It’s an overall issue in C and K dramas. The childhood friend who doesn’t care doesn’t give “boyfriend” vibes. In real life, we girls can sense it and wouldn’t put all our eggs in that basket. The FL leads cling on to the childhood crush like it will DEFINITELY transform to something more and end up making things awkward for the “brotherly” friend.

I don’t think you understood what I wrote. You are essentially saying what I said. FLs never take the hint and can’t differentiate being treated like a sibling versus someone the childhood friend has feelings for. You can have a crush on someone but it is ridiculous to think that they will magically reciprocate. That is the problem I have with the naïve FL. They don’t understand the nature of their platonic relationship with the childhood friend who has given no hint of being INTO her.
I know, I don’t get it either. The ML, Gala, is very cute and a great actor, but his character here completely…
That’s true. I have a low drop rate - it’s just a personality thing of I must finish things that I start. Lol.One of the few times I dropped something was because I had the worst case of SMLS ;P
They play this game out of FL’s naivety and they finally get together. So they start trying to make conflict with this archery nonsense and lack of communication by ML with his teammates and FL?!? How is this drama so well rated?
I'm the same way, any recs for quick to date or even just quick to realize their feelings dramas?
I read that it is nice and fluffy at the beginning and then gets super serious at the last 8+ episodes with very little romance at that point and I think there is actually no kiss between ML and FL. That drama is not on my radar - not my cup of tea when it’s comes to cdramas.

I just finished rewatching it. How could I have left it off my list?!? Soooo sweet, no evil character, strong friendships, mutual trust and respect, and no prolonged misunderstandings. Just pure pursuit of a girl and making a relationship work.
Ep. 22 - how did the FL not see this coming?! How dense is she?!? Yes people, with only 8 episodes left we still…
These cdramas where a girl thinks a childhood friend must reciprocate her feelings of love and fails to see the guy’s true feelings toward another (usually her close friend) - why?! On the other hand, the childhood friend who is good an loyal but can’t get their shit together to confess. Rant over.
Ep. 22 - how did the FL not see this coming?! How dense is she?!? Yes people, with only 8 episodes left we still have a FL who is clueless about the feelings of people around her. So frustrating! I wish I didn’t have such a hard time dropping dramas. I’m just forwarding through this. Ugh -_-
Thanks for reminding me of this great one!
Heheh
Have you seen that movie?
I’ll definitely watch Find Yourself after I finish “forwarding” through About Is Love. Lol
