Maybe not on Pinterest but I've certainly been dragged into dramas by posters and screenshots before. Mostly leading…
In Fated to Love's case, I think it's either a hit or miss. I've seen reviews later from people who loved it and I could understand their reasons for liking it. For me it just didn't work.
Tastes differ. 😊 My most pleasant surprise was Her Royal Highness because short dramas were something I was cautious about. Not enough depth, rushed romance was the things that made me want to stop watching them, but then I saw the posters of Her Royal Highness and gave it a chance and I'm glad I did because it changed my view on them and I have watched more Short Length Dramas since then with joy. So when something picks your interest go for it. It doesn't have to be a long drama at the beginning. ☺️

posters are always deceitful, they are meant to evoke certain feelings, sometimes in a very crude and in your…
It's basically the same for all movies, books etc, as the cover/poster is supposed to attract attention and interest so people become curious and will look into it more deeply. That doesn't necessarily mean, that all posters are deceitful though. When you know that (and keep it in mind) it's okay to let yourself be attracted by a cover. For me it's merely the first thing that picks my attention and I think most of us watch a drama based on more points and not one image. What we tried to say in the article was, that one image can be enough to make you want to watch a drama or sometimes just makes you curious enough to check it out. After all images do hold a certain power in our decision making.
I think at the end of the day it shouldn't be about a cover/poster but the content though. And there is this saying that has significant importance regarding posters: Don't judge a book by its cover. 😉

i'm on tumblr and following a blog titled guzhuanghaven that reblogs gorgeous gifs of cdramas. the cuts are so…
The title sounded familiar and I'm sure I've come across gifs of them before. Following now.😂 I have one drama I keep circling around for years now. The gifs/pictures are gorgeous but I'm not sure if I should go for it. Unfortunately it was cut and censored afterwards and I know from experience that such dramas often look literally butchered. The gifs are so nice, but those scenes were cut. 🙁

I agree with you on so many levels! Though for me there are also YouTube videos that put me down a rabbit hole.…
True, YT videos can do the same. Especially the fan made videos can be quite intriguing and make you wanna watch a drama. It's only later that the conclusion is that the video showed the highlights of the drama and the rest was...well forgettable. I'm not gonna say the dramas name but it happened to me before. 😂
I used to went for dramas or avoided them because of other opinions on them. It took me a while to realize that someone's else opinion doesn't necessarily have to be the same as mine and that it would've been better to not listen to others but rather my own feelings towards a drama. Today, I don't care much how hyped a drama is. I only watch it, when I feel like it.

Wow I didn't know that existed! thanks for sharing. I have to agree that this was a great article. Does anyone…
You can't save it on MDL since there's no function to do so. I put a link of stuff I want to remember in custom lists and for articles I'd like to save for offline reading or to have a safety copy I use my browser.
Some browsers have an integration that supports saving web pages as pdf. Here's a guide for different browsers: https://www.wikihow.com/Convert-a-Webpage-to-PDF
By the way gifs are not compatible, they will become static in a pdf.

Thank you! ❤️
Oh yes, this poster is funny. I remember there was an online challenge called 'Tetris Challenge'. I think it was inspired by this challenge. When you google Tetris Challenge you find lots of photos like that. 😂

Thank you! ❤️
Haha, yes there is definitely some benefit to it. There's the risk of failure too though.
But I would recommend diving into dramas just like that without huge research once in a while. It's a fun experience. 😊

I'm watching The World of Fantasy now and I am only up to the fifth episode, but I like it. But, to be fair, I…
We all have different watching habits and I think there's no wrong or right in them. What someone disliked can be anothers favorite, which is good. It's great if you enjoy the drama. Have fun! ❤️😊

Thank you! ❤️
Totally understand that. Visuals can deceive, just had this experience again. 😆
I guess I'll keep running into traps though because my mood makes me watch dramas regardless of other stuff sometimes. Ah well. 😂

Thank you so much for this kind feedback. Editorials are my favorite articles because they cover so many interesting topics that go beyond gossip and (K-)drama news. I'm happy you like our article. ❤️

Well, as you know I also suffer from NDD but I still recommend to dive into dramas without reading synopsis sometimes. It's a mood thing for me, which makes it easier but I found great dramas that way. 🥰
Thank you for reading and your sweet comment, dear. ❤️

Oh yes, Pinterest and Tumblr are quite dangerous as they have potential to make your PTW list longer and longer. 😂

I can wholeheartedly recommend it. It has the perfect balance of romance, action, humor and drama. I think I'll rewatch it one day because I loved it so much. 😄

No, it's an older drama. Filmed years ago in 2016, just didn't air in China and probably never will.
I'm afraid China doesn't care much. They are strict towards anyone or anything that is a "bad example" for others. I'm not sure if anything regarding investigations have been made public. And even if they do prove one day that ZZH is innocent, I doubt they would apologize or acknowledge they made a mistake. I feel sorry for him.

According to him, none. He says he was falsely accused and framed. He even asked the police to investigate. It's a really fishy case in my opinion. As soon as this photo appeared and claims were made he was banned. You might say it was 'perfect timing', as the scandal happened when he raised in popularity after Word of Honor, so it's really a weird 'coincidence'. As for me, I hardly believe in such coincidences. It looks more like someone tried to take him down before it would be harder to do so. After all you can see how Gong Jun his co-star benefited from their drama WoH. I'm sure without the scandal it would've been the same for ZZH. In my opinion we lost a talented actor because of this incident.

Title Beloved Enemy Spoiler
so is it worth watching or not?
Well, kind of. It's been years since I watched, but I remember we get to see the main leads in a room and one of them pushing the other on the bed and forcefully removing the others clothes.
