When do you guys think they first slept together? My thoughts are in the replies under the spoiler tag.
So when Sifeng carried Xuanji from the dock all the way to inside the house I thought that that was them consummating their relationship. Then later after Xuanji finds Sifeng and they get back together there is the quite obvious bed scene, but it had not only been cut but also in the middle of it there is suddenly a weird close up of Sifeng’s eyes and him thinking he cannot “ruin” Xuanji. Yet they don’t show him pushing her away but the next scene shows them holding each other in a very after-sex-way. Finally after they get married Sifeng says he’s been waiting for that day but they don’t say anything that would contradict them sleeping together before that. So my thoughts are that originally it was meant so that they slept together after the dock and later on too, but before the drama was published the censorship struck it and they cut some scenes and also shot the weird close up of Sifengs eyes in another location to make it look like they waited until their wedding.
Is this drama that good? I gas up watching bc of the FL.
No it's not. I put it on hold several times and now finally watched it through because of the hype. I still don't get why people like this so much. There are a few better episodes in the end but to get there you have to sit through around 18 episodes of FL being super embarrassing, ML being mean and the nice SML getting hurt.
Hi Grym! In the end the FL destroyed her immortal soul and became a mortal, she will only have that one lifetime as herself. The other god said he will let the ML live his mortal lifetime with the FL before pulling him back to heaven. So they will just have that one lifetime, then ML goes back to heaven for pretty much eternity and FL will stop to exist. Unless there will be a second season where she gets her immortal soul back :D

Hi JustALittleAddicted! I meant that during the first season MLC forced kiss(es) and tricked her into sleeping with him in the intercourse way. So this time around I would expect the prince to act in a similar way, as he is supposed to be the same person. Of course not exactly the same, since now they are not married, but more similar. Even Xiao Tan states multiple times that the difference is that the future MLC has picked up some dirty tricks and the prince is such a gentleman. The real reason for this is of course that they want to show her kiss only one person, but storylinewise I think it did not fit.
If I remember correctly it wasn't too long before Xia Tan realizes there are two MLCs, but they don't merge before some of the final episodes.

This was in episode 15 and after that we see them having breakfast together in the same room, even though before the kissing he said he would go to the other room for the night. It's obvious he didn't but spent the night with her :)

I don't think they slept together during their co-habitation, as it was not indicated and she kept mentioning that they had their separate rooms. Also his sister stayed there too.

You’re so right! Luckily sometimes even if the novel is better, it does not ruin the move/drama. For example Ten Miles of Peach Blossom was suprisingly true to the novel.
I kept waiting for ML's background to be revealed, after why would he have just an adoptive father for no reason. Maybe that's what the season 2 is going to be about.
I watched this and thought it was pretty good. Then I read the novel and realized how good this had been, if they had followed more the original story, especially in the beginning. Now the drama is ruined for me.
