I'm into this. But so many unanswered q's What was with that creepy girl in the back of the FL's back seat That genuinely spooked me O.o I agree the name "Maximus"/horse/king gives it a Disney vibe But I'm digging it
You gave the name too easily, I was enjoying the push and pull XD Also I thought u were going to say someone else who I know well, but it wasn't meant to be It's good to have varied taste, happy watching
Oh, I meant figuratively XD I might not die, if you answer this. What do you think my taste is roughly and then I'll understand if we have similar taste or not. I noticed your into thai series lately, but have watched ur share of K/C/T
Great article. Had a good giggle over the pictures. For me remakes are irrelevant, as the T-series will always be there. I might get salty if people start prefering the K-series more, but then it will be inviting a new generation, so I can't hate too much, unless they totally butcher it
At the time, they approached the admin of this site and asked to run a feature. it attracted 400+ (edit 250+) comments. the creators were trying to drum up support by answering comments.
His acting is not impressing me. Only when he cries or gets angry. Then we get emotion! He is such a blank slate. Also people are loving his head-pats, but it takes me out of his character, and i just see an actor patting his head, to make us aware he's giving a "quirk" to his acting.
My only issue is the dynamic with the Danbam people. I feel like they just gave them short stories and then act…
The drama is not over glorifying the FL. The viewers are for some reason though. The drama actually puts her bad points in full blast to the point it makes me not like her in those moments, but she seems to get over those intolerances and grow a lil.
Very often she is portrayed as a cold sociopath, unfeeling etc. Viewers are eating this shit up. Calling it badass. I don't think she's as badass as ppl think she is, and shows traits like bigotry, which actually makes her look narrow-minded and uncultured, the opposite of being glorified. The drama wants her to not be seen as perfect.
She just happens to look the part of being badass, and have ringside view of being a passive bystander to lots of heated 1-to-1s so by default, she is us (the viewer), and we fall for her. She DOES have moments like slapping ppl, and recording ppl, and seeking social justice - but that's because she has the added weight of social media power to make her look cool. And I find her cool! No shame in admitting that. But realistically, she wont win many physical fights. There's only so much looking badass can get u. But strong contender for mental fights! And I do like how she dresses, so there's that.
Poor Toni is the token black guy (sigh) but at least they have him in there, and they are tackling the issue of racism, and transgenderism etc. All poorly done, because this drama is trying to attack societal issues but instead of properly tackling them, just use them for liberal wokeness
I am on no shipping bandwagon, at this point, he could end up with either girl or neither the rate he's going. Yi Seo is a straight up sociopath, yep a strong-willed gal, and very savvy and smart. I'm super impressed with her character. But flaws: she can be very intolerant of ppl, showing transphobia, and making comments on race, and willing to chuck her bestie away like it means nothing. Keeping in with her character, but those moments were uncomfy. I'm glad she grows out of her prejudices due to Sae Ro Yi.
Soo Ah, is definitely more gray and I live for it. I almost wished she DID call the police in those earlier episodes, it would make her that more juicy. I am grateful both exist in this realm, the story would be weaker if 1 was missing.
When Soo Ah isn't around for a long time, I actually miss seeing what she's up too. And I only mention her, because she doesn't get the appreciation she should be getting as a character. Yep. Her flaws are: cowardly, doesn't chase after her guy, etc but still, all great to watch as a viewer
I am not one for pitting women against each other. Oh Yi Seo is better because of this. Oh Soo Ah deserves to take a hike. In my book, both have a great deal of flaws, and quirks that make them for very interesting characters. I don't ship them with anybody, and I don't mind who gets with who, I just want them to remain interesting to the end.
The rock bugged me too. I figured that when he was his older brother, he gave it to his younger self and told…
Makes sense! He wanted his hands on CYR, not HYX, so waited Sorry its been weeks since i watched previous episodes, inbetween intense study, so I forget little details like that Thanks for ur comment <3

So all along he was biding his time, holding this secret knowledge, and that's how he got her as a px for many years But so weird He doesn't try anything all those years. He is murderous and obessive, and yet is willing to take the back seat for WQS and her relationship to flourish, then support her with her grief
