Oldie thrown up on Gaga. WOW. Yea yea yea I get the awakening and all the supposedly art or whatever hidden messages etc the main character went thru to find his true self, but this movie was pure azz crap......yea I finished, I so wanted to drop but had to endure. Ending tho, after the misery of watching it and fast forwarding a lot of it, made me happy. He was happy at the end.

Oldie. Caught on Gaga. Never saw this one. Very basic but I enjoyed it. Luckily like other films from them, this one from the company wasn't total porn LOL It was sedate and had more of a small story romance connection for the foundation. Acting was ok, story ok, the film went by fast and no big angst (some trauma and creepy in it tho, but not overwhelming to me) or crazy stuff going down.....so yea I enjoyed it enough to give a big smile at the fun ending!! :)

Agree.....all characters and story line is a hot mess. One I want to still watch too LOL It was wild when ya mentioned that rage room scene. I laughed so hard when Jira said after all that I want to draw you. I was like WTH dude? HA I think one of the things that keeps Koh in the picture is money. Jira wants that money and fame to vault his art career forward. I wonder in the finishing eps if the money will finally not be a factor? Even Ing his friend said stay with him for the money lol. Jira said it is about money and Koh clearly said it is great when I can control him easily with money. I always scratch my head a bit when 2 strong but messed up guys both what the most dysfunctional, unstable and a bit warped main lead. I often say, darn go get someone better than this dude :) :) Ya wanna root for them but ya also think why I am rooting for any one of these people to be together? Crazy fun!!

Binged up to ep 7. WOW a hidden surprise for me. It started out kinda kiddie and kookie but improved. I love the mains. I love these 2 actors!! Side characters and actors are great also. For some reason I thought I would have to drag my butt thru this series, but I got hooked on it. I love the cultural dance, their singing and songs, the costumes, the interactions of the characters and then I hit a big heartbreaking ep. with emotions all over the board.....his breakup, the reason why, the situation our MC is facing then we got Theme in a tragic situation!! omg. Rare we go to that level. I will let the last 3 eps finish off and binge up and finish this off but right now I have totally enjoyed this series. I can't put my finger on exactly why but I smiled thru most of this and it kept me engaged. I love how the ML just is captivated by the MC.....I was grinning thru the whole thing....yea I like this!!

Agree. I didn't find the ending creepy at all. I also wondered on the ending if the writers were gonna flip this around and do a time plot twist or something, but it was the ending I expected, them meeting in the present with their respective ages. I liked it too!!

AMAZING! I loved it. I instantly connected with the mains. The story was solid. It flowed reasonably well but in such a short amt of episodes and such big political content and behind the scenes criminal/shady plots etc it felt rushed toward the end to wrap this up but the story still kept its' hook til the end. The actors all killed their parts. Boy and Ben's attraction felt very realistic in the slow affection that surfaced and these characters were well written and real as they grew in their relationship and their careers. The ending was fantastic and fit the story line well. Nong's emotions just spilling out and Wi's devotion saying he will come back. (With that ending I just picture them slowly weaving their way back to each other and becoming a huge political power couple and seeking revenge on those who messed with them LOL) I didn't expect this to be as good as it was, I am mostly not a political movie person but this drew me right in out of the gate. I can only hope with the ending being open a second series is coming cause I want to see more of these 2 characters and how their future unfolds. It was great!

I still kinda disagree since I definitely agree with the power/toxic controlling relationship is absolutely running thru the entire story line but also for me it was about the seduction and passion that focus of steamy and sizzle to come but fizzled for the big NC scene I was expecting to cement their bond in this messy relationship. Also a nicely scripted NC scene isn't soft porn to me either. A nice NC scene can easily support and enhance the story. The sizzle fizzled terribly. It failed to deliver against the seductive burn and draw of its' sexual tension story line for me. But like I said it didn't stop me from enjoying the series but it wasted a huge opportunity that was an expected buildup and was a huge disappointment in its' reveal. (but everyone is gonna have their own take on it of course)

Finished binging eps 1-8. Loved it with the extreme tension, passion, seductive, sensitive, creative and cruel, arrogance and indifference and tons of emotion filling the screen.....til....the epic letdown of the first big NC scene in the middle of ep 8. A few seconds kiss and cut straight thru to... to who knows? a few moments later, or an hr, or 2? and we got nothing to support the supposedly passionate chemistry that is to bind these 2 characters. What a disappointment, a waste!! But I will pass over this flop scene and can say the basis of the story captivated me. I love the fact I still want to imagine I am not sure what partner Jira will choose, but as all of these shows go, I know the set destination for him I believe :) Emi is a great actor and her support role was outstanding along with AJ having those words of wisdom to his friend in his role. Both solidly supported the story. All actors nailed their roles. Can't wait to watch the last 2 eps and hope they can keep the high seduction and mystery in this series til the final end. Enjoyed it. (I want so desperately to stomp those black sunglasses lol)

Finally finished it. Tooth and nail to get thru this. Like the actors as actors, did not like the characters mostly. The story was written extremely very weak for the heavy content it tried to support. Then it piled on old trope after old trope and not even handled in a more modern day fashion, just lackluster old time story line that was not fresh and was uninteresting. Ja's character had head bowed, eyes to the ground thru most of the story, being submissive and boring. Tae's character was sporadic and I get it with the heavy trauma on him, but the poor dude never had a moment's peace either. Everything dumped on him constantly. The character with the most trauma had to fix his own issues and be his own hero. This was tough to watch actually. Too much content, nothing was deep in any way, it just surface flowed along and left me very unsatisfied. I put this one under 'my trainwreck' series lol. (just personally how I felt this about this story)

Totally agree with you. It was hard to finish. I dropped it countless times around ep 5....and over time I just watched another, fast forwarded thru another and dropped again til finally I finished it. omg it truly is a trainwreck mess to me personally. Liked the actors as actors, the characters, yikes and the heavy content story lines were poorly resolved to me. It was tough. I don't drop series either, and I eventually got thru it. Once is enough LOL

I watched all yrs of this and this year was fun also. It is good to get a close up of some of the newer talent that will be taking front and center in Domundi. Gen 5 this was right? It was good! They put in just enough fun times, great missions and more training etc., grow friendships and feel some sadness of course and maybe find a partner if that is the path they choose at this point in their career. Fun times :) Cool. Can't wait for the next gen. to come thru!

AWESOME!! finished 5-10 binging and I still laughed a ton. But the Aran/Tawan relationship felt out of place a bit and Rome/Mok of course we didn't see a real development, but I felt they added some more 'crazy fun' drama to the series. That stairwell incident had me cracking up and just wondering and shaking my head. like damn, and in walks Peach, lol..omg! And Thee yelling voice to Aran and sweet begging apology voice to Peach, he looked psycho, omg too funny! Thee/Peach were hysterical, I just had a darn fun time and that ending, GMM THEE V with the Newwie, Tay, Book, Force, G, Forth and everyone else was just wild.....meeting their new boss/owner. Thee threatened to crush the director if he didn't move fast enough...........ahhhh honestly that just very enjoyable. Great performances by all. Had to be a blast to film that series!! I'm happy :)

good point about pulling off the mafia connection without a ton of extra junk not needed, yea I can see that now, it adds to the series being in the more backgroud. Peach's home is great :) I wanna live there HA

I so agree with the location shooting, it felt so calm and sharp and soothing at the homestay local. I thought 'I'm enjoying just the staging of this series'. Good point cause location/scene set can make or break too.

Binging now, just got to this. Saw ep 1 to 4 so far...OMG it is so funny. I am giggling thru this like a hyena. This duo have so much fun chem between them and all actors are killing it. They are absolutely shameless on the amt of promotional products in this series, I crack up when I see them :) When they broke out into song during the photoshoot I almost died! Ahhh, this is going to be a fun ride I think, can't wait to continue!! Running back to finish this series and hopefully a lot more laughs! Pond's arrogant acting is wonderful, just the air of it I am loving and Phuwin just reacting without busting out laughing shows good control I wouldn't have lol.....aww it's too fun. GMM slays!

Showed up on Gaga and I watched it. Not much to say on it but surprisingly I enjoyed both stories in this film, kinda. With 2 stories running in that short length nothing could be truly developed on any characters. It for me could be just a slice of life for each story and each story flowed well ig and both had happy endings so?? Not a rewatch ever but being an older film it was there, so I watched and I kinda liked it. (again not much truly to put forth as a review on it, lol)

I just found this one. Eluded me :) I liked it. But like others mentioned it is choppy and felt very rushed and the story complexity was a bit too much for the time allowed to fully develop and make it more believable how the end game finished for me. Actors were good with Tommy definitely slaying his role. It was interesting enough to enjoy but I wanted a lot more from it also.

Thing is the ring is on the ring finger, like being married haha?? hmm. It is quite noticeable (a big ol' gold band) and when I did see it a few eps in I thought HUH? but I didn't backtrack to see if the ring was mentioned, cause of course JJs character is all about being single. Oh when ya see current older pairs and some kiss scenes and then compare them to when they started, lol, it is quite noticeable how they improved their relationship/acting bond and alot of times it is funny just to see the difference but also cool to see how they do improve over time. I will see if I can see him irl with that ring? now I'm interested to find out :)

Final ep watched. Enjoyed it along with all the actors did well. I usually find 'the future' or 'change the past to fix the future' etc type plots annoying but this one was easy to understand and flowed well for me to follow. (just me on this style of theme) Chem was good with Sea and Keen but them being enemies kinda kept them from being closer in the series to show off better intensity between them in some ways and I did feel Surf and Java had more intensity written in their characters to showcase that better chem. but their story was incomplete, no further depth to it. But it will be interesting to see how these actors do grow and find a higher comfort level with each other. NC scenes were so lacking but fine for this series cause it felt more felt wholesome and for younger audiences, so I get it. It was fun to watch!

I agree with all you said :) I was gonna write my final review just like your mostly. I also thought that the kiss scenes are lacking but new pairings need time to workshop and get more comfort but I found the chem between Surf and Java stronger than Keen and Sea in this series when it came to romance, but of course the mains were to be sparring with each other thru alot of the series so it felt they were more distant to me. JJ is also hysterical in his support roles, always asking where is his partner. Too funny! Question for you....you saw JJ's character was wearing a ring on his ring finger.....was that mentioned anywhere, did I miss something on that? I don't want to have to rewatch it all for some small scene I missed LOL
