Only at Ep9, and the cases in this drama is rather boring, and over complicated. I think it was very petty issue for a Jin Yi Wei to investigate. Or maybe I missed something important, I really dont know I am not listening much. lol. I am only watching for the OTP. And I find that Xie Xiao and Da Yang look really alike and I am always confused with this two.
Watching this drama now and at episode 14, somehow I feel that the ML and FL were lack of chemistry. This pairing is kinda weird. I don't know whats wrong, I am ok with the age gap... maybe it's the acting.
I enjoyed both but yes, for me TMOPB was better. L&D is better executed and both lead actors are much better actors.…
For TMOPB, main story and the main characters were good, you could say that the story was better, more elaborated. But the side story were...urghh, difficult to watch through. I couldn't rewatch because of that. I like an older and stoic figure like Dijun, him and Bai Feng Jiu's pairing was very similar to JC and LingXi's. But OMG, it was soooo difficult to sit through their scenes. The sweet moments were barely there, and Bai Feng Jiu was too cute to the point of being annoying. And there were zero chemistry I don't know why they made Pillow Book. For L&D, side story were equally good. I love watching Yun Feng and Qing Yao. Even for Si Ming and 13. Those little moments and fillers are a delight to watch. So overall, I prefer L&D.

Not really unpopular opinion and I absolutely agree with you. I felt Love and Destiny was much better in every way. The main couple, and also side characters/stories. I love Yun Feng, Qing Yao, Siming and XiSan. All were written very very well! I am going to rewatch this now since there is nothing better to watch nowadays.

I think she is in the middle of identity crisis, and also mixed feeling. When she was Momo, she was very heartbroken and that is something she couldn't forget even when she regain her memory. She will explained her feelings later on, which I think is quite reasonable too.

After reading some of the comment I dont know if I should watch this... I wanted to see Jang Hyuk but it seems like a either you love it or hate it drama.
