Loving this whole cat and mouse vibe between Thiu and Doc.
Thiu totally knew that Kan was lying but just kept playing along. Meanwhile, Kan's actions are still super ambiguous to me. 😅 I understand the intention tho.
Also, the nurse working with Kan... Something about her feels off. And that pharmacy guy!! I’m almost certain he’s tied to one of the murders especially the director’s.
And let’s talk about that forensic expert. The way she casually throws out the whole "terminally ill patients" theory in front of Thiu to plant doubt? Feels suspicious to me. Way too confident for just a diagnostic IMO. 🙈 But maybe I’m wrong. Idt she is the killer but she is definitely hiding something
But seriously, whoever the killer is—did they not realize the director was publicly against euthanasia? Like emailing a suicide note with that reason!! Common! 😅 You’re using KCL, such a creative kill, but then you go and make that dumb mistake? Really? 🤣
Preview: I need Kan and Thiu to team up already! 🌚 Can’t wait for ep 5!
I can'tttttt 😭❤️
The look on Minase’s face when Hirukawa’s mom kept comparing him to his dad? You could feel the frustration. He wanted to call her out so bad. And Hirukawa, he just wasn't upset which honestly just broke my heart even more. That’s just so much weight to carry.
Then, Minase invited Hirukawa to stay with him with that soft, pure smile, and I literally melted. AAAAGH 💖
When Hirukawa said, “I’m my dad’s son after all. What if I end up like him?”
That convo with his mom really hit him hard. Honestly she needs to care more about her son’s life than just assuming he’s a delinquent and keeps getting in fights because he is a teenager. But okay, moving on…
Minase comforting him with “You’re not like your dad. You’ll be okay” while caressing his face !!!!!! My heart couldn’t take it.
These two just want love and comfort, and it’s so clear. Then the hug when Minase says, “BUT YOU CAN’T NOT GO!” *My soul*, I’m telling you.
Also, when Minase initiated the kiss this time, it wasn’t awkward or anything , just soft and gentle. That’s their whole vibe, and I’m here for it. 😭😭🔥🔥
“I want to be better!” And then they run into the sea together—water has been such a key part of this show, and seeing them connect like that in the water? It was such a beautiful way to show they’ve accepted each other. Minase copying Hirukawa’s move of wetting his hair was like him accepting his flaws too, and that was just perfect. 🤌🏻
Minase being so open about his feelings, and just being there for Hirukawa is still my favorite part of the show.
Then the scene at the crossroads, with them looking at each other so intentionally? You can feel the angst building, and it’s lowkey stressing me out, lol.
Majima is getting on my nerves. Like, why pull someone down when they’re just trying to do better?
That moment with Hirukawa, when Majima hit a nerve with his dad trouble but Hirukawa not hitting him showed so much about him. (you ain't like your dad ,my guy 🥺)
“Neither of us are trash, so just stop" honestly, he is such a great actor, I’m really impressed. The expression on his face when he was saying this dialogue!!!
Minase checking up on him ❤️ and you can see he is also concerned! That walk back was tough for them, and for us watching!
Now they have to bring in their parents… and it looks like things are about to get messy for Hirukawa. The preview already has me worried, but I’m still so excited to see what happens next.
This show is just getting better and better!
This is an entertaining blend of drama and comedy with great chemistry between Ryoma, a passionate lawyer with a quirky relationship with succulents and Haruto, a charming yet mysterious character. Their relationship is beautiful, filled with laughs, swoon-worthy moments, and a touch of second-hand embarrassment. Despite some pacing issues and a rushed plot, it's a light, fun binge-worthy watch.

This series totally surprised me! The leads have AMAZING chemistry and acted so well and honestly, that’s what made it so engaging.
The anthology concept at the beginning was super fresh and unique, and they executed it really well. But, I will say, towards the end, they kinda dropped that concept, which left me a bit disappointed.
Still, overall, it was a solid watch. Definitely recommend it! ✅
after Zi Xiang made his intentions clear !
Girl, what are you doing?! 🙄
This Chinese BL drama had a rocky start, initially cancelled before being picked up, but ultimately pulled me in with its raw performances. The chemistry between the leads, Qi Lu and Qin Xiao, was evident from the first episode, and their emotional struggles were portrayed with sensitivity. Both characters had well-developed backstories, particularly Qi Lu’s traumatic experiences. However, the pacing sped up in later episodes, making their arcs feel incomplete. The secondary couple, Tan Yin and Liu Ming Yang, added a unique dynamic but could’ve had more depth.
I will still recommend giving this a watch especially since there aren’t that many Chinese BLs out there. Yes, it has its flaws but the fact that they took a brave shot at something with the censorship around deserves props.

Hirukawa's POV hit different this episode ! The traumatic past and present with physical abuse , his interest and liking to Minase' s dad movies - all explained so well !
"As long as I endured, there will be no tragedy."
This line broke my heart 😭
Hirukawa's story feels like a journey through a world that never understood him, where he simply followed the tide, with no one to lean on—until Minase arrived, and everything began to change.
This was love at the first site for Hirukawa. No, you can't convince me otherwise !! 😍😁
Minase became his safe space, his soft spot! 💖
And don't even get me started on Hirukawa’s mom- so oblivious to her son's pain. That one scene, where she's playing with the baby and Hirukawa’s sad smile looking at them... it hits deep. It felt like all the answers were right there as to why Hirukawa doesn't open up about his pain. I know she isn't 100% at fault for choosing a better life but leaving your son and not even checking up on him knowing how your ex-husband is , doesn't scream 'World Best Mom to Me'! -_-
Minase : "Are we homosexuals ?"
Hirukawa : " Did you just say you liked me ?"
Hirukawa can turn ANY situation into a flirt fest! 😂 Someone please save Minase 🔥😁
Also him not missing a single chance not to kiss Minase always sends me!!🤣🤣
Overall , really liked the episode. Yes the part with Hirukawa's sick excuse of Dad was heartbreaking to watch but I am glad Hirukawa's is nothing like him. He is still so gentle and pure.
Here’s hoping Minase and him can take care of each other for real! ❤️
Like, my guy was living for her making a sound, I’ve never seen someone so hype over the smallest thing! 😭❤️ He was soft but still out here being his cold stoic self! 🤣
The lift scene after his dinner with his trashy parents was so powerful ! The way she tried to removed her hand from his grip and stopped after hearing his side. The way she looks at him 🤌🏻😭😭
And the interview scene! Lol he was both shook and impressed ! Loved that whole sequence ! 🤌🏻❤️
BUT THE ENDING?? THE PREVIEW?? THE TORTURE OF WAITING UNTIL NEXT WEEK?? NOOOO 😭😭
Honestly, this episode? I’m fully invested. Hooked, obsessed, whatever you wanna call it. 🍿
That scene though… 🤌🏻 Hirukawa is out here wanting to protect Minase, and it’s honestly breaking my heart. 😭 And when Minase gave him that popsicle handkerchief? I can’t!! It was such a sweet, subtle moment that hit so hard. ❤️
And Hirukawa really said "no kisses" and then came back with even more intensity like it’s nothing in every episode 😂😂 (but honestly, I’m not even complaining 😉)
But the last hug? Everything!! 😭 Minase pulling Hirukawa in and letting himself be vulnerable, crying in his arms! 🤌🏻 Can feel the shift now, Minase is getting attached too. The tension is REAL. 🔥
The preview of ep 5 looks interesting!
He was very impressive in Twinkling Watermelon and i didn't even realise he was in 18 Again too 🙈
Thank you for the article! 💗 Very informative. Will definitely check the work of others listed here too ^.^
