Just watched on Gaga. 2009 so an oldie definitely but I also wasn't a fan of this film. In that it was so staged in every scene to make the story line work exactly how the intent was scripted by the writers. There is no 'story of emotion or depth or even growth of the main' that I connected with at all. This is what it is and I got thru it but the most satisfying part was the last 2 mins. at the ending. Personally I wanted the Prof. to exit this movie a lot earlier than it happened. All was a mis-mash of jumbled up regret, loneliness, isolating life, etc., all just wrapped in a philosophy tag and while I get it all, this film didn't truly satisfy anything from its' content (for me). Watch it and decide if you enjoyed it. Never a re-watch for me :)

I loved it also! Japan version is so basic and natural vs. the Thai production. I enjoyed both but for my tastes I always lean towards a more realistic story of life and Japan fits the bill most times. I thought acting was good and that the over the top expressions and chaotic actions of the film were meant for comedy. I liked the twist from the manga in that they chose to go with a same sex advert wedding as the opening, but the manga had the boy actor dress as a girl in it so this switched up the dynamics of this version vs. the Thai version which mimicked the manga a bit more closely. I laughed thru it and smiled right along with it tho. I never found it dragging to where it started to be annoying, the story line flowed nicely right along. A little bit more of an NC scene and/or connection of their relationship being shown as they grow their feelings would have been nice in the series. Ending felt abrupt. The manga is tagged as shounen ai so I get that emotional connection is going to trump over some smut/physical scenes so yea I was ok with it being that with comedy.

I liked it. Acting was ok, could use improvement but it looks like they had a good time filming it :) Plot was ok and that sparkly special effect startled me, lol. I got sad tho when the inevitable happens in a ghost plot, they have to move on. But I was fine with the ending cause I was happy it went down like that, but everything about this was way too short. I wanted more. Needed alot of work but I still smiled thru it!

3 easiest come to mind fast is Ossan's Love and Love in the Air and My Love Mix Up. They have Japan and Thai version. I actually tend to enjoy the Japan versions a bit more. But Love in the Air with Boss and Noeul was pretty damn good LOL I absolutely love the Japan version of My Love Mix Up over the Thai version tho. Ossan's Love hands down Japan wins for me. Ep 9. Loved it. I really liked the actor who played the father in this version. He had that scary vibe down pat! Also like another said I am so happy the whole plot of the father being abusive and his involvement with Ai has been handled quickly. Thai version was way too dramatic so this slimmed down version and exciting episode worked so well for me. Also the smiles on the 2 mains is addictive. The ending credit part where they just relax and smile at each other, just seems so light and comfortable. I really hope these 2 would consider another series together.

Valiant effort! lol. Very true. I so get the anticipation waned. We all figured out the story line very quickly, I can see that being the reason. I sure didn't value this series high for that reason too. Cool.

Yea I felt that loss of that more intimate moment for this series also. They did the 'we gonna do it' and started into it and then ya get that 'wake up in bed shirtless' and our imaginations have to kick in. They didn't go into NC scene detail cause of the wholesome and family vibe and healing of this series. In a way tho it suited this story, cause the story being more weak I felt if we went into something like what "My Stubborn' delivered for NC scenes it wouldn't fit this story at all kinda. I would love some intense tension and steam from Jimmy and Sea in their next project!!

wow ya dropped? I felt the drag in it also but it was still ok enough for me to hold til the end. I get ya tho, we all have our tolerances on when a series just doesn't gel anymore with us!

ohhh Last Twilight. What a great one :) Agree that to top that whole story line will be tough and is a signature series for them!!!

Finished 9 and 10 together. I liked the action in 9 and 10 wrapped up the story line in a nice neat bow for everyone. I so enjoyed all the actors in this series. Talented and professional, everyone delivered. I also liked the ring detail of that interlocking design! I am glad it wasn't more eps cause this story fit well into 10 because I did feel it starting to drag a bit thru some eps. and missed some key info I would have liked more of, like fortune teller details or police investigation action etc. It spent a lot of time on their seclusion in the mts. and kinda got off track a bit for me in the story. That last interview at the final end was perfect. I cracked up thru it cause it showed them just enjoying themselves and I like when they just let loose. Overall just a nice series for me.

You made a good point. Agree with it. 10 eps is that magic amt of eps if they are done correctly that just encompasses enough of a good series that leaves wanting a bit more but know if they gave it to you it would compromise the story line also. Valid point, GMM seems to be setting into that area well and with their acting staff, omg, skies the limit :)

Right :) So agree! I just got done laughing thru it! It was a great way for them to end this series with those 2 just bouncing off each other and having a good time....I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Ep 5, geez guys give us a bit more. I still like this series for what it is but with a few more minutes it could have upped its' value. Just waiting to see how they decide to end it. Hoping for some surprise ending where I can smile. I'm hanging in there!

I agree so much with you that the understanding and trust between these 2 actors is what triggers a high quality series. The chem is thru the roof. When we get actors that are so comfortable with each other it makes a series so engaging that you can't take your eyes off them and it showcases their talent and professionalism.

Ep 13 special part 2 I thought was awesome. Feast for the eyes. The individual talent of the actors Boat and Oat along with their understanding and deep trust working as a pair in this series is outstanding. The NC scenes were very sensual and I just smiled like crazy from beginning to end. I so enjoyed everything about the special episode even tho that bit about the ring was just a tad annoying but I got over it fast and of course I want the yacht :) Can not wait for another series with them as the mains.

Ep 14 was ok. Too much on the step bro situation. That should have been over and done with by now, we got more important things, like 2 romances going down. Wanna see more of that!! Kisses are still duds....but I give it a pass only cause Hua and Sheng just make me happy just looking at them :) Alpha don't self lubricate like an Omega so that empty lube package just my thoughts flying around lol. Typically Alpha males never get preg. as a basic of this verse, but it can be varied on the author's personal omegaverse universe, but I think maybe with Hua being an Enigma Alpha he can maybe activate some change in Sheng's body? Not sure if they will clear that info up later maybe? With the emphasis on babies and a baby on board for Gau Tu I was definitely squealing, us omegaverse fans are all about the baby in the end....weee....

I love those 2 also. I watched Revamp up to like ep 3 and stopped cause it's not holding me. I decided to just let it finish and then do a marathon watch on it then. Each week I am not eagerly waiting just like you but since it is them, yea, I am gonna finish it :) No joke the series they are in so important but scripts lately have been tough.

Just finished it. It is ok. One thing was the connection between the 2 mains. I didn't feel it. There were some big scenes that were hard hit like discovering he planned a revenge and when that confrontation went down it was flat. I saw no energy or guilt or I don't know but expressions were more vacant and the emotional wasn't there for me. Kissing was a disaster and expected a bit more cause the NC scenes in the original story are way amped and none of that came thru. But overall it was ok and I liked it just enough and it ended up being a cute little story.

I was going to write the same comment. It disappointed me on the few kisses cause in Ep 9 at the end when they the 'big make up kiss' it was so unemotional that I felt deflated lol. I read alot of manga/manhwa etc and when they adapt if it doesn't match that true theme/content of the original author's style it just is hard to swallow.
