Thank you! I subscribe to Tencent channel on YouTube so I thought they would have all the episodes out by then. I have other dramas to watch to bide my time so I’m not in a rush to finish this one. I did see a spoiler about ML and second FL grown up and married? Haven’t seen anything about Mao Tou, my favorite character. But I did read a small spoiler about his fate with FL. And yes, I hate open endings as well lol.

Where is everyone watching the whole thing? WeTV only has 20 episodes. But without reading spoilers, plenty of you guys are disappointed with the ending? Don’t know if I want to finish it now lol.

2025 Bingo Card: First C-Trauma of the year completed ☑️ Although there were a lot of sacrifices, at least the main couple made it through. I cried my fair share of tears, but I made it through 40 episodes of ups and downs. If I could survive A Journey to Love and Til The End of the Moon, I can survive this. Apart from the storytelling, I have to say the special effects and cinematography were top notch. I hope Bai Lu and Ao Ruipeng can do another drama together soon, hopefully a modern one.

Halfway through this drama and halfway through the first month of the year, and we already have a character death that made me cry 😢😭 Haven’t we had enough C-Trauma in 2024? 2025 is already breaking my heart 💔

Yes I’ve seen this troll on multiple comments talking bad about Lusi as if it’s their life goal to hate her. MDL should really watch comments like theirs and block their account(s). I wouldn’t be surprised if this troll also does live comments like on Viki or Youku bashing Lusi or anyone else she hates.

That’s why I’m so confused. If she’s Wen Peng’s bio mom, even if she left her abusive husband, she still could have brought her son along? Usually in Cdramas that I’ve seen, even if a bio parent passes and the spouse remarries, the child would call their new step parent “aunty” or “uncle”, even if they raised them. I’m curious to see how this plays out

She’s not the bio mom of Cheng Yi? Does he know she adopted him when she married his dad? So many unanswered questions lol

Did anyone think today’s episodes felt underwhelming? They spent so much time on Deng Man and Coach Zhou’s secret relationship and then on Lu Yan’s overprotective mom. I can’t believe she asked Cheng Yi to switch jobs smh. I know she cares about her daughter, but you can’t ask someone to switch careers. And how is that naive Bofeng declaring his love for Professor Yu, then in the previews, he’s locked up and seething with anger towards her and all cops basically. The main thing I’m looking forward to is Cheng Yi’s mom’s relationship with Wen Peng. They’re like the same age, so how is it possible for her to be mother to both, and I don’t think Cheng Yi and Wen Peng are twins. The plot is thickening. Please don’t give us underwhelming episodes like today. With only 10 episodes left, I hope the bad guys get what’s coming to them and that there’s a happy ending.
