I believe it's possible to move on from a love/romantic interest so long as you have grieved the loss of said love. And this grieving time differs from person to person. There's no "rule" about how quick is too quick.

The Auschwitz bit was in poor taste and I see how the writer tried to mask it behind "I read it in a book/magazine" but they'd have left it out altogether. The truth is that K-drama writers are not as careful when it comes to sensitive topics that are non-Korean. Nobody is going to write a petition to ban the drama so why bother?

Dr Cha wasn't kind though. Yeah, she cleaned up subconsciously because her mum mind took over. But that was someone's private space. It's not kind, it's intrusive (and a little weird).

I do agree the doctor is insufferable. She's a rude know-it-all.

Going back to Family Medicine. I wonder what she has planned. Remember the slap when the husband was sleeping? FL is capable of payback. Her husband and his mistress are in for it. And it's going to be so much fun to watch. I just wish she found out about the daughter as well.

I can't find it in me to blame the kids because the version of their mum they're most used to is the version whose goal was keeping the family together and oiled for 20+ years. They might be insensitive and thoughtless at times but they love their mother.

So your criticism of the last two episodes is that the leads are getting along?

I'm enjoying this drama way too much. Maybe because I'm not too invested in whether or not the cheat gets his just desserts. Doctor Cha's transformation from a doormat housewife to rediscovering herself is so wholesome. And the comic bits are quite good too.

People who touch people's stuff without permission are such icks.

Friendship with a touch of romance and a dollop of chemistry. Love Deborah's growth. Her relationship with Soo Hyuk is great because she's not putting forward the "girlfriend" version of herself but the real version.

8 episodes into a 10-ep series and nary a love confession. I'll be shocked if there's a kiss.

Will trust the comments and give this a pass.

Dropped this drama at ep 26 because there's no joy. I don't expect rainbows and butterflies but the hard hits are just too many. It's really good if you don't mind seeing the leads constantly in physical and emotional pain.

How is this show getting better? The banter between the leads is top-notch. You can already tell Soo Hyuk has a soft spot for Deborah.

I think this drama is going to make me a fan of Yoo In Na. She's breathing life into Deborah. Enjoying this show so much.

You're kind because if I had to respond to OP, I'd be a lot more caustic.

Accountability is a big part of healing and sometimes therapists have to hold their patients accountable for their own good. It is certainly not an ethical violation to point out what a patient is doing wrong. Like you said though, it's a case-by-case thing.

if you gave it some thought and weren't intent on insulting the writers, you'd realise that them registering their marriage would actually lead to more "contents" because it'll complicate things more. Not registering their marriage means it's easier to part ways when the truth comes out.

Your possible aggravation is no reason to put down writers who are doing a damn fine job.

If they make it so the mean resident likes her son or some other such nonsense, I'll revolt.

Ep 3 ending is comedy gold.

All this drama could have been avoided by keeping it professional at work and doing the lovey-dovey outside the office. No need to break up or anything like that.

Still can't believe these two were in Enchante. Feels like a completely different pair. Force is bringing so much heat by himself.

I've had this on my watchlist for a while because I thought it was going to be dark. Finally got round to it and it's such a heartwarming story.
