"He did not ask for any of that" is not a great defense for Tae. He accepted everything she gave and didn't complain. A better argument is that he indulged her because he likes her in the same way as she let him get away with bare minimum even though she needs a whole lot more.

Agree about her and Judy. They match each other's energy.

Grand gestures mean nothing when you don't do basic consistent gestures for your partner. Lol @ sandwich. What about all the times before she worried about him working too much and not eating and not getting enough sleep? All of that no longer matters?

She's always been the one to remind him of their anniversary. This time he's overworking and ignoring her in the days leading up to it. How's the poor girl supposed to interpret that? His intent means nothing if he doesn't put the feelings of the person he's doing all that for first.

I can't stand it in romance dramas when one person hurts the other so blatantly and unnecessarily. I empathise with Rak but that whole stunt he pulled? Pure assery. "Oh I'm so scared to be in love with this person who has shown me that he'll put his life on the line for me and has never given me reason to doubt him so I'm going to stick it to him where I know it hurts the most." If you don't gtfoh.

Actually shocked that Tae is this broken up. The relationship seemed like it was being powered by Ba-Mhee. I expected that he'd dump her at some point because of how clingy she is. It was nice to see her grow a personality separate from him but seeing how it's tied to another romantic situation girl needs to find her individuality. I honestly hope she's single by the end of the drama. Hopefully, she and Tae have a conversation and he learns to appreciate and be more proactive towards the person he loves and takes them less for granted.

The portrayal of extroverts and introverts as if they're in some binary irked me a little. Beer seems a little less stereotyped but I'll keep an eye on him.

Other than that I really enjoyed the three episodes. I went in without any expectations so that helped. God and Diew being all fluttery with each other was super cute.

Hopefully, I don't dream about the pet turtle scrabbling in that tiny ass aquarium. Gave me the heebies whenever it came onscreen.

It's not about being nice tbh. I don't care much for nice. She's rude and presumptuous. Agree about that being her character but it's important to call it as it is.

I like Maya's character even though I think she's a little bitch. It's nice to see an assertive female character in a Japanese BL although that attitude change when Kohei showed up mid her argument with Taichi told me she has an agenda 'cos if she was a straight shooter she would have kept the conversation going in front of him. Wanting to maintain sweet baby girl in front of Kohei but ferocious tiger in front of Taichi? Sus as hell.

Ummm. Not quite. In ep 1 Kohei told Taichi he doesn't have to do official notetaking and offered him a bento for each class. Taichi decided to take it seriously by himself and went back for the training and whatnot. She is making a lot of assumptions based on old notes. And then she brushes his defence aside without so much as a by your leave. Bluntness is great when it's accompanied by empathy. Beyond the note what else has Taichi done wrong for her to judge him so harshly? Even when Kohei has spoken so highly of him. (Kohei knows his notetaking skills are abysmal so you can surmise that's not what he talked about.)

Also, considering how she spoke about Taichi's friend, who has been nothing but kind to her is telling of her character and makes me less likely to think that the conversation with Taichi was because she is concerned for Kohei.

I might turn out to be wrong later but the vibe I get is that she realises how important Taichi is to Kohei and wants that position for herself. Whether it's because she likes him or because he's the only hard-of-hearing person she is friends with remains to be seen.

That makes sense. The restaurant was already open. So still not a leak. (Ah to have the kind of passport that allows you go anywhere after seeing a tweet.😭)

I don't have to admit anything 'cos the facts don't support it. Unless you can show me that the information was out before the restaurant opened, all this talk about "leak" is still conjecture as far as I can see.

Really like this show. Off in a proper adult role is 10/10.

I like how the two male leads contrast each other. They're both annoying in their own ways. And endearing in their own ways. I enjoy seeing how they rub off on each other.

Now we need to see what the president is up to. I hope they don't leave it till the last ep.
