Well, she's going to begin connecting the dots, isn't she? The blue dress that was a gift from her true love? The discussion about "fighting for your man even if he's engaged to someone else"? The phony birthday DINNER at the location where BSY's "first love" took her for her birthday?!! I think Shin-ah is going to realize that BSY has been playing her from almost the beginning (after they returned to Seoul) because it was BSY who pursued the relationship. The audience knows that BSY fights dirty - now (hopefully) Shin-ah will as well. I'm looking forward to seeing all of that.

I would like to watch it(especially since ML was in Lawless Lawyer which hubby and I are about to finish) but. . . not available in USA yet. I have suffered watching CL on my PC since it isn't on Disney+ in US yet, but it's not something I can watch with family easily. Glad to read your recommendation - I need to start a list. Wish I could locate Secretary Kim on any of the USA streaming services, but so far, not yet.

Elif Kim, Thanks for compliment but the writers are far more creative than me and they know how to write a very solid plot/consistent clues. I am in awe - I was absolutely floored when I re-watched Ep. 11 and noticed the Se-gi/SJo/Se-gi sequence w/r/t to the Shin-ahs personnel file. I'm fairly new to K/dramas and hope my faith is not misplaced (as it was w/r/t Business Proposal). Also holding out small hope SJo is good guy but trying to face facts. LOL - I am rated very "analytical/analytical" on the Meyers-Briggs spectrum and former corporate attorney (retired). I have time on my hands and I love a good mystery when it is well structured and carefully written like Crazy Love. Either the writers are in my head or I am in theirs w/r/t this show – everything I wanted to see/hear, they have come through thus far (and more – much more). I wish I was wrong w/r/t to SJo, but right now, the writers aren’t providing the necessary clues. How could they hire such a cutire and not redeem him? ?

A couple of days ago, I wrote that every character had met or seen Secretary Jo before he met Park Tae-young, who later mentioned that SJ looked familiar (Ep,12). I remembered that Secretary Jo was at the KPEDA event (attended by Go-Jin but Park had collapsed before BSY and Secretary Jo entered.) and also remembered that Se-gi had seen him when BSY left her office one day.
And then BAM, it hit me! How did Se-gi just happen to be there waiting for Soo-young that day so that he could "hit" her car? Answer: Secretary Jo.
How did Secretary Jo know that Go-Jin was “engaged” prior to the KPEDA event (it wasn’t public knowledge at that time). Answer: Segi?
Why did Secretary Jo suggest to BSY that she “recruit” from other academies? Answer: Part of Segi’s plan
Finally, in Ep 11 (maybe others already noticed, but I missed it until re-watch), it appears that SJo received copy of Shin-ah’s personnel file from Segi and provided it to BSY.

Is there still a chance that my mini-crush is a good guy – working with NGJ to spy on Segi’s plans? Well, that would mean that NGJ was okay with SJo providing info on Shin-ah to BYS. That would require some very, very double-spy type stuff and, sigh. . .I think it is more likely that SJo is using Segi so that Baek/Gunil Corp will take over GoTop. And SJo is so damn cute! Will try to keep optimistic, but I'm afraid SJo is a lost cause. So sad.

Alas. . . .I must give up my one-day mini-crush on Secretary Jo. He appeared to be very protective of Soo-yeong and she obviously trusts him – she seeks his advice, he understands her obsession with Go-jin. Since the actor (Seo Ji-hoo) is only 32/33 years old, I assumed he was portraying a much younger member (cousin?) of the Baek family. But the character Secretary Jo is apparently 39 years old (!! WTF??) – older than Soo-yeong. So, after learning that (thanks idrilannare for the link to wiki-d.addicts) this means that SJ WAS probably around at the time of NGJ and BSY’s break-up and I had to rethink my mini-crush and decided that he indeed is a baddie. Spoilers below.

Like you and idrilannare, I have also wondered the same - and rejected it. But. . . . she might be affected if it turns out that Secretary Jo has betrayed her by working with Segi.
But I don't want her dead either - occasionally I wonder if the black glove stalker will mix-up Shin-ah and BSY since they look similar (intentional, I believe by the writer/director).

This makes zero sense - unless Chief Ma {Masil-Jang] has a few shares of stock that he needs. I have wondered if the other instructors might also have shares that they can use to come to the rescue.

But this also implies that the ouster isn't a done deal (as my English translation indicates) - he may convince her, but that doesn't mean the vote has been taken by the end of Ep 13.

Yes, somehow I am able to find my way to the English translation page (see my copy in original post) but when I click on the link to video, it provides a new page with the video and the Korean words - exactly as you provided. So, I believe the English translation is probably something that they put through Google. Usually on Thursday or Friday, folks on Twitter begin to provide much better - closer to American English anyway - translation. I have never understood why Soo-yeong is always referred to as "swimmer" lol.

What do you mean by "staff IG". I've tried to browse thru IG searching for info and always come up empty (probably not using good hashtags). I read somewhere that BSY and Se-gi actors completed their filming yesterday (4/13 in Korea), but didnt' find anything on IG about it.

In any "real" world, this would not be possible w/out proper notice to shareholders. Board of Directors could call an emergency meeting and take emergency action. I have to admit - i have been hoping that there might be a meeting - where Go-Jin is accused of having amnesia and then he completely demolishes this by submitting recent doctor statements that he is cured. But this particular spoiler appears to say the vote/removal actually takes place. (the source has had inaccurate translations in the past)

Since Ep. 1, Scene 1 shows NGJ at a GoTop event, we fans can safely breathe easy that he does indeed get GoTop back.

Thanks for answer. My husband and I have been watching Lawless Lawyer together and the violence, although only occasional, has been over the top. My solution is to read the recaps ahead and FF through the violent parts, but husband isn't very happy with that. If you say the ML/FL are badass and smart, then I'll take a look.

In the 13th preview, gojin (kim jae-wook) confesses his true love for shin-a (jeong-jeong-jung) to a swimmer (baek swimming) who is convinced that he is not amnesia, and an angry swimmer reveals to shin-a that his [sic] first love is gojin. Meanwhile, se (ha jun) recalls ma (baek ju-hee) and removes gogin from his position as ceo.

I don't understand what "recalls ma [Chief Ma]" might mean.

Also find it difficult to believe that a CEO can be ousted this easily, especially if GoTop is a publicly traded company, but perhaps Kdramas don't worry about legalities that much?

Question re: Vicenzo - How violent is it? I don't mind the CL violence because thus far, there really hasn't been anyone harmed/killed (except for hit-and-run).

I began to re-watch Her Private Life last night. Great mix of comedy and romance. There's not really a mystery similar to CL. It's more a mystery about the ML's childhood. But it has Kim Jae Wook and, like his portray in CL, he is a genius with his facial expressions - words not required.

The first video reminded me that the 1st time Go-Jin saw Shin-ah in the hospital, she was wearing BSY's blue dress and her hair was styled in a similar fashion. At the time, the viewer didn't know that BSY and NGJ were involved in the past. The doctor tells him she is his fiancé. I've always wondered why the writers wrote the scene with those clothes.
