But, I don't think this drama is for me. Am just getting annoyed as I continuously watch it. But, cheng Yi is really likeable. He reminds me of Li Hongyi,

Ok, I've been contemplating to watch this and this time tried. So here are my thoughts. It has a good start got me hooked from ep.1 as the ML shows sign already of affection towards the FL. I understand that the Fl's character should show complete naivety at the beginning. however, it's quite getting annoying and what I don't understand, she doesn't know how to love a man but she knows when a man is being jealous. A little inconsistency on that. I have to forward most scenes as I'm only interested how will the romance progress in this story. Have to wait till ep 26 to finally get into that. Another slow burn drama. The story itself is not something you'll look forward too. There seem to be no balance in attacks between the antagonists and protagonists. It's mostly the anatagonist wins and the protagonists are just like given a breather in between. I didn't like the idea of too many sufferings for the ML. Not to mention, too many blood spittings as well for all the cast. The story of the ML is quite predictable that I had to stop on ep. 40 and skipped to the end part just to see if there had been progress in the story. Unfortunatley, upto the last episode, the blood spitting trope was still there. I didn't like the idea also of life reincarnations of around 10 lifetimes. Isn't that too much to ask for to the Supreme Being?!!! Besides, don't you wish to be reincarnated to be with someone who's really meant for you that you don't need to suffer and just be happy?!!! Just saying. They tried to pull off that happy ending, still didn't work for me. So many died in the story, just for the selfishness of somebody from the heavenly realm, isn't that pathetic?!!
For me, this drama has been overrated. For Xianxia, I'd still go for Ancient Love Poetry. Everything is balanced there. The romance is not slow burn. just at its right pace.
Oh and just one thing I noticed. Cheng Yi kinda looks like Li HongYi. Even the way he acts and express himself. I've seen the FL in the drama Evernight prior to this.
What's good in this drama, I guess, the visual effects were great. fight scenes were good. Cheng Yi did great and Li Xue Yi, but I liked him more in Ancient Love Poetry. Oh and I like the character of the FL's spiritual beast pet.
As per romance is concerned, I find it too lacking. There are more sufferings than the actual sweet moments of the Main leads. Kisses are lacking too so to speak.

Yes, I should have, however, I've been watching too many dramas. Like I finish a drama in 3 days on the average. So in a month, I guess I was able to finish around 10 dramas and with that , I don't remember the exact episodes, still, I remember the story. Specially if its a good drama. :)

The longest drama I've ever finished so far. Though had to forward lots of draggy scenes. It had a good start, like first 10 epi. that got me hooked. got draggy beyond that. Caught up again Around epi. 36 as the romance blossomed. Obviously, too slow-burn. Then went downhill after that biological sis/bro thingy. The ending was just okay. My thoughts about this, First, it has a good story plot. Started strong and interesting. However, the momentum lost it I guess where there are too many entangled love triangles involved. Second, the conflicts are far more shown than the sweet moments of the main leads. Third, I still find the romance lacking, it focused more on the family issues of each character. About the cast, the winner character for me here is Li Wei Wei. Yes! She really had the best character here for me, As for acting is concerned Chen Ze really nailed it.
The twin sis character looks like just a filler for me. She didn't make any great contribution in her role.
As per story is concerned, The FL's character is just okay. A bit childish in the beginning but developed and matured later on. With the ML, his character is not ideal just okay too I guess. I noticed many preferred Li Dong's character. Yes, he's one of those nicest CEO type of guy. But, for me I would still choose Ou Yang. Why? simply because life will be so boring if you have a too nice guy with you. I like the young quirky side of Ou Yang, plus his transformation of being a happy go lucky guy to a mature one. The only thing that was off with him was that part when he's trying to break up for that sis/bro thingy. He was way too harsh just like Chen Ze in the begining. Well, nobody's perfect anyways.
Overall, this has an interesting plot. Still, way too long. And I hate the push and pull part of that biological bro/sis thingy. Like everyone's feelings had been twisted because of this issue. i just don't buy that part. This would have been better if most of the episodes were spent on more sweet moments of the main leads. The kisses are lacking here also.

same here, I don't usually drop a drama until there's hope in the progress of characters. but too much boredom would really make me drop it.

Oh sorry, I don't remember anymore since I watched this a month ago.

This is a total romcom drama cliche. Still I got hooked on episode 1. A bit fast paced. Kinda got draggy midway. Caught up around the last 4 episodes where the real sweetness from the main couple sets in. Second couple caught up on the latter part too. this would have been better if the sweetness of the couple sets in at an earlier time. Overall, I just felt like watching Well Dominated Love again, it has that same feels. It such that, I felt the chemistry much more in Well Dominated Love than here, Of course, kissing scenes were delivered good as always by our ML. Just one thing I noticed here, the female antagonist is quite more good looking than the FL. In which doesn't seem fit. Overall, this is just a light romcoms with a very light story plot as well that is not so interesting.

Just really not a fan of amnesia drama. I find it a total cliche. Story is too ordinary and not much interesting. Too many draggy parts. The only good thing in this drama are the kisses. Very well executed.

The story is just okay. Not so interesting for me. didn't felt the chemistry of the main leads. I would prefer Ning Yun Zhao to be the ML. I felt the chemistry more between them. This is another super slow burn drama. The revelation of FL's identity took so late as well. The only thing I liked in this drama is the character development of Lu Yunqi, not to mention his great acting as well. Overall, gave this drama a 6.5 rating for the lack of romance and nothing much anticipation with the story.

First, I think this drama is overrated. Story was mainly focused on revenge. So nothing to really look forward to. Still had hopes on the romance so I stayed till the end even if I have to keep pushing the forward button. To some disappointment, I shouldn't have hoped on this. There are some quite funny moments. I enjoyed Fatti's character here. :D
Ning Que's character here is definitely a charmer, since he was able to lure the Princess' attention.
I feel sad for Sang Sang's character here. I felt she was never really loved by Ning Que. It's more of like he needs her than love her. Up to the end, She still call him Master. The romantic connection wasn't really there sadly. I just liked the part that Sang Sang fought her right to be the only woman in ML's life. Honestly, ML's character here is not ideal at all. He still needs to be shaken up just to confirm what he really feels. Specially, on that part that he wavered for that Mo Leader. I really felt sad for Sang Sang.
Overall, aside from the fact that this has too many episodes. If you're into so romance like me, this is not the drama for you. This is a no kiss, no physical contact drama. Just enough to see holding hands and one single kiss on the cheek. A total bummer. Haven't seen season 2. Am losing hope on romance for the next season.

So I finished this drama forwarding the entire episodes hoping for that romance to pull off. Completely disappointed with this drama. If you're into crime solving case, this drama is totally for you. It shouldn't have been tagged as romance in the first place. The first few episodes was okay and have enjoyed the love triangle part. However, it really went downhill when this FL tries to lead on both men and She, herself was so confused of who she's really into. And the verdict just comes in the final episode. How disappointing that is?!!! This should have been tagged as Super Slow Burn Drama. Better yet, untag the romance at all. One of the worst Romance drama I ever watched I guess.

I was adamant at first to watch this and finally decided to give it a shot after seeing Liu Yi Chang in the drama The Secret of LOve. Of course, who couldn't resist his charm. The story plot was good. Also a good thing that it was only 24 episodes. Ending was okay, still I would prefer that long awaited kiss and honeymoon by the lead couple that never actually happened. I would have given this drama a much higher rating if only there were more sweet moments by the leads. Unfortunately, I find them lacking. Overall, a great story and to see Liu Yi Chang's charm is enough for me. :D

Am already at episode 10 and still keep forwarding the episodes. Not sure about the good reviews and some comments am reading here. I don't see any progress in the romance aspect of the story. the online streaming business is not interesting either. I guess this is not my cup of tea. I couldn't say it's a slow burn coz am not seeing any progress on the main leads at all. It's like simply watching brothers and sisters just caring for each other and that's all. I guess I have to drop this.

I like Luo Zheng and am glad to see him now as the ML. However, this drama is a total crap. Just a waste of time. Story isn't much interesting. More complications than the romance itself. Very few sweet moments. Nothing to look forward to till the end. And yes, FL's portrayal as Jiang Lili is really annoying. Just not a fan of FL's being childish and doesn't act her age. Still prefer fierce women specially in the corporate world.

Based on the title, I thought this was about falling in love in the kitchen or the ML perhaps be a chef. Unexpectedly, the story plot is like a typical gumiho story. It would have been great if this is not a short length drama. The cast are obviously newbie actors. First time to watch all of them in a drama. ML is cute, but, I find him too young to do quite intimate scenes as well as the FL. The ML looks like a teenager to me. Well, all of the cast basically looks like a teener. Short but quite interesting drama. The ML will be a promising actor later on, when he blossoms to be a man, for now, he's like a teen idol star to me.

I didn't really have high expectations when it comes to Jdramas. I am already used to its slow paced theme. Not to mention slow burns too. hehehe One main reason I rarely watch Jdramas. This just happen caught my attention, after seeing this on TV and saw Fukushi Sota whom I should say definitely a charmer. I really liked his character here. That as young as he is, he surely knows what he wants in life. He's way more mature than other men way older than him and can't handle commitments well. Definitely am not a fan of the FL here. I just don't like everything about her...the clumsiness, being too naive in a later age doesn't fit at all and choosing to break up just so you think you're a hindrance to your bf dreams, when your bf openly layed down his cards already about how he is serious about her, wants to marry her and finds a place already for them to live together, even finding a way to earn for them to live comfortably is also there. There's really something wrong with the FL's character here. Not really a fan of trying to be righteous crap. Life is simple, just go with the flow as long as both of you are happy. Such character of the FL here makes life complicated.

Hope writers of Jdramas could improve their story plots just as how Cdramas and Kdramas are doing so great specially in romance genre. They really need to improve on the characters specially FL. another thing that's lacking here is the romance. Am sure the ML could have done more romantically here that would really make him more irresistable.

Overall, not satisfied at all with the ending. It would have been more better if the wedding did push through for the main couple. Aside from Yuto's character, the only thing I also liked here is Yuto's mom. Too cool for a future mother in law! Absolutely liked that! :D

So I did get to finish this drama by pressing the forward button all the time. Story isn't much interesting. The only reason I hang on to this drama is to watch the 4 good looking male leads. It's quite rare to see these 4 hot gentlemen together in a drama. Didn't like the character of the FL here. Though I liked her character in Once we Get Married drama. There isn't much romance in this drama that won't really perk your interest to watch it. For me, the most likeable character here is Li Xin Yuan or should I say the Prince. I simply liked the pureness of his character. Will look forward to see him in a lead role with his own FL in a drama.

First time to watch the leads in this cast. I really enjoyed this drama. Another hidden gem. This drama deserves a higher rating and is literally underrated. At first, i was hesitant to take a shot on watching this thinking it might lack romance. Am glad I took the shot. Absolutely worth watching. This drama almost have the same plot as the Kdrama Splash Splash Love only with a different twist. Not really a fan of the FL here but she kept me being reminded of IU, they resemble a lot. The ML was okay. I really liked his character here. However, the characters that shine for me most here are Shi Dong and Bi Hong. I really enjoyed Dai Yun Fan's portrayal. He literally made me laugh. And Bi Hong, I prefer him to be the main lead I guess for the visuals. hehehe Will look forward to see him in a main role for a drama.

Just like any other drama, there are some minimal aspects that should have been improved on. One are the kisses. Of course, a romance drama won't be complete without a kiss. It such that the kisses are quite obviously acted. Like two touching lips and not actually kissing. Well I guess they're trying to pull off a first timer couple as presented in the drama. A bit draggy parts as well midway, still manages to catch on the latter part. And lastly, I just need to mention, This is the 3rd drama that I watched Dai Ya Qi. I must say she has been consistently annoying in all her roles. I don't know, but inspite of her beautiful face, her roles are always annoying in a drama. Once I see her, I already get annoyed.

Oh yes, after watching this, I would really love to eat more cotton candies. :D Overall, this drama is truly enjoyable to watch and you shouldn't miss.
