Most of her dramas are good. I'd skip Cupid's Kitchen though. Currently airing The Prisoner of Beauty is very good (1). The Demon Hunter's Romance is also good (2). Third spot for me would be Legally Romance. Then To Fly with you (4).

Well, I couldn't even finish the movie. Dropped it after struggling hard to watch it for an hour. I know quite a bit of the director's past famous works. Because it worked for back then. But 30-plus years later, the same aesthetic and vision do not work so much for me anymore. Just realized the amount of his work I dropped and didn't bother to record it on this database. This has nothing to do with the casting. Or the supposedly hate that people hold against a specific actor as few are suggesting here. The cast worked hard for it. Believing in Tsui Hark's direction. But the ensemble was tasteless to me. The redeeming point is the intro melodies from the classic 1983 TVB version. But that alone can save a 2hours plus movie, right?

It was Chai Bi Yun who led me to this drama. But now i want to see it after seeing that trailer. Look like a great production. Can't wait for it.

I feel the same. 2nd lead syndrome will hit skyrocket if i continue with this drama. Just saw the ML onscreen in the first episode for a minute and I feel so unimpressed. I like Bambi character so far. Idlike her to be more ruthless. Two slaps just weren't enough for what the sister did.
