Husband - and children - perfection. All I ask - ALL I ASK - is that the FL doesn't leave to find her dream for…
No reason at all except that "separation for a year" has definitely played out on several of the Kdramas I have watched and It is almost enough for me to give up on the genre.
I can’t help but think how LSA will have to take care of two kids after she gets married with NGJ. The 1st kid…
Husband - and children - perfection. All I ask - ALL I ASK - is that the FL doesn't leave to find her dream for 1 year and leave NGJ alone for the entire time. Oh - and I also ask that Secretary Jo is not a bad guy.
I feel "sheisme" under the eps 14 preview on youtube has cracked the code re: segi heh:"Oh Segi make a revenge…
I have gone that path many times in my mind and I stop because of the following (which affect probability not certainty)
(1) Secretary Jo was 7 years older that Se-hee;, (2) Zero hints between BSY and SJo that they knew each other back in 2008-2010 as instructors, although. . . . he does understand her obsession with NGJ (3) even if SJo was an instructor at Ilppum Edu, there have been zero hints that either Se-gi- or Se-hee attended the school - surely that would have been mentioned once or twice when Park and Se-gi talk?? (4) SJo appears to have some connection/association with BSY's family - he understood the dynamic of the hospital visit to Papa Baek (5) Does Park remember SJo as an instructor? or associated with Papa Baek?
On the other hand - WHY is there a mysterious character such as Secretary Jo.? Is this his only purpose? To be the "bad boyfriend" for a character that we didn't even know about until the last episode? To provide a significant plot twist that has not been foreshadowed/hinted/clued for the viewer at any point? I will be disappointed if his only purpose throughout the show was to deliver a big plot twist with zero hints/backstory/clues.
But, as long as he is not evil, I can live with it.
This is a post about Se-gi, Se-hee, NGJ, BSY, my mini-crush Secretary Jo and a new character named Na Soo-yeon…
(apologize in advance for long post - about a 5 minute read) In 2008,, when our story began, the following characters were this old: Secretary Jo 25 (2022: 39) BSY 24 (2022: 38) NGJ 21 (2022: 35) Segi 19 (?) (2022: 33) Sehee 18 (2015 (date of death): 24) At first I thoughtI Segi and Sehee might be twins. The story just SCREAMS OUT that Segi lost his twin sister. (Personal note: I have boy/girl twins so I’m biased). But if internet info is accurate – they were very, very close in age but not twins.
Is Sehee really dead? When I started to write this post, I thought she was alive. But after checking dates, etc. I finally decided yes – she is dead. The writers have played fair with us all along so, she’s dead.
Who is the stalker with the slashed wrists? And the person tracking NGJ’s every move in the stalker room? I don’t think it is Se-gi or SJo taking all of those photos. The person seemed to be tracking events through the news and promotional flyers. Obvious (too obvious) answer is that she is the stalker who claimed to be NGJ’s fiancée at time in the past (post 2016 when he became famous). Has Se-gi been using that person – providing schedule (sticky notes) on NGJ: maybe helping them get access to various venues; maybe he rode the motorcycle (??) .
Noh Go-Jin believes Se-gi is the one who sent all of the threatening items in his secret room and probably the red roses/knife basket. But if Se-gi had scars on his wrists, we certainly haven’t seen any hint of it yet – I don’t think the writers would throw that curve ball from left field to us. So, has Se-gi been manipulating someone else all along? Or has “she” been operating independently. Jury still out on that one, but according to spoilers for Ep 14, Se-gi is going to be sitting in jail soon and if there is another stalker event, cross Se-gi off the list. Maybe that’s when NGJ will finally wake up that there is another danger lurking nearby.
Secretary Jo can’t be the stalker – he clearly arrived with BSY at a couple of those events and I don’t believe he is a quick change artist {Still trying to maintain my mini-crush on SJo). Although SJo is a “mysterious” character willing to play a bit fast and loose to support BSY, there is nothing to indicate that he hates NGJ.
SJo and Segi have been coordinating - actually, helping each other with their separate agendas– but it’s still not clear where Secretary Jo’s loyalties lie. What is his agenda? Is the connection between the two of them Sehee???? Maybe – but we don’t even know if Segi/Sehee were connected to the Park EDU back in 2008-10 timeframe.
We have known from the beginning that Secretary Jo was in Gangneung the day after the accident, but based on preview for Ep 14, he was near NGJ’s vacation home the night of the accident. Meeting up with Se-gi? Was he there before or after the accident – guess we find out tomorrow. Question that I hope gets resolved tomorrow – does NGJ recognize Secretary Jo from 2008-2010 or not?
More info re: the girl who was at the motorcycle incident and then appeared at the sandwich shop today –the actress playing her (Yoon Hye-Ri 윤혜리) is 30 years old. The character’s name is Na Soo-yeon – she doesn’t appear to be related to any other character on the show. The actress’ name appeared in the credits for Ep. 11 (motorcycle) and Ep. 13 (sandwich shop). But her name appears on other episodes as well on the cast list which doesn’t make sense - unless she indeed is the stalker.
Final Question: Who is Na Soo-yeon and what is her relationship to any of the 5 characters that are the subject of this post.
I have always felt that stalker story would be the “final” episode(s) conflict/danger and it’s keeping me up at nights trying to figure it out. Please provide corrections, counter arguments, theories if you please.
This is a post about Se-gi, Se-hee, NGJ, BSY, my mini-crush Secretary Jo and a new character named Na Soo-yeon who has appeared twice on the show thus far. However, the actress' name is listed on the supporting cast list for several other episodes. This post is full of spoilers and questions and I welcome any answers or insight you may have if you are interested in these characters and their motivation.
Ep 13. Pretty sure the threatening message sent to the English Instructor Michelle is to pressure her into making…
I think the "witnesses" were a couple of the teaching assistants that appeared with her at the press conference. It's Se-gi that has been manipulating the top 3 instructors - Would LOE to see them appear at the shareholder meeting tomorrow to counter the charges brought by Ms. Ma re: bullying.
Hope it’s okay if I answer . . . per AsianWiki, she plays Na Soo-yeon. https://asianwiki.com/Crazy_Love_(2022)
Thanks for answering - I was wondering if the credits provided a specific name or something more generic like "nurse". I checked multiple episodes - her name is on many of them even though she has only appeared twice thus far. . . . . . as far we know, haha.
From the preview, it's my mini-crush SJo on camera - I think he was meeting Se-gi that night. Now the question will be - was he on camera before the accident - or after.
Are we gonna see a bed scene tomorrow maybe? or is it soon :))))
So, I have only watched a handful of Korean Rom Coms, but there is usually a sleep-in-the same -bed but only-sleep-in-the-same-bed scene before the real deal. I don't think Shin-ah falling asleep when NGJ was in shock counts. But they HAVE been dating for several weeks now., so . . . . . .
Yup Segi's sis is deader than dead and while i didn't catch many of his words at her urn, he is bitter/angry af,…
I LOVED the ending of show - it convinced me that Go Jin has everything well in hand, especially since he was texting Park right before hand. I wonder if he told Park that Se-gi lied to him about the amnesia, That's what I have been expecting (but, maybe it will be something else related to their past history?/)
Bloomingtide, if you are around, can you look at the credits for today's episode (Ep 13) and tell me which "character" the following actress portrays on the show: 윤혜리 (Yoon Hye-Ri) . I think I have it figured out, but would like to confirm if you are able to do so.
Waiting for the ep 14 preview subs as well. The text synopsis on kbs2 site says (google translate)Go Jin-eun strikes…
I looked again and you are correct. Girl in baseball cap is (I believe) the girl who seemed to push LSA in front of the motorcycle. While everyone else is focused on the upcoming bed scene (I think they will be disappointed), I'm trying to figure out connection between my mini-crush SJo, Se-gi and Sehee.
I have a hard time trying to watch this drama.. it took me at least 3 days to finish EP 1.. kept falling asleep..…
I began to watch CL at Ep 4, if I recall, and it was non-stop crazy and Noh Go-Jin played three different personalities all in one episode. At that point, I hunted all over the internet to watch older and newer episodes - all out of sequence. Finally - thanks to MDL suggestion - I was able to re-watch episodes in proper sequence. But I'm more fascinated with the mysteries (there are at least two of them) than the romance (much as I love that as well).
Waiting for the ep 14 preview subs as well. The text synopsis on kbs2 site says (google translate)Go Jin-eun strikes…
Why does everyone think that Sehee is really dead??? She's the girl in the baseball cap at the sandwich shop, isn't she??? Guess I need to pull up this show on different windows and compare the woman in each one. Woman in baseball cap has to be SOMEONE important, right?
And my mini-crush Secretary Jo - I don't want you to be the evil bad guy - and I don't believe you are. Maybe not a saint, but not evil like Se-gi and Soo-yeong.
I debated whether to post these still cut for Ep 13 since the show will begin airing in less than 10 hours from…

Description (from same Twitter author): Here, Gojin will be introduced as Shinah's boyfriend in front of her best friends & housemate. But this is a reunion where it's possible to face an unexpected past. Shinah's shaken with anxious eyes and unusual expression, Gojin's looking taken aback at someone.
I debated whether to post these still cut for Ep 13 since the show will begin airing in less than 10 hours from now. Actually, the photos don’t communicate much, but there is an associated description, so will post in spoiler post below. Meanwhile, it appears that last week (final week of filming) our Crazy Couple filmed some scenes outside under the cherry tress (be still my heart but this better be more meaningful than that stupid ending of ABP). Krystal’s last film outfit was a bright red top (not wedding dress material) and I swear if the show ends with Shin-ah leaving NGJ for a year to follow her dream to become an instructor I will downgrade my current 10 star rating for this show to a mediocre 5. But I will remain calm with the knowledge that final filming scenes/locations are not necessarily done in any special sequence or order. Looking forward to visiting here in the morning (my early morning) after watching – hope the subs are posted early!
So, I have a question and I want to hear my fellow Crazy Lovers theories. The hit-and-run driver, Kang Min.Was…
I was thinking of Kang Min earlier today as well, although not for the reasons. I'll get to that earlier.
To supplement your post, we also know: (i) someone paid KM a big sum of money to do "something" to NGJ (although I'm not yet convinced that it was to kill him because how in the world could anyone know that NGJ would be out on the street at the opportune moment??) (ii) KM gambled it away (iii) KM had a boarding pass to Buenos Aires in his pocket - date said May 7th but I think the prop folks goofed since the story was in an early March mode then and (iv) KM tried to call someone from that cheap eaterie and when they didn't answer, threw the phone down on the ground and called the person a "scumbag". And then - out of the blue - he gets an anonymous message that turned out to be from NGJ.
Next important item (?): NGJ told KM he could confess and pay for the hit-and-run or kill NGJ right then and there - he didn't care which. Implication was that KM was going to pay for A crime - it was up to KM to decide which one (hit-and-run or murder).
Se-gi DID visit KM - he was driving out of the prison when Park and his aide arrived. Also, as you said, he was upset that NBJ wanted him out of the interview with KM.
Back to why I was thinking about KM/Se-gi earlier. I looked into Dramabeans , reading the old recaps for CL and one of the commenters theorized early on that perhaps Se-gi was a fellow gambler with Kang Min which would explain why Se-gi wanted NGJ to go easy on KM. I had never thought about the KM/Se-gi relationship that way. What if Se-gi is badly in debt? What if he has been embezzling money (such a coincidence that he had a 2nd set of books) for his gambling habit. What if his family is being threatened. Why is Se-gi seeming more and more desperate? Once a gambler, always a gambler? - he gambled all the money he had on NGJ and GoTop. We really still do not have any clues as to why Se-gi is doing this to NGJ except perhaps jealousy that NGJ gets all the limelight. So gambling debts (including possible threats against family?) are just as rational as working with Baek or being on a power trip or simple greed.
[I have tried to locate that Dramabeans comment because I try to give credit where credit is due - will edit this post if I can findd it]
I think the amnesia part of preview is a bait by Sooyoung adviced by her secretary to clear her suspicion about…
Glad you reminded me about that daydream - I had forgotten (put it firmly down a memory hole) but I do try to be accurate, She was also wearing the blue dress. I blame the wine .
That blue dress! I wonder it will be part of Shin-ahs thoughts when she remembers she was wearing that dress when she was first introduced by the doctor as his fiancé ? And during that time, she was quite gentle with him at the hospital. And what was NGJ's real reaction when he saw Shin-ah in that dress? He looked her up and down - the dress clearly had an impression on him, but those scenes (in the present ) have never been referred to since then.
(1) Secretary Jo was 7 years older that Se-hee;,
(2) Zero hints between BSY and SJo that they knew each other back in 2008-2010 as instructors, although. . . . he does understand her obsession with NGJ
