I was looking for something short and fun to fill some time and thought this would fit the bill. I don't mind…
As with most k-drama rom-coms, around Ep, 3 the characters begin to evolve/change: FL calms down; ML shows emotion and the SML loses some of his charm. I'm glad it's only 10 episodes so the story move quickly.
Yay!! My boy Park Dang Gu is in this. I mean Yoo In Soo. I love him so much. I hope he is not playing a creepy…
Unless you are already a fan of In-soo (like me), you will discover that most people here on MDL hate his character. "Social butterfly" Dang-gu is absent. but that just means he is an actor that can play a range of characters. (Gwi-nam is absent as well). π
You can watch it on kisskh, kocowa or dramacool, dramahood
But it has a subscription fee. I already pay for several OTTs plus a VPN. The entire Korean streaming industry is changing so rapidly - maybe time to reevaluate.π

Lol, but I DID check when I wrote my original post (unavailable) and re-checked just now and it's finally released. Just in time for my bed-time (9:00 pm PDT). π (PS: I try to avoid the illegal sites if possible but admit that when a particular platform is several days late, I succumb to temptation).
Still unable to watch ep. 21 (Viki, what's going on??) and it will probably be released around my bedtime, so I'm just putting this out there. . . . .
YD and TK will obviously get their happy ending, so I am hoping for happy end with Ji-myeong and her Doctor hubby (Cha Hyun-woo). I don't know what her back story/secret might be (we will eventually find out), but Hubby Cha obviously loves her, she loves him but is afraid to admit it, and any peripheral characters (pharmacist and what's his name) are . . .peripheral.
Ji-myeong's baby is due a few (3? 4?) weeks after YD. Counting on an epic reconciliation. πππ
Not excited, but he adds spice/tension to a drama that is frankly dragging just a bit. Problematic character + good actor = intriguing plot development.
And we do get something of a date-fix in Ep 21 as well. First off, it's a spring holiday. And this would probably…
I haven't seen Ep. 21 yet (VIKI - last week you released 2 hours earlier than this! what's going on??), but suggest you read Ape419's timeline in the "Discussion Topic" forum - her timeline appears to be very accurate.
Welcome to Meriβs weekly rambly summary for TRHC full of wrong assumptions and misheard dialogue bc my korean…
i'm really enjoying AJH in this role ("sincere, devoted and eager") but I couldn't stand him in The Beauty Inside. In fact, if I had known it was the same actor (I don't pay attention to names that often), I might not have started this one.
I started a couple of days ago - primarily because I've become a recent fan of Yoon Hyun Min (thank you True to…
I would love to watch it. Unfortunately, it's not available on any of the streaming platforms I pay for and at this point, I'm not going to add AppleTV. I'm hoping it will eventually come to Viki.
Meanwhile, I watched My Halo Love twice. I hope his next drama is as enjoyable as True to Love.
It's never a good sign when a drama have a bad set up from the very beginning. At least that helped eliminating…
I started a couple of days ago - primarily because I've become a recent fan of Yoon Hyun Min (thank you True to Love). If it wasn't for the fact that he apparently has a mysterious past connection (I'm at Ep. 3) to the FL, I would drop it but very few other options currently of interest right now. Methinks I will have a heavy finger on the FF button.
I started this drama because of Yeon Woon Jin but stayed for Dong Ha. His character (Han Joon) was the only one that portrayed a wide range of emotions because of his family situation. The romance was. . . .there. Barely. I know that Park Eun Bin is considered an A+ actress, but she didn't hold my interest.
The mystery was interesting but the most enjoyable aspect of the show was the interactions amongst the judges, many of them funny/amusing, explanation of court procedures, ethics and corruption. I'm giving it an 8β simply because I found the drama entertaining and held my interest enough to keep watching.
I hope Dong Ha can return to acting - he really was amazing in this drama.
OMG Iβm so glad I was also curious and decided to rewatch cause Iβm waiting for next weekend. I kinda went…
Hmmmm. . . . .I'm seeing a different story arc. There is a reason (plot device) why the viewer was informed that DNA tests aren't performed until AFTER a child is born. So, right now, I'm not seeing TK and YD telling the family anything until after the baby is born - and they are forced into it by SJ (and ex-boyfriend).
But, afterall, one of the main narratives of the drama is that blood does not equal family.

If you log into your account and do a search for 'King the Land" it should appear w/the Eng Sub trailer.
One of THE major themes in this drama is the the ML is a man of action, not words.
He didn't need to SAY anything - Bo-ra understood what his actions meant. I loved it - the writers didn't do an insta-personality change of the ML.
Have been trying to track because of Seo Ji Hoon.
