Hilarious. What a small world we live in as the saying goes. Well, if we can get past our differences, which I think we can, because we share a passion for Asian dramas, perhaps we can meet in London sometime for a drink, 👍🏽
On a more serious note, and I hope I won’t be saying something stupid for some: even if it is a short mini thingy,…
OMG! I'm so going to check these out. Thank you so much for sharing. I adore a badass FL and just can't do the whiny, childish, stupid, needy tropes, so these sound just up my street. And, for me, most importantly, if the chemistry isn't there, I simply won't entertain.

Ah, see. We do agree on some things. 😁I absolutely adore Long Time No See, have re-watched it many, many times. I also found Tasty Florida a surprising delight for a short drama.
Haha, you continue to make me laugh, no I'm DEFINITELY not going to reconsider my score of Kieta Hatsukoi. It started out so quirky and interesting, as I believe, no other country thinks like the Japanese when it comes to storytelling. They're just so unique and quirky, which is why I return to J-dramas again and again. However, this drama just dissolved into an utter childish mess for me. The way they chose to direct Aoki Sota I found unbearable. He started out as an interesting character and then the overacting, the childishness, the constant rabbit caught in the headlights, just evolved into exhausting viewing... and after all that, they didn't even kiss. So no my fellow homie, on this one we ABSOLUTELY must agree to disagree.

Ah yes. I adored that drama and have re-watched it many times. Beautiful but oh so sad. I actually updated my watch list to include, I hope every Asian drama I've watched to-date. Check back at it and hopefully you'll find some more you like. Ciao for now.

I'm in total agreement with you. In fact, if it wasn't down to the 9.26 minute length, I don't think you'd know it was shot on a budget. The script, direction and production are indeed excellent. I also like the bravery of the script writing and especially the fact that Tian Yi is shown unashamedly as a dominant , aggressive male and the rest of the cast so utterly brutal and nasty.
My ultimate hope is when it concludes, as they do with a lot of short BL dramas, is stitch all the episodes together to make it a film, as it has huge re-watch value.
I'm loving General Liu - what a man, a straight talker who shoots straight from the hip to tell it like it is in support of the governor. So loved his conversation with Ting Yao, direct and to the point. And finally, she now knows the truth. That poor man and his left breast has been through so much to protect her. Now we can steadily move on with the drama. Exciting!
Also, it would appear everyone was given just two costume changes each to do this drama. Funny!

Indeed. Indeed. You do make me smile between all these interactions. 😃And, I so hear you. However, crossing the line for one culture may not be the same for another and that’s where respect needs to come into play to appreciate the differences.
