This drama is something else👏👏👏... Its a very beautiful drama with smooth ending. For some his is a tearjerker drama, but from filmmaker perspective (like me) I'd say it's very well made indeed. The ML always never disappoint me and especially FL she deserve to win award as the best actress of the year or at least got nominated cuz if not then I'm sure it's totally rigged. All the characters so likeable I mean yeah at first they are despicable and irritated but later all is well.
Even though this drama is completely full of imagination that's far from real and I'd say it's good enough to inspired me in a refreshing way. The plot and the pace still lacking and far from perfect but then again it doesn't matter, thus drama feels like it was made by the filmmakers to the filmmakers for the filmmakers. Period.

There's no romance of the leads (it indicate some for supporting characters but that's about it). Only action, thriller and crime. It has serious plot twist.

This drama mainly focus the erotica novel journey of the FL... I like her character but her character development is too shallow but not too bad. The fact some of the s*x scenes but never shown bare breast, it's a s*x comedy indeed. But for me the comedy is dull and boring.

The drama should've title TIMELESS KISS because there's a lot of kissing than love. It's not just normal kiss it's a passionate kiss like they are eating each other mouth/lip. The drama depicted love only one sided i.e. The Female Lead love the Male Lead wholeheartedly however the ML only care the FL with obsession, he hurt her wrist multiple times, he forced kissing her multiple times and bite her neck.
Although I find the ML very pity cuz he has somekind of mentally disorder but I couldn't ignore the screenplay/plot/character development so complicated with no boundaries whatsoever. The main villain isn't even the villain, they just there to put ridiculous chaos in the storyline. All the Male characters in this drama seems to be so childish, immature and gullible (ML & his friends) and dumb, scum, douche and idiot (the FL ex & the whole entertainment companies) where only Professor Chen the only Male Character I see that's normal.
I complete this drama because I like the FL and her two friends, I really love the FL (the only character development I like) she's cold, emotionless and heartless but actually she's a kind & sweet and later became the perfect girlfriend, (too bad she got married in 2024 irl, why did she married too soon....? Anyway as long as she happy that's what matter.)
The house owner said he'll finalise to sell the FL building before he went abroad in just half a month but it never mentioned again, will she able to buy the house since her business isn't going well? (especially 3years when the ML gone abroad). He suffered a illness for decade and got to stay in an advance hospital for 3 years and my question is, in that 3years did he recovering himself or train to take over his mom's business? It never mentioned again. Also his dad affair with the mistress and her son was never mentioned again.
Ep. 1-8 - it's a very mediocre episode. I like it nevertheless
Ep. 9-23 - it's so jarring and could brain rot the viewers
Ep. 24 - exaggeration for happy ending.
This drama is mainly about the FL trauma and depression where the ML came to help but then make it worst like when his mom troubles the FL house. The ML on the other hand is a Mentally unstable character who need some loving.
The fact that the whole misunderstanding of ML and his mom is ridiculous and the way they write his character as a genius so exaggerated and very shallow, my boy didn't even know how to swim.
Also the poster seems to be inspired from kdrama IT'S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY.

Me... and i'm here for Yang Mi and Tang Jing Mei... they are gorgeous and beautiful, apart from them... The character development is lame and the story/plot is uninspired

The drama is okay but not the best, i like the comedy, the casting choice, the concept & the ending. All these good points there's a lot of issues and flustered reaction from me. it's full of plot hole and plot armor is too obvious even though its a fantasy-novel storyline it's mostly disappoint me. Anyway, it's a decent drama.

Gadddamn!!! This drama start out n average but then in the mid point I find it so interesting... I like the ML FL chemistry(well casts), their romantic encounters so good, even the sweet psycho character (u know what I mean) she's so adorable also the comedy so well done. The issue of this drama getting bigger and getting absurd from episodes to episodes and ep. 11 confirmed it and it's confusing me so much that it's feel too weak and dull. I'm waiting for ep. 12, if all the excuse were made with clever moved then I'd say this drama worth watching indeed.

The lead role is fair enough and i support it, Also i would like to see Lee Sung-kyung as
Cha Hae-In, Shin Ye Eun as Sung Jin-Ah & Shin Do Hyun as Lee Joo-Hee

This drama should be considered in the weakest cdrama list of 2025 so far... I like Meng Ziyi, she's the reason i watch this (also in the drama i like the moments when she didn't wear make-up or else she looks too much like a lifeless doll), the ML is well cast too and Meng Zhen, i love her so much... too bad her character was written to be so toxic like her family (i don't understand the Meng Family motives/objectives, its not valid enough to be reasonable) but all is well.Qing Ying was definitely the most adorable girl in the drama. Empress Lv so gorgeous but her character lacking too much especially her romance story line is an abomination. Ther's no main antagonist in the plot, all rise and fall in their own phase but Empress Lv should be consider the Final BOSS but it's a failed attempt.

3rd prince is an obsessed psychopath
4th prince is too naive & gullible like the ML's young sister
Also the king seem to be wise and all that but it's worthless when he's a crak addict which make him become the b*tch-*ss-n*gg* character

This drama has 36episodes and in every 6 episodes there are two entertaining/interesting storyline. It maybe a slowburn romance but after ep.30 the plot try so hard to take romance so seriously. It's definitely one of the interesting cdrama of the year but what conflict me was it's 'what,when,who,why & how' of the plots. The drama lacking details and minor plotline extended intentionally just to convert it into serious matters. The age-gap and the facial changing (from young to old) of all the characters so laughable indeed. Also the fight/action sequences was all so silly & goofie it's either of tight budget/schedule or the production team like writers/director decision or all of it that made this happened.

This drama so slow-burn, even though the story of a ML fighting his way to get revenge it's fun but for me it's exhaust to wait then after ep.20 the situations started getting heat up and the fun begin. If ML has three villain then the 1st he depend to fight with courage, 2nd he depend with Luck and the 3rd he depend on fate. The firstt time (in a cdrama) i see the hero so ordinary physically, he's a weak-ass-hero but his brain so powerful, he can think anything useful when he face life & death situations. if he has an IQ of 50% level then his 1st enemy has 55%, the 2nd has 70% and the 3rd is 99%. That's why this drama so popular when you watch cuz you didnt c it coming the plan of a weak hero so potent and effective.
The Romance is there and very well written. The ML was train for 10 years with mentality test everyday and his emotional training was just an advice from his master. That's why he fell in love later. Also i like the FL character, she's smart, strong and gorgeous however imo Liu Chu (played by Michelle Bai) so gorgeous and elegant. i fell in love with her at first sight. Very well cast and very well written character.
From the beginning the drama itself already indicate it has supernatural elements in it with mythological storyline but later its just somekind of phenomenon happening only for those too confidence. A lot of fast forwarding exist in the plot but it's not a problem and the plot-armor for the ML happened in a spiritual way like BLACK PANTHER movie.
Good Drama for those who's a fan of Mystery & investigation genre.

Let me say this... The visual effect so flawless. Very well planned and very well executed 👏👏👏.
If the drama follow the original scripted plot, I'd say it will not be a watchable drama however I can see the writers of this drama intentionally made it full or error and cheap climax so that the FL will definitely experienced all of these and has the ability to re-write the new pages with different scenes and sequences but the requirements of ML is a mandatory and help him understand deeper what really happened to him. It's very surprising to see the 2nd ML drastically change from a very righteous guy to a rotten character then becoming decay and forgotten in the plot. Also this drama shows the bad writers are usually douchebag & a scum.
I like how all the characters became normal after the ML Change the triple stab iconic moments. This drama is different than any others released this year. Moreover Liu yu Ning character development surpassed a little if compare to PoB but PoB leads as the great storyline. And it kinda funny to see him chasing the girl to proof he's a good guy in this drama whereas in PoB the FL the one need to proof she's a good lady. Li Yi Tong so convincing with her powerful performance... ❤️.

Shout-out to the decision making team behind the camera that they actually made a beautiful ending and for some reason the fan-service after end credits is confusing for me but okay at least it's satisfying. This drama is a fantasy drama and has great romantic arc. Completing this drama remind me of the KUNNING PALACE drama starring Bai Lu because in that drama she reincarnated her own self inside the novel she written but that drama depends vastly on what happening in that historical era not as a Fantasy elements.

At first I find him too annoyed but later I pity him for being a one dimensional character inside this complicated scripted world

First of all Li yi tong performance so adorable and very likeable indeed and I can see how much this drama crossed the line of boldness confidently from a cdrama inside a cdrama, logic inside a logic, twist within a twist and a fantasy that doesn't even indicate transparently yet very effective. Man it's funny, silly and very intense when it comes to serious moments

Even though if he's not bad guy it still make sense but he looks suspicious too much.
