The series takes us through the turbulent journey of Go Yeong, depicting his struggles, with family and societal pressure and yearning for love that sometimes feels both profound and frustrating. His journey left a bittersweet taste in my mouth. It's messy but executed in a way where you want to sometimes knock some sense into him and sometimes just wrap your hands around him and tell him, it's going to be okay. He was a man who was loved throughout, sometimes too deeply to make him drown and others with him or sometimes with superficial pleasures to make him realise that the chaotic, mundane affectionate bond he left behind now lingers like a soft ache, a reminder of what love actually once was.

Overall , this drama is a delightful and entertaining blend of romance and humor balancing personal and professional growth. While it does have cliched elements and minor flaws, the execution is done well. Recommended if you are looking for light and fluffy drama with good character development with no less to no drama and enjoy contract marriage & cohabitation tropes.

Hachi’s childish behavior was the reason I didn't enjoy the drama much too. At times it was frustrating to watch.

Also I didn't know there was a second season. Hopefully they give his character a good development.

Overall, will recommend it as a one-time watch. Despite some clichés and pacing issues, the characters and their journeys toward self-acceptance and emotional growth are fun to watch.

They finally focused on the fantasy element which they sidelined in the series, but while building that I felt the romance took a back seat. It felt a bit underwhelming.
Overall, still it was a sweet but somewhat forgettable special .

Yes it has flaws especially how they handled MoEum's story but nevertheless a special one ✨

This was quite a ride for me. It was more than a romcom. It was a nuanced story of personal growth, love and healing. The drama resonated with me long even after each episode ended somehow reminding me that understanding ourselves and the people around us is both complex and sometimes profoundly beautiful.

I may have delved deeper than necessary 🙈 but the 8 weeks journey was a treat. The real-life parallels made this extra special for me. I know it has FLAWS but I am willing to overlook them for the sheer enjoyment it has given me.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this. ,

In ULS , they were the second couple but I wished they were the mc! 😭 After time of fever few things make more sense in ULS.

But I enjoyed the movie more than the drama !
