Me too… I watched this one til the cameo episode and realized this story just fell flat for me. (no offense to those who love this one, I’ve watched plenty of dramas I’ve loved and others didn’t like.. enjoy it:) I’ll keep watching the comments and see if I want to tune in again:) In the original Strong Woman There was amazing chemistry ..realistic story, family unity, honest feelings (..Bon Soon trying to hide her strength and be fragile .. .lol.. ….when Bon Soon looses her power and her mom talks about why she treated her the way she did and how much she loves her, Min Min never leaving her side when they are going to die and then asking her how she feels and now he will be her protection.) loved it …his little peanut..:O That one scene where he asked her to love him..I had tears in my eyes EVERY time! I so loved the dynamics of her family’s structure . the vulnerability of her ..even tho she’s super strong and the journey of the ML opening up to others ..falling in love and realizing he now is part of her family (i loved the breakfast scene where they are eating and laughing together :) she’s rescuing him and he loves it:)
I watched that drama probably 10x over and over enjoying every scene and fleshing out the characters.. I thought their relationship was one of the healthiest relationships I’ve seen in a drama. The comedy was funny .. the characters were real and the story worked. So maybe this story needs to flesh out a bit more for me and I’ll see how the characters are developing .. ….
I first saw him in legally Romance and thought he was really good, he’s a natural at acting. I honestly kept watching it because he was the most interesting character:) His hair and make up accentuate his features .. I feel like he’s gotten stronger looking since Legally Romance …. I’ve got to take a look again at that drama..any others of his you recommend? Usually anyone who hates on someone is jealous of them.. if I don’t like a drama or a character I just stop watching it-I see no reason to insult someone. He sounds like a smart person who has a good business sense. I hope to see more of his dramas in the future :)
Could someone please recommend a similar (romance heavy) historical drama with the same type of love triangle…
Mr Queen (super funny) , Snow moon ( a modern one I love is Strong Woman Bon soon). Ten Miles of Peach Blossom , familiar stranger (kind of bc she’s someone else’s identity) definite chemistry in that one.. Queen of attack (i didn’t like it at first but it ended up being really good)
