Saying that a show about athletes should show sports action scenes because that's an athlete's role, is tantamount…
I so hear you and like the show too. It's just that this episode seriously pissed me off. Honestly, I'm all for a slow burn if the writer has a view and direction I can visualise. It took 7 episodes for me to see this, and I got and respected the path the writer was taking. However, to dish us this utter shit on EP 8 all about basketball, I just don't understand. I'm a writer. So I can't get my head around why a writer wouldn't want to continue the romance narrative of the three leads. I just don't get it. We already know and understand the love the main leads have for basketball, why do we need to see more, when it is pitched as a romance drama?

Aw, bless you. I'm a lover, not a fighter, so in these instances, my brain naturally turns to the hilarity of how inconsequential this whole shit is in the bigger picture of life. After all, we are talking about a bloody drama, we'll all probably forget about after 2-months of broadcasting. I rest my case. Funny as fuck in my brain.

I know, it made me laugh out loud. However, damn, you've so got this. If I had popcorn right now, this would be a good night. Babes, your eloquence is fierce and factual. Go girl:-)
Honestly, we need to chill the fuck out and head to the page that is #Semantic Error. An absolute joy of expectations and so beautiful in its love and appreciation of the beauty they've created. There is not one bad review of this series for a reason. It is truly beautiful indeed an a wonderfully happy thread.
Seriously wtf? You're complaining about a sports show for showing too much sports? Yes adding the coach actually…
I'm not complaining about a sports show. I'm complaining about a show which clearly states above and in this order under genre: Romance. School. Youth. Sports. So, naturally, that's my expectation. I love the story and history around Tupfah and Torn. However, romance is cited as the core of this story and that's what I want to see, alongside the other second leads, which have such an interesting story, which isn't been developed. I don't want to watch 30 minutes of basketball, because I already got from the first episodes how important it was to them.
Writer. Director. Are you having a fucking laugh? I didn't sign up for a basketball drama. Really, 30-mins of basketball? WTAF? I'm beginning to think the writer and director have a closeted love affair going on with bad coach. Because, really, you think all the screen time you've giving to him actually adds to the story and makes us happy and engaged. Have to tell you, the answer is no. Have a word with yourselves. We don't give a flying fuck about bad coach.
Honestly, get a grip and use your narrative properly as we expect you to tell us the love story of the three leads. This story started as a slow burn, however we respected that and were patient. Finally at episode 7, we started to see progression and then you have the audacity to deliver this utter shit as ep 8. #Raging. I'd suggest you check out the writers and director from #Semantic Error. I think they could teach you a thing or two about writing and engaging your audience.
