌠Also, what kind of marketing surveys/analyses they did to decide this was the right direction to go.
As I fast forward through solo scenes with Juyi and Chanyeong⌠(I get that theyâre also mains, but this was advertised as a BL, so that should have been the main and dominant storyline- that and Chanyeong is so unlikable and their storyline is SO boring- the few minutes I watched before I started skipping through their scenes).
But really, for someone who is supposed to be Heesuâs best friend, Chanyeong is unforgivably inconsiderate and oblivious to Heesu and doesnât seem to be close to him at all. Itâs a very shallow relationship, at least on Chanyeonâs part. He definitely takes Heesu and his loyalty to Chanyeong for granted. I feel like Jiyu is a better friend to him than Chanyeong- whose focus is on his own world. I really felt that didnât care much about Heesu from the second episode. If they turn it around and have him sitting there being a sounding board for Heesu, I wonât believe this sudden character change.
Meanwhile, I understand Seungwon. Itâs difficult to confess for someone with his âIâ personality. He knows Heesu likes Chanyeong, which means he needs Heesu to break away a bit from Chanyeong in order to even see him as a potential love interest. It looks like the tides are turning though. We probably wonât get a confession until episode 8 or 9. Even with Jiyu setting him up every time (sheâs actually a great best friend, unlike Chanyeong).
Itâll be interesting to see what happens next week with the dynamics between the 3 boys. And maybe Jiyu will become a confidant to Heesu? Who knows at this point. Definitely wonât be Chanyeong (not believably anyway).
An opinion thatâs mixed, based on the comments and show rating. People should be considerate. It should be something I choose by clicking on someoneâs covered spoiler comment, right? Thatâs what itâs for. ijs
I donât care how the m/f couple progresses. The majority of the screen time should be the m/m couple. I found myself 10-second skipping past the m/f parts as it is, shortening an already short episode. 6 more episodes to go. Hereâs to hoping Heesu and Seungwon get more. I would have preferred chicken over a guitar. Very clear this episode was about Jiyu and Chanyeong. 6-day wait, here we goâŚ
Oh man. This was one of those amazingly good movies Iâll never watch again. đBoth Gong Yoo and Park Bo Gum were amazing as always. I really wanted a different (unrealistic) ending because SeoBok is such a sad character. Bo Gum did amazingly well with this role.
OMG this series and S1 were SO good! I need a season 3. I hope we get it. The emotional roller coaster they put me throughâŚI love everything about this and S1. Of course I donât like how people go missing, but the message of hope and justice is what I mean. With how it ended, S3 seams highly likely. I hope we donât stay on the edge of the cliff due to lack of funding or whatever.
