It is safe to assume that WYW's dad didnt have any serious romance any thought of having one through the years.…
Exactly, and he has done all this without the hugs, kisses and expressions of love that other parents get. He is so (rightly) proud of her, and works so hard for her. That's why her mother's casual, "I'll send her to America where there are people who will look after her *properly*" attitude hurt so much. She has absolutely no idea what he has been through to look after WYW all these years. I actually wanted to hit her.

Slight Romance, tag is very wrong this is all romance without kissing or gross bed scenes it's perfect romance…
Yes, this is romance. Too many people now think the word means kisses and bed scenes, and they do get annoyed when there aren't any! The romance in this drama so far is perfect. The shy looks towards the other person, little smiles when they do something cute, small acts to help each other... these are all far more romantic than most kiss scenes.

They did not show the outcome of Fart guy's trial. So despite the feel good group hug, he still may have been…
He knew he was going to be convicted. He was resigned to that. He had admitted that he drugged the bus driver, stole the bus and took the children to the mountain. There was no way of avoiding conviction. All he wanted at that session was for the children to see that he was OK and to encourage them to keep fighting for their right to play and be children instead of little studying machines. If they had just heard from their parents that he had gone to jail, they would have thought (as someone said in the episode) that he had been punished for playing. He didn't want that to be the message they got from the trial.

The acting in this drama is top-notch.. Even the child actress who played Eun Gye Young, In Ep 15 what a performance…
Yes, all the child actors were amazing, and all the families were cast very well.

I honestly want to know the reason why the writer wrote junho and minwoo as friends. youngwoo matter aside, if…
Because humans aren't one-dimensional. So far, we've only seen the selfish side of MW, but it's quite possible that he's also capable of being a good friend/housemate.

theres no kdrama which doesnt have romance for some reason
There are some. Try "Sell Hour Haunted House" and "Switch: Change the World". They're both great, and no romance.

lmao am i the only one who feels that the pace of the drama is okay
No, the pace is good. Things are being revealed at a sensible rate. If all this information was thrown at the audience too fast, it would be confusing. The writer is revealing the story layer by layer, so that the events of 18 years ago gradually make sense, but also so that we begin to see why each character behaved as they did. We also slowly start to see how each character's shame or guilt at their own past actions or feelings built up to create the tension that still exists in the village. It's fascinating, but you do need patience, concentration and the ability to take an interest in every character's storyline.

That's what I'm also thinking... Or upon coming back for gyeyoung.. Could she have witnessed a very tragic scene…
Granny's "don't ever look back; keep moving forward" advice also suggests she must have either looked back or gone back and seen something horrific.

This really has a good script but there was no need to make it like usual 16 episodes drama and add unnecessary…
Where are you people seeing fillers? Pretty much every scene is adding a layer of new information to the plot or disclosing a new aspect of someone's character.

Just running away and not stopping for Gyeyoung to keep up surely wouldn't have caused her to blot out every single memory for so long. She must have turned back for her or been taken back by the kidnapper and seen or experienced something even worse - possibly Gyeyoung's death.

This rating of 8.4 hasn't moved up or down for 2 weeks or so. Since episode 6? What's up guys? There's over 18k…
Maybe that's good though. I do prefer seeing ratings where people have watched the drama first and then rated it.

I find the journey that our main characters have been going through to be so beautiful and satisfying. It’s…
Yes, it's quite frustrating to come to the comments and see people dismissing episodes as "draggy" or complaining that there are too many "fillers". This is a sensibly-paced drama, in my opinion. I love to read older mystery stories, where the important facts are cunningly hidden amid a lot of seemingly unimportant events. This type of drama reminds me of those. You need all the information to work out what happened, but plonking the bare facts straight down in front of the viewer one by one without any "fillers" would make for a very strange and unsatisfying drama! Here we have lots of things going on, all interwoven, but we don't yet know which of them are significant to our mystery. I like the writing.

I think it was based on the webnovel that the webtoon was also based on, so there is no reason why it should be a copy of the webtoon.

How is it so far? After they reach the middle of drama? Coz some ppl said this drama is so good at initial premiere…
If you're concentrating on the story, it's really, really good! It's not a drama I'd recommend to people who usually watch with their finger hovering over the skip button, because if you miss one small piece of information you'll get confused. If you're looking for a drama about mysteries, murders, connections between people and with a bit of comedy and a hint of romance thrown in, you'll enjoy it.

Actually, if the "Wi-Fi" theory is the case, it leaves some hope that the little sister may still be alive. We're assuming that she is dead because her brother suddenly stopped sensing her emotions. If distance stops the connection, she could be alive, but far away.On the other hand, if she is alive and suddenly returns, her brother could go insane from feeling the emotions of two different women at once! πŸ˜‚

I don't get how people are saying this story is so boring. Some Kdramas feel like a chore to watch after episode…
It's nice to see someone express a sensible opinion. I'm always surprised at people who complain about "plot holes" before the series is finished. It would be an odd mystery drama if you knew all the information from the start! If you get to the end of the drama and things are still baffling, it's reasonable to complain, but criticising it at episode 8 for incomplete plots doesn't make sense. I think it's fairly well paced so far. The information about the past is being revealed steadily as we get to know each character. If the childhood stuff had been revealed earlier, it would have been hard to connect each child to their back-story. As it is, we now know what each character is like as an adult, so their childhood stories make sense.

He being alive does lower the thrill/suspense element
It removes the looming threat of a body being found, and her being arrested for murder, but replaces that with other threats. The tension hasn't gone; just changed. Now the scary parts are wondering when he will appear, and whether he will attack. Whether the stalker's sister will try to take revenge for him, or whether she'll ever believe that he really was stalking and threatening FL. Also whether the mum and grandma will end up really killing him!
