Thanks! I think Yu Tu's thoughts become very clear in the drama, however Jing Jing's are not that clear. I'll probably read the novel after I have finished the drama to find out more. Sometimes just one or two sentences will make a difference, like reading Silent Separation gave me something extra for every time re-watching My Sunshine.

This is a very simple, realistic drama. If you only like historical dramas you might find this quite boring, as there aren't any huge plot twists, dramatic situations or flashy fights. I however feel the simplicity of this drama is the reason for it's charm.

So did the novel have Yu Tu's perspective or show him at work? I thought those parts did not fit Gu Man's style based on the novels I have read from her.

Where can you watch them raw? On WeTV or somewhere else?

Yes! That was the reason I was so excited about this, because I love all drama adaptations of her work. My favorite of her novels is Silent Separation (drama adaptation name My Sunshine).

I don't get how this drama has so low rating, it's one of my favorites. I have rewatched it many times and sometimes I just come back here just to check the comments and feel the vibe :D I recommend reading the novel too! You can find the link in discussions.

Hi! I haven't gotten the answer yet :( I know that Ling Rui regognized her a long time ago. What I don't get is how he magically decided to reveal it to her at exactly that moment, when she suddenly remembered him? I mean he had decided to hide it until that moment, and he didn't know she had remembered just then. The scene would have made much more sense if she had called her small tutor first and then he would realize she has now remembered.

It was very early on, the first or seecond ep I think.

Viki has good quality and also excellent fan-made subtitles, where they not only translate but also explain important stuff like if the thing they say has a double meaning.

In the mortal realm Ye Qing Ti, then the Prince of the Bird Tribe Xiangli He and also briefly some other young prince-like immortal. And then there are a couple of guys who Dong Hua gets jealous of but those two approach Feng Jiu for other purposes (friendship, mistaken identity).

:D You might be right. I originally thought they must have a suitable boy child actor in a country as big as China, but if they wanted a child from the same company, maybe there weren't boy's who were good enough or fit the role.

There are many competing for Fengjiu's affection, but none of them stand a chance.

It's okay to watch this without the other, so feel free to start with this one. I recommend you watch TMOPB later though, it's really really good.
