The dynamic here is correct, he is at higher status. FL has no other feeling but just to do her work right and to survive. There is no love at first sight sizzling bazooka fireworks and we are loving the slow cooking here. And LJQ is slowly falling in love after he realise how she stood out from the rest of the servants. I feel that the awkwardness here is done just right. I dont want this to be another pervy boss romance (ahem the early spring).

LJQ is letting her go so easily because in his heart he is already plotting to bring her back, as the first wife!! XD

i also feel both Du sibling's motives are not very convincing.

i came to this drama after Early Spring (dropped at 21), and tbh, I don't mind at all if there is no kiss or any hot scene in this one. A beautiful story and amazing acting are enough.

hahaha yeaaa that too. OMG! The drama blew up too. Ppl love toxic relationship to work out on screen, we all love bad boys. What doesn't sit well with this drama is the FL. You can't pair a weak and submissive FL with a red/black flag ML. urghhh...

If you ask me, I think I enjoyed 50 shades more, outside the red room, Christian respects Anna, he doesnt degrade his lover by calling her stupid and cheap. And Anna has more spine than Flora.
