Busy man. 4 movies this this year and 4 dramas throughout 2017. I hope he didn't film the dramas one after the other. Since Chinese dramas have to be pre-produced I'm thinking some of them could have been filmed as early as 2015. I'll be watching for sure. Well I have to see about the half siblings in love with each other.
Question. I haven't seen all of Lau Hawick's dramas but i've seen enough to know his voice is usually dubbed. First Love is the first drama I heard his real voice. Does he have a strong Hong Kong accent and that's the reason why it's usually dubbed?
Thanks in advance.
It was just okay. I'm not sure if it was the actress or the character but I felt nothing. I failed to see why three men were in love with her because to me the character was a blank slate. What I did like was that even though Zai Jun and Xiao Meng admitted their feelings for each other they decided to just remain friends. So in the end friendship rules. Zai Jun, Xiao Meng and Zheng Lei will remain friends raising Miao Miao.
Really enjoyed it. I did fast forward some parts later in series because no matter how good a drama is sometimes the long ones tend to repeat themselves. For the first time i found myself rooting for a couple that should have been a no go. Tried to fast forward their scenes but I couldn't.
I watched Monster before this where Jeong Bo Seok(Jo Pil Yeon) and Lee Duk Hwa
(Hwang Tae Sop) played so-law and father-in-law. They sort of had the same type of relationship in both dramas. Hated each other but needed each other and when they did not need one another one would stab the other in the back.
I seem to be the only one wanting to watch because of Joo Sang Wook. For me he never disappoints. I'm always interested in shows where the main leads are 30 and up.
Overall a good drama. Like most long dramas it tended to lag and repeat it's self.
I was okay with the end. As a couple I was sort of getting frustrated with them. Mainly on Soo Yeon's part. She decided to have all memories of her wiped away so Ki Tan would not be in pain. That was good that was love. Then she decided to get engaged to someone she pitied and up until that point didn't really like. When Ki Tan told her he remembered her and fell in love with her for the third time what was the point in not being with him? The memories were not causing him any pain at that point. Part of me wanted him to be with Shin Yeong but that would have never worked. I would have been alright if he ended up with Sung Ae or Chae Ryung.
Thanks in advance.
