They’re focused on making everything beautiful but the writing is shit, they try too hard to not make a character seem more intelligent/powerful than the other, but it’s just making all of them look dumb😭 and why are these 🦊 sisters moving/talking like that it’s cringing for real

After 2 episodes I just wanna say the first FL voice is irritating af, I get that you’re faking your identity but speaking like that is wasting time, ML is too rigid like calm your horses bro🤷,

His script selection is top notch

That’s what I’m saying, like it’s the best written outnumbered fight scene I’ve ever seen in Chinese drama, where intelligence, courage and strength are successfully utilized without it being obvious ML plot armor

Him being the real Duan Xu is another great plot twist for me 🤷 the hidden identity is outdated now, i pray the writing keeps getting better or just keep this pace😌🙏

Just finished episode 8 😭 in all my life of watching Chinese drama no ML have done what Duan Xu did in that episode, he went solo and destroyed 75% of everything, killed their leader and made it out alive without it being a obvious plot armor or cringe/cliche🙌

He’s taking it lightly doesn’t mean it’s not bullying, she controlled a arrow to his direction, assisted that general in fighting him, supernaturally freeze him, choke him multiple times, if all this is done by the villain you wouldn’t call it flirting/teasing

First drama I love where even if the FL is stronger and somehow bullying the ML I don’t find the ML to be a pushover😭 he’s smart and strong🙌 keep the entertainment like this🙏 don’t ruin both characters

You got to be different type of crazy to say it’s too much politics, first 7 episodes the politics doesn’t take up to 10 minutes of total screen time

Except for the obvious male centric drama, give me names of another good Chinese drama where the male lead have more screen time than the female lead or even equal screen time between them🙏

Her minions constantly disrespecting her husband and she’s all smiles with them 🤧

Sooner or later y’all will realize Changyu really doesn’t deserve Xie Zheng 🙌

Genuinely it’s not 🙌 even SOKP is a better script choice for him, at least there his character has a personal/ambition here he’s just a Lovesick fool

Everybody criticizing the female lead acting, whereas the male lead is also the same, his emotional scenes is just like an actor using teardrops to cry, I have seen other great performance from him in his other dramas

The(actors/agency) probably get paid more for being pacers to the next big stars in the industry, cause ain’t no way big stars like that would be comfortable in consistently playing as supporting casts to FL growth
