He was too calm when the case was closed in Dachu and he said he'll take the body to their land. Lmao I was suspicious since then! Then, that jade came lol. Why would they leave that jade alone in Dachu out of so many things? I felt like it was her who ordered to give that alone back to him to let him know she's the princess or maybe she's still alive whatever lol.

I believe that "Auspicious" jade has taken that blow. Did you remember the scene where MXY gave that jade to his friend saying that this didn't belong to her so they returned it? That jade had a huge crack covered in blood. The jade was already cracked before her death but it was even more later. So I believe, that must've taken half the blow and the stab went across such that it didn't stab the critical area.
